b. Matthew’s Eatery is a one-of-a-kind bistro serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and brunch in a renovated historic building in Savannah’s Historic Landmark District.

What started out as a casual deli and bakery has evolved into a full-service eatery with menus that feature a variety of traditional and southern-style dishes. We use fresh, seasonal, high-quality ingredients and source locally when possible. You won't want to miss our famous Fried Green Tomatoes or Shrimp & Grits when you visit Savannah!

    Staff were very welcoming, friendly and the food was delicious. Ate on the early end so it wasn’t busy. I would definitely comeback if in town and would recommend B. Matthew’s to anyone in the area.

    My mocktail tasted and felt like it was just flavored simple syrup. I could not finish it and only had a couple of sips. The food was not bad but was mediocre. It was expensive for what I received.

    The food was amazing and the staff were very attentive. It is right across from River Street and in walking distance of many great places.

    I can't say enough good things about our experience at B. Matthews. I researched restaurants that were family friendly, and it did not disappoint. As we approached our table, it was set with two children's books and the host let me know they had plenty more they could bring out. She also asked how she could help us shift the table to accommodate our stroller. The food was fantastic. Fried green tomatoes were my favorite! Waitress was kind and very informative. We will highly recommend this to friends visiting Savannah in the future. Dinners out with young kids can be sometimes more stressful than it's worth; B. Matthews made the experience easy and enjoyable. Thank you!
