Went to Arthur's for an anniversary. The food was off the hook outstanding. I had the steak - of course - and my wife had the Halibut. I'm not a big fish person, but after eating some of her fish I'm a changed man. Our waiter and wait staff were great, and the hostesses went out of their way to accommodate my wife and I. The food, exceptional.... the wine... again off the hook....
I love the dark wood interior and the food is always phenomenal!
Outstanding service, superb food.
Food was amazing and incredibly overpriced. We waited a hour between hors d’oeuvres and our main, another 20 for our dessert and then paid our 300 dollar bill (for 2 people) and got outside to realize they had charged us for 80 dollars worth of desserts we never got. Would not recommend, they did fix the bill but did not even offer a discount for the trouble or bad service.
Arguably the best dining experience in Little Rock. Always a safe bet if you're treating out of town guests, celebrating a special occasion, or just want to have a great meal and worry-free service.
This was the most disappointing meal I have had in a long time. Unfortunately the disappointment had nothing to do with the food but the snob of a hostess. This was a celebration dinner with my parents ruined by the snob of a hostess. My parents arrived before my wife and I. Unfortunately by the hostess standards my parents must not be hip enough to be seated in the main dining room which wasn’t even half full. The hostess placed them in a small banquet room that lacked the ambiance of the main dining room. Bright lights and unable to hear the piano player was our ambiance. Even the waiter apologized and offered to have us reseated but we declined as we had already started our meal.
Everything was perfect except for being seated in the “back room” instead of the main dining area. (There were open tables) Seems like making the reservation well in advance would rate you a nicer table. Be sure to specify if you go.
Very good, but my medium filet was rare. I don’t send food back, so I ate around the edges. Brussels sprouts and asparagus very good. Mashed potatoes had a slightly odd flavor, maybe a different spice in them than I’m used to.
Very disappointed in the new facility. We have been there multiple times and this may have been the last. The noise level on a Wednesday night when 75% full was awful. I could not hear my wife across the table. The food was good but it seemed subpar to the usual excellent servings. We loved the previous location and ambiance, and hoped this new location would be the same. Not as good in our opinion.
Awesome meal. Steaks cooked perfectly and well seasoned. Calamari appetizer was excellent.
Absolutely excellent service and food could not ask for a better place to go eat on our honeymoon
One of the best evening I have had in a long time. The people from parking the car to serving the meal to management were fantasy. Everyone should experience this restaurant food, people and atmosphere.
If you love your wife, girlfriend or best friend take them once. You will go back.
Arthur’s was great. Waiters were all very knowledgeable and very helpful. The wagyu ribeye was the best steak I have had in my life. Was cooked to perfection. They go above and beyond to make you happy. When I made my reservation you can make a special request. I was just testing and I put I wanted peanut m&ms. What happens? They bring me a bowl of peanut m&ms. Was not expecting that. Will be back multiple times.
I live in Dumas,Ar and have Taylor's Steakhouse right down the road from me. Prior to my experience, Taylor's was the only steakhouse I've been to where the food was not only prepared and presented well, but cooked well and the taste superb. Now, I have another place where my food experience now matches Taylor's in quality of food, specifically for a Ribeye. I have only had 3 places in my life where a didn't need anything else to add to my steak. Black Bear Inn near Gatlinburg,Tn...Taylor's in Dumas,Ar...and now Arthur's. While the ambience and experience between Taylor's and Arthur's is quite different (for a whole host of reasons), Arthur's offer's a steak that is on par in quality and taste to Taylor's (both are aged prime beef). The service was fantastic at Arthur's (I've never gotten to choose my steak knife!) and the creme brulee that I was given (on the house) as a result of it being my birthday and anniversary was amazing. If were given the opportunity to go there again, I would jump at the chance!
Arthur’s is consistently outstanding and never disappoints! The best steak in Little Rock!
This was our first dinner at Arthur’s and it happened to be our anniversary. We were very pleased. The cocktails were proper and the wine list exceptional. We enjoyed filets and they were a perfect medium rare. Kristopher took very good care of us. Attentive but not intrusive. We will repeat next time back in town. Little Rock, you need to support this excellent steak restaurant.
Superb service, sea bass and filet excellent, asparagus and sweet potato mash excellent, cream corn very good, loaded broccoli was good but not special.
This was our first time and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Great food and amazing, personable service. The only complaint would be the tables are close together and it did not have an intimate setting that you would expect.
The steaks were great. The crab cake appetizer was average. The chocolate cake for desert was very good.
Overall, although pricey, a very good dining experience.
Arthur's models itself after the classic names, but beats them. The meat was excellent, as expected, but it was the attention to other dishes that separated Arthur's from others. Salads were superb. Creamed spinach excellent. Potatoes very good but, unlike other dishes, not distinctively excellent. Bearnaise sauce our night was "flat." I told the owner, he went to the kitchen, reviewed the sauce, and found that it was lacking champagne vinegar - came back, told me so, and gave me a new ramekin. This obsessive attention to detail (and issues raised by customers) should keep Arthur's ahead of the pack as long as it lasts.
