Very tasty Azitra grill, excellent sauce
Amazing and fabulous food! I will absolutely return for more incredible food. Hands down, one of the best places I’ve eaten in the Broomfield, CO area, by far!! Thank you, Azitra.
every time I have been there, I have had great food. The servers are always nice and helpful. Really a terrific place.
I abhor going to any mall, and this is the only negative aspect of this restaurant. It would be popular, and I think get more customers, if it was located in either downtown Louisville, Lafayette, or Boulder.
We were so pleasantly surprised to find such great authentic and delicious Indian food in such a cookie cutter city.
The service was wonderful as well and the goat curry outstanding!
Wish we lived here!
We arrived about 6:15 on Sat evening. Quite quiet - presumably it's busier during the week when all of the surrounding businesses have people working in them. Food and service excellent. Beautiful décor, attentive Maître d', she spoke with every table in the restaurant, ensuring all was well. Choice of levels of hot/spiciness from 1 to 5. We chose 4 and it was just as well. Right at our limits and we are pretty seasoned (??) spicy food eaters. Only one thing that might be attended to: every surface is hard and, even though there were not that many people in the room, it was quite distractingly noisy. But all in all, we will recommend and go again. Thank you!
Definitely the best Indian restaurant in the Denver area.
This wasn’t our first visit to Azitra. In the past it’s always been excellent. This visit, however, was not good. It’s been a year since we’ve been so I hope they aren’t going downhill... The service was rushed and the server had the, “what can you do for me,” attitude. Not great. The food was okay, it’s never good when the naan is the high point when having Indian. Very average. This one was of those meals where a good server might have saved the experience, but alas, I don’t think we will be returning to Azitra anytime soon.
Fantastic authentic food. If you dont do spicey get your plate at a 1 spice level.
We love to come to Azitra. The food is delicious & the service is great! One of our favorite places to go with friends.
Azitra has a phenominal winelist of gems and delicious reasonably priced food. Only downside is that it is located in the no man's land of suburbia but still worth the visit indeed.
The food was excellent as was the house wine (merlot). We were well attended to without being bothersome. A nice time was had by all.
Always superb! Great flavors in everything we have tried!
Not crowded, pleasant noise level to talk. food was great. Waiter explained options for the meal selection, and was right on in spice level. We lingered over the meal, but didn't feel rushed. Only downside was no lunch buffet.
Had a business lunch and ordered all food four hours prior to lunch. Didn’t get our food till an 1 hr and 15 minuets after being seated. Most of the guests had to leave to get back to work before the food was served. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Food is good but the service isn’t worth the headache.
This was our second visit after a superb first visit. Our experience was not as good this time. Still very good flavors from the food. However, there was more of a disconnect on the handling of food for Celiac.
Our main server was knowledgeable and advised us that she would notify the kitchen. Given our positive experience with this last time, we decided to trust them to handle an order of naan for the three people at the table that can have gluten. However, the person who delivered our food to the table served the entire table from one end, hitting a glass here and there as they placed everyone's food down the center of the table, before hoisting the naan over everyone's meal to the far end of the table. The lack of care presented at the table made me question the handling of the dishes before they reached us.
In the end, it was still a decent meal, but the experience was superior enough to justify the price of the meal compared to similar fare elsewhere.
Perfect location, perfect food, perfect service.
Excellent service and great food.
Fantastic food, attentive service, and enjoyable atmosphere! Wide selection of gluten-free meals. Knowledegeable about gluten-free handling for Celiac, including proactively notifying the chef to avoid cross contamination. A little pricey for us to visit as regularly as we would like based on our positive experience.
Vegetable Korma and Chicken Tikka Masala we're both excellent. The server prompted us to select the spiciness for each dish, from 1 to 5, which was a welcome option. We selected 1 for both so we could share and enjoy. The Tikka Masala still had a hint of an afterburn without overpowering the flavor of the meal.
We will definitely visit again!
Still one of our favorites. The Chaat of the day was puffed rice and really good. My entree of crab masala was awesome with large lump crab. We also had the dal with goat, also very good but keep in mind lots of bones. Service is always great too!
The food is excellent and you can specify your spice level. Not a huge menu or buffet but excellent choices and the flavors are superb.
Good food, good ambience but there was only 1 server and one helper for the entire restaurant so it was slow service. The server talked very quiet so was also hard to hear.
Tasty and fresh tasting Indian food. Some dishes were not just the typical Indian fare.
Poor service. The food was good, but the service was terrible.
We had dinner here and it was so good! Very spicy (per our request), delicious and the hostess had excellent recommendations and extensive knowledge of the menu.
Best garlic naan I've ever had!
We had such a beautiful, tasty dinner on our first visit. I stated my dietary restriction then left it up to the kitchen to create. I was not disappointed. I will return again and again even if it is 19 miles one way. My only bad thing was the cocktail was quite expensive. It was vodka & soda, no frills!
Everything that we tried was new to us and everything was Wonderful!!
Excellent food and great service!
The server had excellent knowledge of the food and wine
We had no idea what to expect and were pleasantly surprised! Everything we ordered was served in a beautiful fashion and tasted extraordinare! Full of flavor and spiced to our liking, we will consider this our go to place for Indian food!
Food is absolutely amazing!! We love Indian cuisine and visit several other restaurants as well but Azitra is our favorite Indian restaurant in Colorado. Worth the drive to give them a try.
Good service. Good food. Fair price.
Great experience and food! The service staff were attentive.
The lamb curry and chicken dish were great! The Ghobi Manchurian was incredible..
Husband and I are fans of Indian food and moved to Broomfield recently, so we wanted to try this place out. I didn't love it -- service was slow and the food wasn't awesome. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't as good as I would expect for Indian food, and more expensive than most Indian places. The atmosphere was nice -- warm tones and updated, pretty space.
The Azitra team is very professional from the greeting point to the check. Food order was delivered quite quickly. Food was very good.
It was the first time for all 3 of us. 1 diner had food alergies but found lots to choose from on the menu. Service was friendly and very informative. We shared 3 dishes and barely had room for dessert. The desserts turned out to be wonderful.
The new Goan curry is a good add especially for most south Indians. The generous use of butter can make things very heavy and rich - some people seem to like it. Food overall is very good in taste and presentation - however, it significantly above the competition any more.
The service on the other hand has deteriorated severely. Making an Open Table reservation doesn't guarantee you a table - in fact we were told that they would like to hold the larger tables for larger groups - in case they came by (about 4 people came by totally in 1.5 hours). So for parties of 3 (or 4) - unless the smaller tables are available there is a reluctance to seat you even with a reservation. In fact, we were even told that they were full - with all those empty tables, only to be seated after the manager allowed it. In today's app driven world - I simply cannot excuse this - especially when this is an expensive restaurant (3 person meal without drinks can set you back $60+). Better still - don't be part of Open Table if you aren't interested in honoring the reservation.
The person serving us seemed to be unhappy working that day. When asked what the "Chat of the day" was - he said he didn't know and just stood there.... - until we asked him to go find out. Never had this happen to me in any upscale Indian restaurant. He brought out our order and then never ever came back - not once to ask if we wanted more water, not once to ask us if the food tasted good etc. Again, never happened to me before in Azitra or an equivalent restaurant.
I can only recommend this restaurant based on the food quality - overall service and value are poor.
Another great experience at Azitra. The service was slightly slow, but it was a busy night and the food makes it soooo worth it!
This Place was tasty! Loved teh Naan and Butter Chicken. Salmon was great too!
