   the staff was great from the moment we walked in to when we walked out. the food was exceptional, we wanted to try the beef wellington but it was sold out, opted for the dover sole for two and was blown away. the seafood tower was very good, and was no work at all, the kitchen made it seamless to eat. cocktail were all balanced and crafted perfectly.

   An exceptional and beyond-expectation dining experience. Extraordinary service from all staff including sommeliers. Fabulous culinary creations. I sat for 4:15 to finish eleven courses and didn’t want to leave!

   A repeat customers we were not as WOWed with this time as we were previously. A simple example: the host at the front knew it was our anniversary and gave us a pre-printed card, but our server had no clue it was a special occasion. Is this a big deal? Absolutely not, but it is slightly surprising from a Michelin star restaurant.

   For a dinner that totaled to be over $900 I was very disappointed in both the food and the service. We got the chefs tasting menu plus wagyu and three cocktails. Plates and drinks were whisked away before we were finished and without our permission. This was the biggest problem in my opinion. The scallop was minced beyond recognition and contained too many sour pickles. The white asparagus was like eating an asparagus pickle ice cream. I did enjoy the halibut, wagyu, and dessert but none were very remarkable. The anniversary card they wrote us was a nice touch.

   Sensational. Fun surprises with each course and impeccable service. We were definitely not a conventional table and they made us feel right at home.

   I had a great night at Atlas Restaurant in the St. Regis Atlanta. I tried the Chef’s Tasting Menu and really enjoyed the steak—it was cooked just right and packed with flavor. The hen’s egg dish was a standout, creamy and tasty with fresh herbs. The dining room looked sharp with cool art on the walls, and the staff was friendly and on point. I left happy and would definitely go back.

   I absolutely adored dining here. I am looking for an excuse to return to Atlanta just to eat here again. Everything was 10/10 and several of the managers stopped at my table to ask how I was doing. Truly one of a kind service that I have not experienced in a long time.

   Everything was absolute top tier. The entire staff was so on point and ahead of everything. The food was immaculate and the entire experience was the perfect way to spend our Anniversary.

    My GF and I are on a journey to do a Michelin restaurant every quarter, and our most recent dining experience was at Atlas. We had an exceptional experience, largely thanks to our server, Jordan. His attentiveness and personalized service made the evening memorable, including a special touch with a picture with the kitchen staff and signed menus. We had the full tasting menu including the Australian-sourced wagyu and a fine cheese selection, both of which were delicious. Highly recommend the cheese!! It really set the mood for the desserts and was one of our favorite courses. While the food was very sophisticated and well executed, I felt the value was lacking due to a lack of creativity compared to other Michelin-starred establishments. However, the ambience, service, and overall experience were well worth it. Highly recommend requesting Jordan for an unforgettable dining experience!!!