I've been to a number of white table cloth steakhouses. Arthur's easily exceeds them all on service, quality, and ambience.
Excellent as always. Prompt service and great quality of food. We will continue to go back. Jake is our favorite waiter.
My server was really attentive and provided wonderful service. My first drink wasn't right. But she brought me a different one and it was great. I ordered my steak medium well+. However, when it came it was medium. I ate what I could and took the rest home. I ended up putting it in the oven at home to cook it just a little longer. It was my anniversary. They gave us a complimentary desert that was delicious. Overall, I'm ok with it enough to where I will give them a second chance.
We love dining at Arthur’s! It’s the perfect place to celebrate. The steak is always cooked perfectly, and the atmosphere is wonderful.
If you love a great steak in a fine dining establishment, this is the place for you! I rarely have steak but it was very well cooked. I had the filet and it was wonderful! The sides I had were the asparagus and the cheesy-garlic mashed potatoes. They didn't come served on the same plate which was odd to me. The sides were big enough for sharing and I wish it weren't that way.
There were so many dishes on the table for two, it was difficult to move anything. The Creme Brulee cheesecake w/ Decaf Coffee were to die for.
The ambiance, valet parking and service were top notch I felt important/fancy from the time I got there until the time I left. 🙂
First time to Arthur’s to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Great steaks and service! High price, but worth it and absolutely going back.
It was a 30th birthday celebration and we were seated in a small room with 4 other tables right across from the kitchen. The noise from the other tables in the small room on top of the all the staff and kitchen noise made the evening less than relaxing. Our steaks were incredibly undercooked. Our sides were ice cold. I understand why they can’t do the table side presentation anymore, but that was part of the enjoyment of the chateaubriand. The food was top notch, always cooked perfectly, and always hot out of the kitchen. I love that they needed a bigger space, however I feel their quality has decreased because of it. Our server was fantastic, but other than that, the entire evening was a bust. Arthur’s used to be hands down my favorite place, however - this experience was enough to remove it from the top of my list.
This is the steak house you were looking for! You just cannot go wrong here. Give it a try and you won’t regret it!
Excellent experience. Outstanding food and service.
We ordered the scallops for an appetizer. These were fishy and very salty. My husband would not send them back. I ordered a spinach salad with the dressing on the side. Aside from being small, the dressing was thick and resembled goat cheese. Our steaks were tender. We ordered Authur’s filets. My steak was not as flavorful as my husband’s filet. The dessert was good but very overpriced. When we left, the 200.00 bill left me wondering how this meal could cost this much. I will not be back. Our waiter in training needed more training for this type of restaurant. I was unfortunately not impressed by your restaurant and will not be back. There are just too many other restaurants that are better. I did not enjoy the room in the back. The main dining room would have been my choice.
food is excellent. noise level is low which makes dinning a pleasure instead of tedious.
The staff give personal attention and make every effort to accommodate you.
It was our first experience, I had mentioned to a friend that Arthur's was on the list who in turn, gave us a gift card there. I believe that because I had canceled our previous reservation that possibly it was the reason we were sat at a table right next to the water station which was annoying at the least, our waiter William I believe, was certainly exceptionally slow, yes we did tip well regardless.
I hope that our next visit will live up to how exquisite the food was!
The food was excellent and the service was amazing.
The calamari was amazing. The steak was good. Seemed a little overpriced. We were seated right by the kitchen even though there were plenty of other tables available. The constant kitchen noises, including profanity from the kitchen staff, really dampened the mood and atmosphere.
Best steaks ever, very generous portions.
I would recommend Arthur's to anyone.
My husband and I celebrated our Anniversary at Arthur's earlier this year and really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere with low lighting making for a romantic meal. The added touch of how each plate of food was exquisitely prepared added to the experience. I love how the owner visits every table and was very attentive of everyone making sure we were well taken care of.
I took my girlfriend there tonight for her birthday dinner. I believe this has been the best experience at a restaurant I have ever had. I will definitely be back. Customer service, food temperature, management, food portions, even the designated water refiler was to perfection. Prices are a little higher than normal but the experience is worth it!! Definitely going back!!!
Jerry and all of his Staff are Awesome and the food is always the best.
Could not have been better. This was our 35th Wedding anniversary and we had a table set in a room by ourselves decorated with Rose petals. It was as if the restaurant was only open to us. Very well taken care of but not over burdened with service. Food was absolutely delicious. Dessert was creme brulei and perfect. Can't say enough good things about Arthur's new building, they brought everything here that exemplifies who they are. This was the second year to celebrate our anniversary with Arthur's and plan on making this our spot from now on. Can't mess with perfection.
