Arielle's Country Inn
BEST RESTAURANT OF BUCKS & MONTGOMERY COUNTY for the second year in a row, 2011 and 2012 Reader’s Choice Awards, The Intelligencer.
Arielle's Country Inn, located on Allentown Road, is housed in a beautifully appointed, historic, stone building dating back to 1754. Used as a stagecoach stop in the 18th century, the restaurant still retains that warm country atmosphere. Chef/owner, Jacques Colmaire, uses locally sourced, fresh, high quality ingredients to skillfully prepare food for you to enjoy. Diners can choose from Prime steaks, fresh seafood, pasta and other specialities which are all cooked to order and served in a romantic, candlelit dining room, enhanced with a fireplace and cozy bar. Garden dining is available amid a beautiful flower garden in the summer months. We look forward to having you as our guest!

Great food - charming ambience -excellent service. Every time I’m back in this part of PA, I make a point of dining at this lovely Inn.
We love it here!! The food is excellent, the service is wonderful, and the atmosphere is great.
A gem in Upper Bucks County! Large menu with outstanding food. Beautiful gardens for everyone to appreciate.
First timers! We sat at the bar, chatted with the owner. The decor was perfect. My boyfriend said that he had the best pork chop of his life. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive.
We made another reservation while we were there.
Last evening was my first visit at your lovely inn.
I went with three girlfriends and we enjoyed every minute of the evening.
The food was just simply DELICIOUS!
And my one friend had left her take home box there. Later checking my voice mail I realized that our server had called to tell us that the box had been left behind. That’s never happened for me before. On and beyond kindness!
I will return with more friends!
had a wonderful time. My hard to please husband was very happy with the entire experience.
Staff, food and ambience always exemplary!
Our server and the food were excellent! Not much more to say.
This is a beautiful inn in the Bucks County area. We are from the Lehigh Valley so it took us about 30 minutes.
The outside has seating and there are beautiful flowers decorating the porch and outside eating area.
I requested a quiet area to have dinner since it was our first time dining there.
The co-owner and our server took our orders quickly and were very friendly and welcoming.
The inside is exposed stone and there are beautiful antiques throughout the inn.
The table had real roses in a bud vase an oil lamp, and linen table cloths and napkins.
Our drink order was brought quickly. The menu and specials were varied and gave us ample choices.
We enjoyed the oysters shooters(although tasty they were too large for shooters), New England clam chowder, Arielle ceaser salad, crab cake and shrimp scampi. Everything came out hot and was delicious!
We weren’t going to have dessert until the owner described the poached pear dessert- which was a
poached pear, draped in chocolate on top of vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. AMAZING!!
We will definitely be returning!!
One of our favorites for special occasions or simply beautiful night out. No time for conversation.... food is too good. ;)
Arielle's is a beautiful country Inn. We ate in a lovely outside setting amid flowers and plants. The server was attentive and prompt. The gourmet food was terrific. Price was what one would expect at this type restaurant. Scallops for me, sausage tortellini for the lady. A glass of wine each and an outstanding blueberry pomegranite ice cream dessert that we shared with 20% tip $100.
Super time from greeting at front door. We enjoyed clams casino escargot coconut shrimp lobster bisque entrees tuna special tilapia with crab and lobster tails. Poached pear and chocolate mousse. Always well prepared and caring service.
The staff made it a very enjoyable evening and the food arrived timely and hot.
Anniversary. Everything was excellent
Beautiful! Couldn’t have been better. Look forward to returning soon.
Lovely setting and good food and service.
We love to eat here.
Duck breast was overcooked, and cold. French onion soup had al dente onions, and wasn't enough for the price, also salty. Everything else was great. But, I probably wouldn't go here again. Mostly everything is overpriced or imported from other countries such as the lobster tails. So you know it's not fresh. Vegetables have been the same for months... Carrots, and scalloped potatoes and a undercooked piece of broccoli. Only giving three stars because of the service and atmosphere.
