Reservation for my wife’s birthday. The hostess read my note on the open table reservation and took pains to get us a quieter table. Our waiter, Brian was attentive but not obtrusive. Food was very good. I had Porcini Ravioli and my wife had Chicken Romano. We were very happy with our meals and will come back. Thank you for a nice evening.

The ambiance was a lot louder than I thought it was going to be, especially the upstairs dining area. I took a date there last night. We were still able to hear each other, but it was pretty noisy. The food and server were terrific. And the prices were reasonable.

this was our first time at Bacco and the food and service were exceptional. Our waiter was very cool and was happy to make recommendations and even served us free leftover espresso martini. The only thing we struggled with here was the noise level. we sat downstairs next to the bar and had to scream at each other to hear the whole time. But i’m assuming it’s quieter upstairs. Overall great time and i’d go back 100%

Great dinner at Bacco. Food was good, service was friendly. Great view down Salem Street from our table. Restaurant is a little loud and could benefit from some acoustic tiles but overall a great evening.

Food was excellent as always but our server Stewart was OUTSTANDING. Very attentive and friendly. As the tables are so small we greatly appreciated that he continued to clear the table and gave us the room to enjoy our meal. We have been going to Bacco since it opened and this was the best server we have ever had there.

We had a simple straightforward meal. A bottle of super Tuscan red blend, chicken parmigiana and gnocchi al forno. All perfect. Laura was a great server, atmosphere was lively; window seats have a great view. Bar area is downstairs and crazy!

We truly enjoyed ourselves at Bacco. One member of our group was running late and they graciously seated us when he arrived, well after our res. time, and when the restaurant was completely packed--we watched countless groups turned away who didn't have a reservation (and this was early in the evening). From pasta to seafood to chicken, we all loved our entrees and the bustling 1st floor view onto the street. Can't wait to go back!

We are pretty picky- not all North End restaurants are excellent However, this one was! Excellent food, out server, Juan, was terrific. My only complaint- the portion sizes were too big and you can’t really take the Frutti di Mare home for leftovers….

Bartender and waiter were wonderful, there was a lovely gentleman that was hosting as well. It was our first time in but made us feel so welcome, like you were a regular in your own neighborhood bar. Will definitely go back!

Off Hanover Street Baco is less busy than those on Hanover. Located on a corner there is some traffic but that should be expected. Seating is in from of open windows and provides a view of passersby's and the North End architecture. The seafood pasta was fresh and full of flavor. Spaghetti and meatballs included 3 large meatballs. The bread at the table needs to be more robust for the meals. It was a bit soft with a thin crust. Drinks were good and service was friendly and timely.

Overall great service and delicious mouth watering food. Our waiter was spot on and was not rushing us out of the restaurant. Came around at the right time for extra refills on water and other requests. A little bit noisy on the day we dined in. Also would have enjoyed music playing in the background.
