Amazing food. Ambience was very romantic Service exceptional! Will be coming back whenever we are in St George
Imi Kun was a wonderful host who really cares about you
Our first visit to this restaurant, and we will definitely go again. very nice atmosphere and food was delicious
Delicious food. I mean really you can’t get this anywhere else in southern utah. The chef was kind enough to come check on us himself.
Great food, lovely atmosphere on the patio, and exceptional service from Delaney. I would highly recommend this restaurant!
My wife and I ate at Aragosta for our 10th anniversary. The service, food quality, and atmosphere were exceptional. The chef introduced himself to us personally. We felt that safety measures in light of Covid-19 were adequate. Overall, we were very satisfied and would love to return.
excellent food with great service and large portions
Horrible service. Didn’t get our meal for almost two hours. My friend ordered the scallops with risotto, which is on the menu and they gave her shrimp. Their excuse was it’s fine dining experience so should take longer. Offered to comp the bill which we would not allow, but asked to take off corkage.
Another wonderful dining experience at Aragosta. The food, the wine, the service was very enjoyable.
We were celebrating 52nd wedding anniversary, so it was a perfect place, romantic as well as nice ambience. The food was wonderful, but mine was just barely warm, I think it would have been better if the temperature of the food was hotter. The service was great, no complaints about that. I will definitely give it a second chance to get a little warmer plate of food.
Absolutely amazing experience! Our waiter was very polite, informative and enjoyable to talk to. The food tasted amazing and the atmosphere was elegant and appropriate for the location and the food type.
As always, a lovely atmosphere and service that was professional and courteous. The Osso Bucco and the Chateaubriand were tender and scrumptious.
Absolute perfection. We can't wait to return. The lamb was unbelievable. The quality was so fresh and well done.
Service was not good. Everything took forever. We were seated for 1 hour and 45 minutes before our entrees arrived. The salads were excellent but after waiting a half hour after completing salads to getting entree we had lost our appetites. Chef Imi was very apologetic but the experience was not up to our expectations.
We waited over an hour for our entree and then it was served cold. Very, very disappointed.
Now located in St. George. The floorpan allows for social distance. Service staff wore masks, although one had a loose mask and her nose kept popping out. Food is outstanding.
We were there last Wednesday for our 30th anniversary. We had been to the Ivins location a couple of times before. They have created a remarkable European/French style with the new location at the Bell Tower. Very spacious and well suited for the times. Wait staff was very attentive and professional. As usual the owner visits the dining room to welcome his guests and ask if we were pleased with his productions. I say productions because they are a work of art right down to the lemon sorbet just before the main course is served. Chef Imi continues to create work's of are in the presentation of his dishes.
We read the reviews before we got to town and were really excited. What a let down. Who serves hot wine? Had to ask for an ice bucket to cool it down to room temp.
For the appetizers we ordered the risotto, which was over cooked, the escargot had no flavor, the calamari was okay.
Entrees, scallops were under cooked, Aragosta Filet was overcooked. Sea Bass was great. One of us asked for an off the menu item, lobster Mac and cheese, to our surprise it was Kraft Mac & Cheese with a few pieces of lobster.
The chef was very apologetic and brought us an incredible desert. Next time we are in town we might give them an other chance.
The restaurant is beautiful, the service is spectacular, the food however leaves much to be desired.. The fillet was $50 and overcooked, the scallops were undercooked, The pasta did not have enough sauce and their website menu lists items that are not on the menu in the restaurant.
We had the lobster and we have had Lobster in many different restaurants across the country and it was the finest prepared and the most tender Lobster we've ever had especially for a 20 ounce lobster.
We had a very nice dinner. Food was very good. Beautiful setting.
the food is always delicious... well prepared and well presented... this is our favorite restaurant - especially for special occasions!
Wow great tasting food and service. All plates were beautiful with great portions and thought out. Worth every penny. Atmosphere is elegant but not stuffy. Waiters are very knowledgeable. Went there for my birthday and received complimentary dessert.
The food took over an hour to get, the filet was in two pieces, and well done, not medium rare.
We won't be back,
Enjoyed the evening. A very pleasant experience. We'll be coming back soon.
Had a reservation but still had to wait a solid 40 minutes
Sat at the table a good 30 minutes before I flagged someone down for water
Looked at my watch and it was another hour from the time we sat before they took our food order
Food took awhile. Horrible front of house. There were people waiting at the front while we ate for long periods of
Time. They all kept peeping their head in looking for
Someone that should be up front. The food was ok, it definitely wasn’t worth the wait. I’m sure you can find something else on the area to eat. I dine out for the service and this definitely was not meeting expectations. I definitely could have made better food at home.
We have not been out much lately and realized what we have been missing! Escargot and accompanying bread slices were delicious. My husband adored his onion soup. Table bread was devoured. Chicken Royale special was interesting stuffed with Brie and Apple. My husband’s filet caused him to wonder why we would ever try to grill a steak at home again. Desert was a fab lemon cream cake. New restaurant surroundings are nicely appointed and spacious compared with old location.
This was our first trip to Aragosta's new location. The European, traditional ambience is a perfect match to Chef Imi's quiet elegance. It is nice to see Chef have the space to serve those many of us that welcome our trips to his dining room. As hoped, the food preparation and presentation is still the same fabulous quality. We thoroughly enjoyed the steamed mussels appetizer, Caesar Salad and King Salmon entree. Chef's Sticky Toffee Cake was a decadent way to close out our meal. Kaylee provided attentive service without being overbearing. Having Chef Imi out to greet us personally is always a treat! We wish him many happy years in this new location.
Probably the best fine dining restaurant in St. George. The chef came to greet us when we sat down and sent special amouche bouche to our table. The waitress was so friendly and knowledgeable about the food and pronounced all the Hungarian dishes and drinks correctly. Wonderful atmosphere. Every dish was excellent. We were able to get a special dish (duck liver) prepared for us and it was marvelous. Highly recommend.
Food was excellent. Service was also great. Definitely will come back
Both food & service was very good. We will definitely go there again.
Insider secret - Lunch is available by reservation!! Chef Imi has a super lunch menu that includes many of his dinner favorites and a few extra pastas and salads. He rotates the menu so it's not published on line. Lunch at Aragosta created such a highlight in our week. We enjoyed the food and the ambiance. Chef Imi treated us like royalty.
We really enjoyed their new location. Great upscale dining experience.
Took my husband for his birthday. The new location in St George is beautiful. We both had the Special Ribeye and it was very flavorful. We’ve dined at Aragosta several times and
The food was quite delectable. Complete with an amuse bouche and palate cleanser between meals. Chef came out to say hello, beautiful building.
It’s not always that you leave a high end restaurant feeling good about the experience. This was our first time in St. George, Utah ........ Aragosta was a nice experience
We had our anniversary there. We could not have picked a better place! Delicious.
We were so taken care of!! Especially during this pandemic time.
The food is dramatically better than anything else in St George. The service our server, Katelyn, offered made the evening more special.
We can recommend Aragosta as Southern Utah’s finest dining experience.
Excellent as usual. Everything prepared to profection.
First visit and it lived up to the 5 Star reviews. Chef Imi knows what he is doing and his staff was very attentive to our needs. A wonderful restaurant for any occasion.
