Azitra - Broomfield
Great food and service! The cauliflower appetizer is the best.
Delicious interpretations of classic Indian dishes. Not crazy, but distinct from your usual buffet, full of flavors, depth of spice profile, and some dishes I haven't seen before. Not to mention the tequila cocktail with tamarind was mind blowing. Highly recommend the cauliflower appetizer
Very delightful evening! Service a bit on the slow side and waiter almost too soft spoken. Neither of these observations diminished the very nice experience!
My wife and I have made Azitra our Valentine's Day spot for the past three years. This year, they went with a 3 course (appetizer, entree, and dessert) prix fixe meal, simplifying their menu and ordering. Reserving our table almost a week in advance was easy with OpenTable on their Google search result. The food is always AMAZING, and they're vegan/vegetarian options are delicious and plentiful. We've yet to try any of their wines, so I can't comment on that. Our only nitpick is that service is slower than we'd prefer. Definitely recommend though!
The food is delicious and outstanding as is the service.
We have been frequent visitors to Azitra as the services and food are very excellent. Since we opt for Vegan/Vegetarian selections, they takes care of our needs.
We have been going to Azitra for the past couple of years and unfortunately we won't be returning. Over the years, there has been a decline in food quality and service ~
The very best eggplant bharta I have had in the US. Azitra also spices the food appropriately for "real" Indian food. Thank you!
The food was amazing. I ordered brunch since I'm not super familiar with Indian cuisine and each dish was fantastic. It was a great way to try a few different dishes. The restaurant itself is beautiful. I will definitely go back. I went there during the day so it wasn't too busy but I bet it gets pretty busy for dinner.
Food was Very good and the service was great
Love this restaurant. Love it. The food is beyond great.
On the service side, not so great. they seem to hire untrained, raw help. They're like puppies. They want to do well, but they haven't been shown how. And it's a different group of servers every time i go there. which obviously hasn't stopped me. But that keeps them from getting the best ratings. I hate to be nervous about my server.
Wonderful service and great food! A little expensive but perfect for a special event!
Upscale Indian. Service was slow at first but food came out promptly. Great wine list, but most bottles were pretty pricey. Food was very very good. Cauliflower appetizer was delicious!
Azitra is our favorite place for Indian. Although, we tend to stick with the Chicken Tikka Masala, our family favorite, everything we’ve tried has been good. The food is fresh, free of dyes and unwanted preservatives. The service is unmatchable too.
This was our second visit to Azitra this time with friends. The food was just as excellent as the first time and service was very good. It’s fun to try new things (Indian cuisine)!
Comfortable place with friendly staff. Our experience was very nice, from immediate seating to the excellent tasting food. We will definitely return.
I have eaten here before and love the food. I was disappointed that the music was too loud for conversation even though there were only two other tables filled in the entire place for a late Wednesday dinner. And, neither our first nor our second choice of wine was available. The sommelier told us that we would get the lesser price for the bottle we drank, but then we were charged full price. Not sure I will be going back soon.
Food was great. We had the lamb and chicken tiki masala and vegetable dumplings. Service was slow to start and I had to track someone down to get our check.
Best Indian food we have had in a while! We will be back
Awesome food period :). The food and ambience is great.
The food was amazing! The wine selection was also quite nice. The interior is modern; it's nicely done but perhaps felt a bit sterile. That may have been due, though, to the fact that we were there early (5:30) on a Sunday evening and, besides ourselves, there were only a few other tables seated. Apparently this place is busier at lunchtime with the business crowd. This was our first visit, but we will certainly visit again just for the food.
Dinner service was slightly disorganized. There was a party in the bar which seemed to distract our server(s). The restaurant itself wasn't crowded. Took three attempts and 25 minutes for my husband's beverage to arrive. Food was good, portions were not overwhelming which is nice.
Have an excellent separate vegan menu (on request). Food came out quickly and was very flavorful!
Service was a little slow. Food was really good. Will probably go back again.
The 4 of us ate dinner there for a birthday party. They brought us a slice of cheese cake (un asked for) with a birthday message on it. Very nice touch. The food was excellent overall. The braised lamb shank was tender and flavorful, very different from the other lamb dish we ordered. Both were excellent. The Saag Paneer was very good with chunks of paneer cheese. We found the chai a bit to heavy on the tea side and light on the spice and milk side... A nice, fairly authentic Indian restaurant.
Excellent food and great service. Cannot wait to return.
Very tasty Azitra grill, excellent sauce
Amazing and fabulous food! I will absolutely return for more incredible food. Hands down, one of the best places I’ve eaten in the Broomfield, CO area, by far!! Thank you, Azitra.
every time I have been there, I have had great food. The servers are always nice and helpful. Really a terrific place.
I abhor going to any mall, and this is the only negative aspect of this restaurant. It would be popular, and I think get more customers, if it was located in either downtown Louisville, Lafayette, or Boulder.
We were so pleasantly surprised to find such great authentic and delicious Indian food in such a cookie cutter city.
The service was wonderful as well and the goat curry outstanding!
Wish we lived here!
We arrived about 6:15 on Sat evening. Quite quiet - presumably it's busier during the week when all of the surrounding businesses have people working in them. Food and service excellent. Beautiful décor, attentive Maître d', she spoke with every table in the restaurant, ensuring all was well. Choice of levels of hot/spiciness from 1 to 5. We chose 4 and it was just as well. Right at our limits and we are pretty seasoned (??) spicy food eaters. Only one thing that might be attended to: every surface is hard and, even though there were not that many people in the room, it was quite distractingly noisy. But all in all, we will recommend and go again. Thank you!
Definitely the best Indian restaurant in the Denver area.
This wasn’t our first visit to Azitra. In the past it’s always been excellent. This visit, however, was not good. It’s been a year since we’ve been so I hope they aren’t going downhill... The service was rushed and the server had the, “what can you do for me,” attitude. Not great. The food was okay, it’s never good when the naan is the high point when having Indian. Very average. This one was of those meals where a good server might have saved the experience, but alas, I don’t think we will be returning to Azitra anytime soon.
Fantastic authentic food. If you dont do spicey get your plate at a 1 spice level.
We love to come to Azitra. The food is delicious & the service is great! One of our favorite places to go with friends.
Azitra has a phenominal winelist of gems and delicious reasonably priced food. Only downside is that it is located in the no man's land of suburbia but still worth the visit indeed.
The food was excellent as was the house wine (merlot). We were well attended to without being bothersome. A nice time was had by all.
Always superb! Great flavors in everything we have tried!
Not crowded, pleasant noise level to talk. food was great. Waiter explained options for the meal selection, and was right on in spice level. We lingered over the meal, but didn't feel rushed. Only downside was no lunch buffet.