Have been dining at Arielle’s for decades, and it keeps getting better, if that’s possible! Our family’s favorite restaurant! Love Love LOVE this place!
Food was great and the service was amazing! I never have a bad experience at Arielle’s
I have eaten here before and always enjoyed it. This time was my wedding anniversary so we wanted it special. We wanted to eat in the gardens with the fountains but they only had that during COVID. So we still sat outside and it was beautiful, you could hear the birds and see the butterflies.so it was very nice. Food was excellent. I had walnut salmon and husband had short ribs. Both delicious. Potatoes and vegetables could have been better and a little more. We had a salad and paid $8.95 a piece for which was crazy and 2 appetizers. Steam clams and bacon wrapped scallops. Both very good. Definitely will go back but only for special occasions,a little expensive to do frequently.
The food was good, but everything had some sort of strong rub. I would prefer to taste the true flavor of what I’m eating. I had lobster, which has a very delicate flavor easily drowned out. The carrots were good. No idea of what the potato option was. Even the steamed clam app was sauces heavily.
We were seated outside in a lovely garden setting on a perfect summer day. Our dinners of steak, salmon, and scampi were cooked to perfection and served on warm plates so that they stayed at the proper temperature. Who could ask for more. Will be back.
The food is AWESOME. We have been here many times and it is never disappointing.
Wonderful experience. Not only was the food delicious but it was served piping hot. Staff is very friendly and skilled. The Inn is a great experience. We'll be going back.
The food was excellent service was very good but when we sat down there was only paper menus printed out there was no cocktail menu or dessert menu they had explain that to you I was only downsize but overall very good
Beautiful garden seating and the food was classically and perfectly prepared. Absolutely delicious, I will definitely be back. Would love to try almost everything on the menu.
Beautiful country setting, wonderful wait staff, exceptional food.
Portions are very generous well worth the cost.
This was not our first visit to Arielle’s and it won’t be our last. The food and service have consistently been excellent. Love the decor in this old building.
Country farmhouse setting. Well decorated, friendly atmosphere, very accommodating of our requests, and most importantly, our food was very good.
Everything (ambience & service) was very nice except the food.
Lobster bisque was under seasoned & barely lukewarm. Short ribs was served with a bland greasy & watery sauce. Not even close to a demiGLACE they implied on the menu. To make it worse, the ribs & "sauce" was served over overcooked carrots & scalloped potatoes making it more like a "stew" smothering the taste of the veggies.
This was probably one of the worst meals I've had in Bucks County fine dining restaurants.
Our first but not last visit was exceptional. The old Inn was tastefully decorated. Food and service, including a visit by one of the owners was also 5 star.
A beautiful country inn with delicious food. Never disappoints! Wish I could eat there every week. So many yummy choices on the menu.
First time back since the pandemic. Jessie our waitress was great. Great sense of humor along with great service. The food here never disappoints. Best crab cakes and creme brûlée ever! We sat outside. the plants and the atmosphere were perfect. Thanks for a great Neal and evening.
Another outstanding meal from jaques and christine....keep coming back
We were looking for a restaurant for to celebrate our anniversary, and Arielle’s Country Inn did not disappoint! We came with friends, we were seated on the beautiful porch and enjoyed our appetizers, salads, and mains. Topped it off with dessert. Every meal was perfectly prepared, absolutely delicious! We will be back.
We were very pleased with the service. It was was a very pleasant experience and the food was very good. Since when the reservation was made on line and asked for the occasion we put anniversary and thought
some thing special would happen. Upon asking before we left we could have asked for something. We will be back.
Arielle’s Country Inn was absolutely amazing! The waitress was extremely pleasant and also very helpful with bringing us and the other patrons in from outside when it started to rain. Food was absolutely delicious and I can not wait to go back and try everything else on the menu!!
Great little place that I drove by for years and overlooked. We dined on the porch which was very cute. They have a cute little outdoor area and a nice dining room inside with a bar. The food was excellent. Server was friendly.
Beautiful kept grounds, nice outside dining garden. Christine and staff are excellent. And, of course the food was perfect!!
