The restaurant had great food and great service. I will definitely eat there again.
Food was mediocre. Staff turned off the music and turned down the lights around 9PM urging us to hurry up and leave. will never recommend or visit again.
This was our first visit to this Westport staple. We were not disappointed! The food and service were terrific. The Covid protocols (table spacing) were followed however, the waiters did not all wear face masks).
This restaurant is clearly impacted by Covid - for a Saturday evening, it was not very crowded- this is too bad as local restaurants need to be supported during this trying time!
The service was not good, but food was... salmon especially.
It moves too quickly and food was lukewarm
We had the Antipasto Misto x 2, spaghetti and meatballs, Pappardelle with Braised Lamb Shank Ragout, and L'affogato al caffè, a dessert of gelato drowned in espresso
I asked them to cancel within reasonable time period and for valid reason and they said they were too busy
They served parmesan in a shaker like a pizza joint. Very off putting.
Food was good, cocktails on the sweet side, staff left something to be desired.
Great food, great service. I highly recommend this place; outdoor seating is amazing.
Great setting by the water, but the food was lacking.
Simply fantastic. Great food. Great service. I've likely eaten here 100 plus times. Never a bad meal. Vinicio and team do a superb job
A perfect evening. Sitting right at the river, beautiful lighting and warmth from the tower heaters and listening to a wonderful concert from across the river at The Levitt.
Very friendly staff and excellent food. Great date spot!
Great all around. Lovely setting and kept warm outside with many heating devices. We will return often.
Beautiful location, great ambiance at night overlooking river. Fresh homemade pasta, Yum!
Sent back the veal dish wait staff mechanical service
We were seated on time and the ambiance is lovely. However, they did not have my first choice (it seems they haven't had it all summer altho it remains on the menu). I ordered the halibut, which was the special. I ate half of it which tasted fine, but the next bite was really fishy and tasted awful. I told the waiter and the manager and they couldn't have cared less. Won't be returning anytime soon. Too bad because it is such a pretty place
Service was terrible. Waiters barely came over. Food and drinks awful.
Special experience. Never had a bad meal here. Bolivar and the team were outstanding
Food was average with little flavor and service was less than welcoming.
Overpriced, middle to low quality Italian-American food. Bread was not fresh, pasta had too much sauce with too much garlic.
The service was brutally slow, ans the language barrier made ordering challenging
Not good. Beautiful setting, but right from the beginning the service was slow, inattentive, & the food just wasn’t plated nicely and the flavors were lacking. I was far from impressed & probably won’t go back.
Nice setting - but zero service. You cannot fill tables if you do not have proper service. The food is okay but will probably not go back due to service issues.
Very good food and excellent service. Beautiful waterside location. Only issue was very limited parking.
Great food, great ambience right on the water and the service was great.
Setting is so nice and one of the few water view restaurants in the area. The service was fair. The salad that was supposed to be split was not and the salad that was not supposed to be split was. Took two drink orders and ignored the guest with an empty glass (?) --we had summon the server back. The food is a solid B+ but not excellent. The ambiance makes up for Arrezzo's service and food inadequacies. We keep going back for the nice alfresco, river-side dining.
Went here to celebrate my 5 year anniversary and there was no recognition of it although it was listed in my reservation. We started off our meal with 2 cocktails which were both good. Next we ordered a beef carpaccio, calamari, and insalata di arezzo. The beef carpaccio was over dressed so it made the meat soggy. For entrees we ordered 2 glasses of wine, saltimbocca alla romana, and the lamb chop dish. My boyfriend enjoyed his lamb chop, but my dish was not anything special. The mashed potatoes on both our plates were cold. For dessert we ordered the tiramisu and the lava cake which were both delicious and definitely the best part of the meal. Both of us work in the restaurant industry and expected better service and food for spending over $200 on a dinner…. There was no server and I believe the restaurant manager was going around taking orders. While he was nice, he definitely did not pay much attention to our table and we would’ve ordered more drinks if service was more attentive.
The food was way better than expected and our waitress was wonderful. She showed up when needed but do not hover. We had a nice long and relaxing dinner and did not feel rushed! Will definitely go back. Only negative was that it was drizzling for about 10 minutes when we arrived so they sat us inside, even though we wanted to be outside. Shortly after we were seated they were seating people outside again, so we missed having the lovely view. Oh well, better luck next time!
Food was absolutely delicious staff was really friendly Delicious food and great service
The food was delicious; however, the portions were seemingly small for the price.
Celebrated my birthday yesterday. Food was superb so was the service. Even my 2 months old grandaughter loved it enjoying every moment and never crying. Great place but we always have nothing but best there.
Maitre'd was very unaccommodating, got there early 5:30, wanted to sit closer to the river AND there was no one was on the patio but he said couldn't do it. We left & found a wonderful Italian trattoria named Amis.
Nice meal in a beautiful outdoor setting
Lovely meal outside on the patio. Food very good but a bit pricey for lunch for 2
Hostess told everyone to wait 10 minutes but really waited 30+ minutes. When being seating there was tons of empty tables. Food did not taste fresh at all.
Great outdoor location.
Due to the heat, we decided to order apps. The gazpacho was a disappointment and the mozzarella with prosciutto and artichokes equally so as the artichokes seemed out of a can rather than braised as per the menu. The dish was artfully arranged but the mozzarella was chewy and had no taste. My friend had the mussels but wasn’t raving about them altho she seemed to enjoy her app.
The confusion or rather lack of information re: parking became the topic of conversation when my friend arrived. Front desk staff said it was ok to park in the Wells Fargo lot next door but seeing signs that cars would be towed was not reassuring. By contrast my friend parked out in front of the restaurant where one hour parking only signs are posted. Our waiter said my friend could park there for 2 hrs. Which is it or risk a ticket?
In general, altho setting was what we wanted, the server didn’t offer a refill of iced tea which is a courtesy always appreciated. The service was spotty bordering on inexperienced but they were nice & polite but in general, I would not return. We had ample time to get in a long overdue visit and weren’t rushed so that’s a plus.
service was not good at all
