Permanently Closed - Bahama Breeze - Cleveland - Orange Village

We had a double birthday celebration and we all had a good time. Our server, Mike, was excellent. I thought the wine was a but pricey, but overall, it was a good value.

The service was a little slow but it was packed due to discounted margaritas

We didn’t find out until 30 minutes after we ordered that they ran out of Tuna for the salad. Other tables around us received there food before us, when they were seated after us.

Fantastic. Many of my colleagues had never been to Bahama Breeze and they all enjoyed their experience. Food and drink and server were all fantastic.

Great menu and spices

Went for happy hour and it was delicious. Our waitress Cimone was outstanding.

Took almost over an hour to get our food and it wasn’t even good. Manager offered free dessert asked for no nuts on the dessert but that’s exactly what was on the dessert we left around 15 minutes after receiving our food and went to Wendy’s. We will never go back to the restaurant

Ryan was our server! I had a large party and he was able to serve is promptly and respond to requests in a calm, professional manner. If you have a party there...request Ryan!

We love this restaurant and have always had a great meal there no matter what it is. My only complaint this time around was that it was freezing! Everybody had their winter coats on while they were eating and you could feel the cold "breeze" blowing right on you. That being said, I asked our waitress if they could turn up the heat a bit and they did and within a short time it was much better. I would only suggest that they keep a better handle on that. Our waitress was friendly and fast. The quality and quantity of food they give you is always on par with their prices. Their seafood dishes are loaded with seafood and it is the one place we go that when we order their shrimp and lobster pasta we actually get shrimp and lobster down to the last bite. Normally a place will give you about 6 shrimp and a half pound of pasta which is not appetizing at all. It's our go to place for seafood pasta! They are also very accommodating with special requests such as sauce substitutes, etc. If in doubt, just ask! I can end with saying Bahama Breeze is one of mine and my hubby's favorite places to go. We even order it as take out on occasion and it's every bit as good as eating in.

Using Open Table on a Saturday night saved us a 45 minute wait! The hostess was accommodating and the service and food were great! Very happy with our experience!

We had a reservation and arrived on-time to check in. It took us 15 minutes to get through the line and finally get to the hostess station. Very slow to seat people and they do not have a separate line to check in if you have a reservation. We finally got seated, ordered drinks and our food. The waiter was polite and friendly, the food was good -- but it took FOREVER to get it. We had tickets for the orchestra for 8:00pm that night. Our reservation was at 6:15. We were not able to finish our meals, had to get them to go in order to make it to our concert. Disappointed in the time it took to get our food, but once we got it, it was delicious. Bring your patience and be prepared for a wait.

Enjoyed evening with family. Food was good, and reasonably priced.

Food was poorly prepared. Service was very slow and wrong wine was served. Very disappointed— so far out of line with my normal experience at a Darden restaurant.

First time at this restaurant for me and the experience was great. The service and food were top notch. Will be back again.

Selected this resto for a New Year's Eve dinner with my wife. Always a good time when we visit! As usual appetizers were excellent (Crab and avocado Stack and the Skillet-Simmered Jerk Shrimp)....can actually make this a meal for one..... and the main course was simply delicious. (Both had the Tequila Sunburn Glazed Salmon, one with the sweet potatoes mashed...other with the regular mashed...both were very tasty) Legendary Island Cocktails were at a special price that evening so my wife and I decided to skip the wine....yeah tough decision.... and stick to the specialty cocktails....right choice! Highly recommend this resto for a fun and enjoyable dining experience. Only critique....need to get the drinks out to customers a little quicker.....and allow a little more time between services: appetizers...salads and main course. Other than that great time and great food!

Salmon was spicier than expected. We got coconut shrimp app and only came with 6 shrimp. Get the meal for a few bucks more if you want a bigger appetizer. Also got the calamari app this was a larger portion and very good.
Drink specials for New Years were excellent and only 3$

Our waiter Dave was very accommodating! The food was very good! Bahama Breeze is one of my favorite restaurants, and it is nice that it has a kids' menu. The Bahama Breeze staff are always very helpful and pleasant.

Service started off slow that night. Place had many empty tables. Didn’t appear to be to busy. 15 mins of waiting at the table before anyone came over to great us. After that, food was amazing at always

It was good. On par with my other experiences there

My friends and I have dined at the Breeze numerous times. It is almost always a positive experience. This time was no different.

Traveling from Nashville, TN to Rochester, NY. Stayed at a nearby hotel, so Bahamian Breeze was convenient and within walking distance from our hotel. We have done this several times before. We like the ability a,choosing a “fresh market fish” in order to eat healthy while traveling. We have never been disappointed with our meals here.

Food not as good as it has been in the past. I rated it good based on service NOT the food

Unfortunately my 4 year old was served raw chicken and when they remade it, it still wasn't fully cooked.
2 orders of fish tacos tasted like a salt shaker was dumped on the fish, we both had to take the fish out and eat just the veggies.
2 people ordered the salmon and really enjoyed it. Really disappointed because our prior experience was excellent!

the food was very good but a little too spicy. the service was very good.

We came here for my SiLs birthday because she had a gift card. The whole night was pretty meh from the start. Our server seemed so uninterested in being there and had to check on every detail. It took about ten minutes to get a refill despite multiple reminders.

The food was just okay, no one was really happy with their meals, especially since the apps came out after some of the main dishes were already placed. We had to request things that were ordered multiple times, like side sauces, and bread.

We will not be returning and don’t recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy their evening.

The food was just ok. Our server was awesome, but the kitchen was slow, and our order came out wrong.

Awful food, but good service. Food was tasteless! How can you ruin plantains? Bahama Breeze did.

Rob was our server and he was superb -couldn’t have been better. Other servers were very friendly and the food was good. First time here and I liked it.
However, there was a big, tall young man at the door “Greeting” people And then seating us. When I asked for a booth change, he was very upset with me and wanted me to know that. Not a good person to greet and seat people. Otherwise, great.

We love the atmosphere, food and great drinks when we dine at Bahama Breeze. This latest meal was extremely uncomfortable, however. The three of us were so cold. Air conditioning was blasting, and everyone around us were going to get sweaters or jackets. Was a cool day outside.

Our waiter Josh was amazing he catered to all of our needs and made our visit delightful!

Lunch with friends on Saturday. Crowd was light, very pleasant atmosphere and we enjoyed ourselves! Stephen took great care of us. The goat cheese dip was a big hit - I appreciated them substituting plantain chips. The chowder was good, not great, the shrimp avocado stack was delish! Our entrees were perfect: paella, burger, salad with chicken.

Server was great! Food was perfect for everyone!! I got the crab and shrimp stack which came with mango and avocado. So good!!! Hadn't been here in awhile and realized how much we were missing out!!! Can't wait to go back!

The food was pretty good, however the wait time was not adequate for the order. They were not as busy to justify an hour wait.

Service pretty crappy here, had to send my food back for an item change that the waitress failed to inform me about while I was ordering. You would think they would make my plate over? NOPE! They hardly scrapped the food off the plate and THEN put the new food on top of the old food that was still on the plate. The waitress brought it to me anyways and I told her to send it back to the kitchen because putting new food on top of old food was gross even after the plate was sent back. The service speed was super slow. Needless to say I surely did not eat there nor will I dine here any more. If they feel like their sloppy mistake was ok, then I can only imagine what actually goes on in that kitchen.
