   We had a reservation at 7:30 and had to stand at the bar until seated at 8:15. Called ahead to give card info to cover the bill so the server wouldn't drop the check for the party. Server still dropped the check. Long wait for food even though we had to put in apps and entres together. Only gave small amount of bread to start. Tres Leches was very small. Expensive for very small amount of food but the food we did get was tasty- just delayed and we were very hungry from the wait. Probably worth a single visit but will not be returning.

   We were greeted warmly, all staff were friendly and unobtrusive, food was delicious though portions small. Overall experience was great! Highly recommend

   absolutely amazing dinner. would recommend to absolutely anyone it’s not just dinner it’s a whole experience. food like you’ve never tasted

   Exceptional dining experience! This was our 4th time visiting Arethusa, and the consistency is spot on. Hospitality and overall service was as good as it gets. The Chef is the real deal. Food is creative and delicious. This is a 5 star restaurant that is still climbing. Kudos to the Arethusa team

   Exceptional...cuisine imaginative and sumptuous ... the service attentive and considered... dining room is busy and a little too loud to for quiet conversation, but our meals were superb... the attention to detail by the service staff makes this a must return for us... Bravo!

   This wasn’t just a dinner. It was a food experience. Right from the start - the chef’s taste of a puréed beet and cauliflower mix- every plate was a delightful blend of flavors. A truly gifted chef. I had yellowtail tartare to start and ginger crusted salmon as a main. Both dishes were some of the best I’ve ever had. My husband had the same experience with a lobster and avocado appetizer and a Mediterranean Sea bass with white beans and Kalamata olives. We live in NYC and have been to some great restaurants, but we will make the drive up here to repeat this experience. The service was as great as the food. Attentive, efficient and friendly.
