   I had a great night at Atlas Restaurant in the St. Regis Atlanta. I tried the Chef’s Tasting Menu and really enjoyed the steak—it was cooked just right and packed with flavor. The hen’s egg dish was a standout, creamy and tasty with fresh herbs. The dining room looked sharp with cool art on the walls, and the staff was friendly and on point. I left happy and would definitely go back.

   I absolutely adored dining here. I am looking for an excuse to return to Atlanta just to eat here again. Everything was 10/10 and several of the managers stopped at my table to ask how I was doing. Truly one of a kind service that I have not experienced in a long time.

   Everything was absolute top tier. The entire staff was so on point and ahead of everything. The food was immaculate and the entire experience was the perfect way to spend our Anniversary.

   My GF and I are on a journey to do a Michelin restaurant every quarter, and our most recent dining experience was at Atlas. We had an exceptional experience, largely thanks to our server, Jordan. His attentiveness and personalized service made the evening memorable, including a special touch with a picture with the kitchen staff and signed menus. We had the full tasting menu including the Australian-sourced wagyu and a fine cheese selection, both of which were delicious. Highly recommend the cheese!! It really set the mood for the desserts and was one of our favorite courses. While the food was very sophisticated and well executed, I felt the value was lacking due to a lack of creativity compared to other Michelin-starred establishments. However, the ambience, service, and overall experience were well worth it. Highly recommend requesting Jordan for an unforgettable dining experience!!!

   Wow! Beautiful and elegant setting with unique art works throughout the space. The dinner begins with several small bites that were surprising and spectacularly tasty, such as a vegetable tart and smiley face fois gras cookie. We chose a la carte instead of the Chef’s tasting menu. The Himachi was lusciously salty and smokey. Fresh oysters were seasoned with a sweet and sour pickle relish. Sunchoke soup had a silky, custardy texture. Green Eggs and Ham was fun and inspired to make you smile. I enjoyed the Veal while the Striped Bass was a tad fishy for my taste. Sorbet dessert were tangy and unique: Citrus, papaya and lychee. We celebrated our birthdays and were surprised with additional desserts and candies. I chose wines by the glass from a thoughtfully prepared list,including: crémant d’Alsace, Chenin Blanc from the Loire, and an Haute Cotes du Nuits Pinot Noir. Service was top level and appropriately attentive. This is a very special place.

   Atlas delivered an exceptional evening from start to finish. The chef’s tasting menu was a culinary journey—thoughtfully curated, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Each course built on the last with creativity and balance. The service was warm and attentive without being intrusive, adding to the overall enjoyment. We truly had a wonderful time and look forward to returning.

    The service was impeccable! Ask for the tablet to view the featured art work while you wait for your flight of caviar to start. The playful amuse bouche small plates are a delight. We especially enjoyed the foie gras in a smiley face “cookie” presentation; with traces of El Bulli style. Treat yourself to the decadence of the Dom Perignon cocktail poured table side over a bitters infused sugar cube in sleek and stunning stemware. The Chilean Sea Bass was superb with an incredible mouthfeel. Gift yourself the pistachio soufflé, which is worth the 20 minute wait; airy, light and exquisite. Atlas is the definition of fine dining without pretentiousness and offers a stellar experience.
