Food wasn’t up to their usual standard. N.Y. Strip was thinner than usual, and overlooked. Service by Henry was excellent.

Very good filet mignon I went there for a 30th anniversary. Our waitress was awesome what are some complementary cheesecake at the end for us to eat.
The restaurant is perfect for a nice outing or date, cute bar area and food was pretty good.
Our food was good just lacking in service. This was our second time here. First time was great not so much this time. Place was crowded, bar service was slammed, people standing at bar. Will probable try again to see if this is a fluke

Service was EXTREMELY slow! Like 3 hours slow! The hostess had to locate our server on a few occasions, they ran out of certain food items, couldn't make drinks because they did not have all the ingredients, the cook was outside smoking next to her car on a "no smoking property" as posted on their building. Had to place a to go order (plain burger) and it took 45 minutes to receive it. Asked for 2 separate checks and gave our cc to pay, the waiter mixed up our cards and checks.

This was the first time out since Pre Corona. We’ve frequent the restaurant multiple time. Dining was good, food great and price is right. We will return.

I loved the patio and social distancing. We also had a great server, Erin! Unfortunately, two of the four steaks ordered were undercooked and my friend's martini wasn't made properly and was sent back twice. This was me and my husband's 20 year anniversary celebration and it was a treat for the other couple we were with for their wedding gift. I wished the food/drink was better than it was. :-(

Love the patio seating. Front patio tables seem close but with some empty it was nice. We have not been eating inside so this outdoor patio works for us. Might want to sanitize as we are seated, but We bring our own! Server was excellent. Food was really above the usual here. Small filet wood fired yummyness. Chicken scallopini was bright flavored with rice. See ya again soon.
We sat on the front patio and it was perfect. The music was low and there was a nice breeze. Our waitress was good and so was the food.

Ribs were juicy and BBQ'ed to perfection. Ribeye was too thin so it was not as rare as I would like but it was juicy.

The restaurant was good. I just had some problems with their covid-19 protocols. They had paper menus that looked like they had been used before. They're supposed to be single use. The waitress had her mask under her nose.

Didn’t have a couple steaks available from the menu on Fathers Day. Was disappointed but the Prime Rib as the selection was very good.
I have no problems spending money on going out for a nice meal but I’m very upset it cost $85 dollars for what we received. Very small salads, burnt steaks, shrimp was so burnt I couldn’t eat it and my husbands asparagus was so charcoaled it’s stuck to his plate. Highly disappointed.

I had the steak fajitas. The tortillas came out first and were barely luke warm. When the rest of the items arrived, I did not receive strips of steak, but chunks that were fatty and sinewy.
My grandmother had the Austin’s Combo (half rack of ribs, brisket, and pulled pork). Both of us tried it and I don’t know what was going on with the sauce that night. It was awful! The brisket and pulled pork were inedible because the sauce was so heavy with vinegar. We’ve had a few bad experiences at the Mayfield Village location this year, but this one was by far the worst.
What the experience even worse was the staff (our waitress and the manager) were both dismissive of the issues we raised. Both of us are frequent patrons of Austin’s and were very disappointed. We do intend to return.
Not the first time for us at Austin’s. Not sure if it was overly busy, but our waitress was nonexistent! We were there for two hours and was offered two drinks or refills. Meals were fair. I’ve had better. Chalk it up to a bad day. Maybe next time!
Food, Service, Atmosphere great - restaurant has been in business for years which is great but interior is a bit tired. Otherwise highly recommend and we will return!
I have been obsessed with Ribs lately and I really enjoyed their ribs, very tender fall off the bone delicious!! Also got the Artichoke Dip and it was the best we have ever had, we get that everywhere we go too, the chips with it were homemade and so good.
This was our first time at Austin's, and I'll give e them 5 stars for the ambience and great service, but their steaks, in my opinion are not. I ordered a strip steak medium well, and it was well done, and very tough. My husband ordered the rib eye, medium rare, and ot was well done, 30% of it was all fat! Crab cake appetizer, baked potato were very good.
asked for steak medium. it was super rare. steak was supposed to come with brussel sprouts, it didn’t. was also supposed to come with a twice baked potato, server said they were out so i could have a loaded baked potato. server was nice. french onion soup and bread were good. everything else was sub par at best. the worst part about a steakhouse shouldn’t be the steak
If eating at Austin's be sure to order bar-b-que. I order Dan's ribeye burnt on one side barley cooked on other. Will give it another try.
A really unfortunate first visit experience. After the meal the waiter admitted it was his first day. Management should train fully before allowing to serve alone. Once we called Management over, I was made to feel that we were looking for something free, rather than just giving feedback. Not the case. Manager took 15% off the bill and weakly apologized.
We were brought double appetizers when we ordered one each, we were brought someone else's dinner and after waiter walked away we noticed and called him back. He then picked them up and plunked them down at the table next to us. Our salads were never received, we told the waiter this before he totaled up the bill and he asked if we wanted our salads to go! Never asked if we wanted another drink. Never brought water. It took 45 minutes to received our meal once we ordered it. Our bill was just over $100.00, I certainly expected more.
The only good thing I can say is the cocktail was better than the average restaurant mix.
We were not from the area, so we looked online and found this place. Not impressed.
This was our first & only visit. The kicker was that we found what appeared to be a piece of chewed steak in the garnish of our calamari appetizer. In addition our waitress was not great. She didn't introduce herself or tell us any of the specials. When I asked what she would recommend out of the 3 entrees that I was debating over her response was "those are completely different" then turned and asked my husband what would he like? Never gave me any suggestions just moved on. She was gone for a while and when she returned we informed her that we had a problem (the random chewed meat) she was very nonchalant about the discovery. Long story my hubby had lost his appetite and did want to eat anything else in this place. We spoke with the manager who was very nice & apologetic and cancelled our ticket out. Manager was good. Service poor.

Their menu says that items are gluten free when in actuality they are not. The only reason we even went there was because their online menu said they had gluten-free ribs, and my celiac friend wanted them for her birthday meal. When we arrived, the waitress said we could have the ribs gluten-free if the sauce was left off of them. That would’ve been fine if the menu item had actually been marked as a “gluten-free option,” but it said that the meal that she wanted to order was “gluten-free.” My celiac friend ended up eating pork chops.
Arrived on time and table was not available . The service excellent, but food was not. Ordered my steak medium and it came to table well done. The vegetable was served cold.
I pegged it to be a bad night.
