Very nice evening with great food and service. A bit loud, though.
Some of the best Tex Mex we've had in Houston. We had a fantastic shrimp appetizer in an infused olive oil--amazing. The mole dishes are particularly good, and varied (and seem authentic, based on a trip we had to Oaxaca a few years ago). There are a lot of fabulous cocktails on the menu, and the carrot cake is TDF (and quite large).
After a long travel day, we were put in the side room where the noise level was low and atmosphere was perfect! The food is always top notch at Picos!
LOVE Pico’s!!!
Our waiter, Abraham, was professional and attentive, like always.
Great buffer selection - and incredible desserts. All the foods offered are done right.
Delish food
Waiter was slow and we had to ask for more drinks each time. Dissatisfied with the service this time. But the food was great.
Best margaritas in Houston! Food and service was excellent but a bit pricey
Sat on patio and food was delicious. Service was great.
It’s been a while since my wife and I had a date night. This restaurant was well worth it! Great atmosphere, great food and great customer service. Ruben our waiter was very attentive and helpful. He was spot on with his recommendations and had superior service. My wife and I are looking forward to stopping by again.
An extensive and well defined menu. Nice margarita selection.
Always some of the best authentic mexican food. Thanks for a wonderful evening.
Great Service by Hector.
New Year’s Day at Pico’s. A tradition for us!
This is an experience in gourmet Mexican cuisine with the food representing all corners of Mexico, and the margaritas are the best in Houston!
Friendly atmosphere and staff. Generous servings of food.
Yesmine was amazing!
Wanted to share our like for Pico’s with my son and his wife. Enjoyable evening. Took tamales home for another meal
Way too loud
Picos is a must whenever my wife and I visit Houston. This upscale Mexican restaurant has the best quality Mexican food around and worth every penny. Fajita meat (chicken or steak) is so tender it like it melts in your mouth. Service is always great. The waiters are very attentive.
Excellent choice for authentic Mexican food in Houston. Beautiful atmosphere, attentive service and moderately priced. We enjoyed our brunch experience.
Pico’s holiday special, The Twelve Days of Mole buffet enticed us back to in-person dining. We had ordered takeout on two previous occasions during the earlier COVID restrictions. We felt very comfortable. The tables were adequately distanced, the staff were masked and gloved and the buffet table was protected from diners by plexiglass. We were able to choose among the twelve different mole dishes and sides which were plated by staff and handed to us to carry back to our table. The food was excellent as usual. We hope Pico’s will continue this holiday tradition next year. We will be back before then.
We enjoyed our food and margaritas as they were delicious! We were seated in a side room by ourselves which was great as we felt safe. At the end of our meal, they seated a party of 9 close to us which did not feel safe Next visit we will ask to sit in the large dining room with a high ceiling.
Hector was awesome as usual and the food was brilliant as always!
The food quality was low. Our beef fajitas were scrappy, and my wife's fish had a ton of bones.
Food is always fresh and amazing! Friendly staff and eager to make you happy!
The best Margaritas in Houston! Nothing compares!!!!
Great authentic Mexican food and attentive services.
Just drinks. Delicious
This is our new favorite place. The customer service was great and the food was very authentic.
This terrific eatery is well spaced and comfortable. The service and safety procedures allow a relaxed dining experience. The food is unique and well done
Pico’s is by FAR our favorite restaurant! Over 30 years of food, fun and memories!
I've had three meals here, breakfast, lunch, & dinner here. All great. The mole is some of the best I've had in Houston so far. Servers are very accomodating & timely. Interior is lovely & well cared for. Not too noisy - good acoustics and I can easily speak with my family over the table. Plenty of parking. Easy to drive into & get out of. Oh and Christmas tamales are fast to get and delicious, esp. the black bean one for vegetarians!
Love the food but very expensive especially for lunch.
Miss the brunch buffet but covid. Second time I’ve had the wild boar mole. It is fantastic and so is the white queso. Glad they have fresh chicharrones as I can’t have the tortilla chips. Their margaritas are numerous and delicious. I wish there was a wine menu if there is we don’t get it. I do better on my diet with wine than margaritas now. Luckily I named a few. Our waiter was very knowledgeable on any wine or food questions.
It is pricier but very unique and worth the trip.
Coffee was cold. Asked for refill and still cold, Then we asked a different server for coffee and he made sure he was filling it with hot coffee. Tortillas were also cold. Food was ok. So many other choices for a good authentic Mexican breakfast. I would not recommend this one.Good place for dinner, but not for breakfast/brunch.
It is a good restaurant
We sat on the back patio and it was great. The food is always outstanding and the service was perfect. Our server was Yesmin, she was great. Drinks were on point and loved the atmosphere. Will return of course!
Long waits for server to check in on us. But he was a good server.
