   We decided to celebrate my son‘s 22nd birthday here tonight, I had reserved a table for 14 about a month ago and was surprised when we got there and they had a table for 10 of us and then a separate table for four of us. I wasn’t thrilled about my party, not all sitting together so they quickly accommodated us and moved us to a table.That would see all 14. There were no food runners so our waitress had a lot on her plate, but she was very nice and I would definitely go back here and celebrate again. The food was amazing. We had appetizers and dessert and everything was great and came out quickly and taste amazing.

   Waitress would disappear for long periods. Took over 20 minutes to get drinks from the bar, had appetizers delivered and had to ask about drinks again. She must have forgotten wherever she dissappear to. Beer was warm and frozen drink was melted. 10 minute gap in dinner plates served, first two came out then 10 minutes later for second two. Something was really off with the food on on one of the late arriving plates. We give this place a try about once year hoping for new and better management. Never again going back.

   The food was really good. Hot and fresh. It got loud pretty quickly and we really couldn’t hear or understand our waitress. Also took a while for drinks, and just for our server to come check in and take orders. Overall pretty decent, but would probably rather go for lunch with a smaller crowd and less noise.

   I’ll start with the fact out server was STELLAR! He truly saved the day! The management staff, horrendous! We were celebrating my son’s 18th birthday and had high expectations based on our previous positive experiences with Bahama Breeze and other Darden restaurants. I made a reservation for a party of 13 via OpenTable two days in advance. On Friday evening, I received a text message from Bahama Breeze confirming our reservation and party size, yet at no point was I informed that our group would not be able to sit together or that the restaurant was physically unable to accommodate a party of our size at one table. We arrived at 6:50 PM, we were not seated until 7:10 PM despite having a reservation as it seemed no table had been prepared for us. When we were finally seated, we were placed across from and behind each other, rather than together. When I inquired with the hostess about the seating arrangement, she responded with frustration and eventually stated, “We don’t have anywhere to put you.” This was the same hostess we overheard saying, “I forgot about that large party,” indicating clear mismanagement. Upon requesting to speak with a manager, I was eventually met by the Culinary Manager, Ron. His demeanor was dismissive, with no sense of urgency or concern for our issue. I explained that had we been informed of the seating situation in advance, we would have chosen a different restaurant. Instead of offering a sincere apology or a resolution, he responded nonchalantly,His only suggestion was that we “wait around” in hopes of possibly getting seated closer together, Further, when I asked for the General Manager’s contact information, I was told that the Service Manager, Sue, was on duty. However, when our server attempted to get her to speak with us, she refused to come to our table. This level of disregard for customer concerns is unacceptable. At the very least, your team should ensure that reservation policies and seating limitations are clearly communicated

   Good meal, nice place! Only downfall is we had a reservation for 8, but did not get seated until 8:30.

   The food was wonderful. It was a busy night so there was a bit of the wait for the order but the live music made up for it. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed my experience

   We had a reservation at 6:45 PM and ended up eating dinner after 8 PM. The restaurant overall was okay ambiance wise. The steak I ate was overcooked and cold. The snapper was okay but had little rice. Overall there were glitches with payment on the kiosk that had to be fixed by the waitress. This place has 4.1 stars on Google for a reason.

   Food and drinks were absolutely amazing! We did go on a holiday so I expected some delays with service which took place once seated. The staff was slow and it took 2 1/2 hrs in total to get our food, drinks and check. We were only a party of 2.
