I loved the scenery and music! The staff was so nice but our drinks came out after our entrees.
Horrible service from the moment I walked in very organized very unprofessional would not recommend
It was a great, food & service, clean and great portions and presentation see photos.
Waited 10 minutes before the waitress came. I asked another server to take my drink order. My appetizer was barely warm and the Ultimate Pina Colada was nothing like I had tasted before. She checked on us a few times. We ran out of drinks.
Marcus, was our waiter and his service was exceptional. We really appreciated all his efforts last night.
The food was delicious and came out in a reasonable amount of time.
Went before 6pm for happy hour. Our server told us to place our order on the kiosk on the table. We had a special request about the order and could not put it on the kiosk, so we had to wait for the server to come back. Well it took him 20 minutes to come back to our table and by this time it was well after 6pm. We informed him we were trying to utilize happy hour and he stated that it will be fine and he’ll adjust the bill. Well once our bill came it was not adjusted and he proceeds to tell us that their system is down but he computed the bill by hand and told us an amount that was not with the half off. We waited til the system came back up which was 40 minutes after we were done with our food. Then he says well the system is still down and so we paid what we figured would be the bill after taxes. We come to bahama breeze often and have never had an issue like this.
At least two employees (including the manager!) parked in the handicap spaces so there were none available for my in-laws. When I mentioned that only two of the six cars in the handicap spaces had proper tags they were nonplussed - but did run out to move them. The food was only ok. We sent back a mojito cubano because it had rotted mint in it (really). The crab stack appetizer was very good.
I would not go back.
Requested outdoor patio seating but when we arrived the patio was closed.
Food was good, portions were large, service was acceptable but not fantastic. Not all areas of restaurant open. Posted that they have a staff shortage. Reasonable price for the meal.
The server took our order and than kind of just disappeared. It took us over an hour to get 2 chicken bowls when people around us that had came in way after us were eating and finishing up by the time we finally received our good.
Beautiful place, great food and service was good
Pre Birthday Celebration
The service has gone down hill. We were seated at 5:30p...Yay! We were not approached about drinks until 6:00p. We ordered drinks from one person and they came out piece meal. Meaning 3 got their drinks and two of us had to wait another 12 minutes to get their drinks. Speaking of the drink order..one of our table mates ordered the drink sampler and we saw other tables getting their drink sampler trio on a tray but our table mate didn't. We wondered about this. The explanation we got was that the trios are supposed to be delivered one at a time, so as not to have more than 1 drink in front of a person at once, so clearly all the wait staff needed retraining on this.
Drinks were watered down and not good. A very different Bahama Breeze from the time I was there 5-7 yrs ago.
By the time we ordered we didn't have utensils. The waitress barely spoke, never cracked a smile...My food was good which I do commend the chef.
When it came time for the checks, the waitress separated the checks which was good, however, she had an item on the wrong ticket and fixed it. Then she realized that she didn't charge us for drinks so she proceeded to print 2 tickets for each person at the table what was a mess. She never apologized, didn't communicate well at all. I know service is hard to come by but this experience was bad. It was our friends Birthday.
I wish it we better and all the waiter cuss me out for not
Hostess was extremely rude on four different occasions during our reservation. Our entire bill should have been waived. In this economy please do not think that patrons have to tolerated poor service as our dollars can go elsewhere!!
Stopped in for dinner when visiting town. Quick service and good food.
We had the BEST experience. We had a reservation and it was packed but we got to our table on time. We were greeted by our friendly waiter Brandon. He took our order and the food came out really quickly. The food was excellent! I would like to thank Narciso (the chef) for fantastic customer service and perfectly cooked cuisine.
It was an extremely busy night but we were treated very well. I highly recommend this restaurant for the food, staff and customer service!
I’ve had better visits at this location. Service was truly slow and food was just ok.
With current COVID employee shortages i think the staff did the best they could while dealing with a heavy stream of diners visiting. The food lacked flavor and was poorly balanced to a 70% rice / 30% seafood (seafood paella).
The front staff were overwhelmed and not as polite as they usually are. Everyone was working really hard but they seemed to not have enough staff in the right places in order to accommodate the amount of people. Super glad we had a reservation. :)
We ordered appetizers from the happy hour menu. Great value. Love the coconut shrimp and crab and avocado stack. Dragon fruit margarita was awful - tasted like candy. But the food was wonderful.
