Jerry was a great waiter and we enjoyed our date night.
Lovely experience. Was disappointed about the discontinuation of the oxtails. Waiter was friendly and accommodating.
It was only two of us but my guest mentioned how much they enjoyed the atmosphere and ambiance at Bahama Breeze. I especially enjoyed my time this day since due to Covid 19, noise was lower since the number of people in the restaurant was less.
Great atmosphere. I would recommend going to happy hour. The prices are affordable and the food was good.
Made Reservations and my guests were still left standing to wait on tables.
It was awesome
Reservation and still had to wait ten minutes before we were seated. They gave no condiments had to ask for napkins and condiments for butter was a long wait. I finished my whole loaf of bread before I got hard frOzwn butter.
The service from the hostess and attentiveness from the waitress could've been a lot better. One of the hostesses seemed stress and was un-polite. The waitress did not check on our table as she should've. Drinks needed to be refilled and we had to ask another waitress to get us silverware.
We had come here for our first dinner as husband and wife.
Our waiter was polite but neglected to bring us silverware...and drinks.
The food was great but the experience was subpar.
The bugs are horrible. Mosquitos bit me UP lol
Overall, this Bahama Breeze is the BOMB!
I had a great experience ! The food was on point , our waiter was on point as well ! I had the jerk chicken pasta and it was sooooo good ! The drinks are great as well .
Not impressed. Service was good just ok. Also, the restaurant had a strange smell.
The food was delicious, the cocktails were yummy and strong, the service was excellent, and the environment was relaxing but yet upbeat.
The food was too salty but the margaritas were very tasty
Had a reservation booked which the host failed to pull up or have my table ready even with early arrival. Host ignored my and several patrons while chatting with her co-workers. Was told that outside was not being seated due to overbooking and being under-staffed (despite having requested it in the booking), only to be later seated in that section 15 minutes later. While waiting, saw several patrons enter and exit the restaurant quickly complaining about lack of people wearing masks or spacing of tables. Waitress asked for our order within 5 mins of us sitting down, then didn't return until we flagged her down 25 minutes later. Food was brought out at disproportionate times (I received my appetizer before my drink and my date didn't receive her entree until after I received mine despite placing her's first). Water tasted like it came from a dirty tap and mixed beverage was left unmade on the table for me to do so myself. Waitress kept coming by the table and giving us a look for staying and talking like we were holding others from the table. This was despite there being plenty of tables inside and not an abundance of people waiting to be seating. Restaurant was disorganized (tables and chairs stacked against the wall) and dirty (nothing looked cleaned to sanitation standards).
It was ok waiter could had been better an food was cold
It was great
Food was great
Our server was AMAZING! So pleasant, so alert and just so nice. That was my first time there and the food was amazing. The drinks were great too! I will be returning in the near future.
Not at all impressed by the food or the service. We like to blame everything on the Pandemic, thus was not the case.
We celebrated my twin daughter’s 17th Birthday over lunch!!
Was fun for real especially after not going out in forever
Food and service was great
Very impressed with menu, Ambiance, how delicious the food was and how fabulous Lauren ( our server was).We had a party of 5 with 2 Birthdays included. They didn’t drop a beat and everyone was super nice and accommodating. Honestly, it felt like we were in the Bahamas!!😊
I was seated fast waitress was nice my food came very quickly
1st time sitting down to eat since COVID-19 was challenging but felt comfortable eating here. Couple things was little bothering. checking in social distancing was being used people was standing on top of each other. Think needs better way of checking people in. Also waiters need to wear masks completely on. Some had halfway on, under Chin, or not covering their noses.
It was really great I think with Covid going on they did a great job of keeping everyone at a proper distance table wise. Food was phenomenal as always.
We had a great time and the food was awesome! We can’t wait to go again!
Not a good experience tonight. Appetizers took long, no silverware. Dinner took awhile so we ended up just taking it home. Spoke to manager they took a percentage off the bill and apologized
Ordered a chicken sandwich which was extremely dry, literally just a price of chicken with lettuce and tomato, no seasonings or sauces, side of rice was rock hard, and the pasta was sitting in a super watery sauce and was over salted. Probably not coming back.
Great experience. Practicing social distancing & loved sitting outside.
Amazing by far great food great workers great over all experience
Had a wonderful time, first time out since the whole virus started. Our waitress was WONDERFUL!! Will be back soon!
Our server must’ve been new. We ordered two drinks, ultimate margarita and patron and pineapple juice. The margarita should have came with a shot on the glass. When it got to me it was a half shot in the glass. And it was extra sweet. She literally bought my husband patron in one glass pineapple juice In another. It should have been a mixed drink but whatever.
Ordered food. Two orders of fries and 4 jerk chicken wings. We wait 15 mins server comes back they have no chicken. Ok fine I’ll take the classic salmon NOT the tequila salmon and two orders of fries. Wait 25 mins. She brings the tequila salmon with sweet potato and green beans. I said this isn’t what I ordered. She said yes you did. Then ask me to try it. Girl I’m allergic to sweet potatoes. Take it back I don’t want it this isn’t what I ordered. I’ll have nothing. Fries come 7 mins later. Cold as hell. Didn’t eat them.
It’s bothersome Because the place wasn’t packed. I mean you would think they’re refreshed and ready to serve. But no. Was there too long to have no food.
So we went here for my wife’s birthday, they were great about seating us within a timely manner for a party of 9. The biggest issue to me was the service from our waitress she never formally introduced herself, so we didn’t know her name, second wasn’t attentive at all. For example she messed up on my drink order as well as the meal/entree order of my wife. I can understand a drink but the entree my wife requested no mushrooms in her pasta, order comes out full of mushrooms, the order get corrected and we still found mushrooms in the dish, luckily my wife is not allergic like she is with coconut, another thing is she had no idea of the ingredients in some of the drinks, she just suggested nonchalantly you might be ok with this one. Which is something you don’t do when there are allergies involved, you need to be sure. We asked if they did anything for special occasions/birthdays, she rudely told us no. And to finish this horrid experience I paid with cash. And she never brought my change back for me to give her a tip, she just hid in the back. Which was extremely unprofessional to me. I understand servers survive and I was planning on being generous but she decided what she wanted to keep and that was classless to me. So I will never be back and I will make sure everyone I know is aware of the service there, I wish I knew her name so I could identify her for you guys so y’all can handle this situation cause in a way she’s a thief but I’m not making a scene over a few dollars. But felt like everyone should know about this experience.
It took them over an HOUR to bring our appetizer! And when we FINALLY got it, it was COLD! My husband and I were NOT happy! Bahama Breeze, will be at the end of our rotation!
Crystal our server was great the food as well. Ask for Crystal when you go!
I had the ribs. They are new and were very good. The guava BBQ sauce has sweetness but not too much. My husband always gets the jerk chicken dinner