We are newlyweds and this is absolutely my favorite place, it brings a little Florida to the Carolinas
Food and drinks were good. Service was a bit hit or miss, but overall was good. I ordered the seafood paella and only 2 out of 5 mussels opened on cooking. One of the servers understood you never eat shellfish that do not open when the are cooked and had the kitchen replace them, one of the staff that was serving us did not understand and was going to open them up herself. I was a rad bit concerned someone working at a seafood restaurant did not know this was a bad idea.
Last night service was deplorable— waiter lost on cook temps- drinks were horrendous. Delivered meal to a table of five / 3 first the other 2 20 minutes later at best. I’m sorry we would have really rather posted a 5 star review rather than a ZERO
We had a great time. They were super accommodating for our larger party since bc of covid they only do up to 6 they were able to seat us close together which worked for us. :)
This was my worst experience at BB but won’t be my last. First of all, the Ziosk on the table wasn’t working. It needed more paper. The hostess knew about it but sat us there anyway…she was the one who brought it to our attention. When I mentioned it to the server, she said OK, and walked away. She never addressed the issue again. I ordered the margarita flights. They were good but only could taste the liquor in only one of them. We ordered the Firecracker Shrimp. They were delicious but I ran out of water. And waited. And waited. And waited. The food came out in a very timely manner. We ate until we were full and needed To go boxes. And waited. And waited. And waited. When she came, I told her I needed 2 boxes but only got one. My bill total was incorrect. It said $90!!! Could not believe she did not review the bill before giving it to me! We got it straight though. We were charged for each individual drink rather than the flights. Anyway, we got through.
Yummy cocktails and tropical tastes. Make a reservation to avoid the wait.
Great food, Great vibe. I can't wait to go again!!
The food was good. After placing our drink order, it took like 20 minutes to come to the table. Also after placing our food order, it took around 40 minutes to come to the table. I usually don't mind waiting but the restaurant was not packed to take that long especially for the drinks to arrive
The food was awesome and service was great! We can’t wait to go back!!!
Always enjoy going there as the quality of food has always been good. The receiving of the food was VERY slow this time though. Unusual. Also, our server had to be reminded to check on the food. When he did check, at two different times, the food seemed to arriver shortly after. Otherwise, we were pleased with everything.
Waiter was not knowledgeable about menu. My food arrived BEFORE my appetizer even after asking about it. Food was not good. Ribs had a lot of fat. Will not dine here again.
shrimp/lobster with pasta was ordered. too much pasta. I took a doggy bag and had
mostly pasta for 2 days. less pasta would be good. serve with side instead; veg. or salad.
i had salmon. cooked just right (hate salmon or fish cooked dry) salsa on top was yum.
green beans were terrific (waitress told me they were out of and could i use broccoli or asparagus. i chose asparagus but got green beans anyhow) sweet potatoes mashed were
very good but portion was huge next to green beans. would have preferred more green
beans and less sweet potatoes. all in all yummy. would order again.
When we arrived we were told there was a 2.5 hour wait and that we would need to sit at the bar. However, we quickly pulled up Open Table and found a reservation for 2 that was only 10 minutes from our arrival time. We booked it and went back to the hostess station to check in with our reservation. While we sat there eating we noticed no other parties coming in. The restaurant was not crowded. There was no crowd waiting. The whole experience was bizarre. They were out of several food items. Two of the mixed drinks we ordered were very good but we were unable to order a couple of their signature frozen drinks like the Bahamarita. They were apparently out of some of the ingredients. The food was just ok. The mahi fish tacos tasted like they had been heated up from frozen. It definitely wasn’t worth the money and wasn’t the same experience we had a few years ago.
I hate it if this is a result of the pandemic.
It was my birthday but I thought the staff was suppose to acknowledge it. I put that on my reservation ahead of time but again no one acknowledged it. Not sure what your policy is on that but I was disappointed. My family I had a good time .
Not truly representative of authentic Caribbean food, but good try. Lemon pie was good.
The food was great and the key lime pie is awesome
I’ve been to Bahama breeze many times, but I don’t know if they changed vendors or cooks but the food wasn’t good at all! My daughter wings were extremely over cooked I mean meat was dry. The shrimp and lobster linguine was horrible the sauce was not the same shrimp and lobster both over cooked. Spinach dip was horrible I don’t know if they changed the cheese but it was disgusting. My sons ordered burgers and after waiting 45 minutes we were told they were out of burgers. So they had to order something else. Are server was nice but she to could have been better never got water after drinks and never offered us anything else to drink once are drinks was gone. The overall service was horrible so we won’t be going back
