Experience Aqua Shard’s elevated dinner menu, served Sunday through Thursday, and enjoy breath-taking views alongside some of our most iconic dishes, all while watching the sun set over the River Thames. The perfect dining experience is waiting for you, your friends and your family. Commence your evening with a Bellini on arrival, followed by your choice of starter, including Whisky Cured Salmon with purple potato salad, gribiche, and crispy shallot. A stunning selection of main courses follows, such as our Cornish Cod & Rope Grown Mussels with leek fondue, sea herbs, and cider & saffron emulsion, or Roasted Cornfed Chicken with sprouting broccoli, black garlic, cauliflower purée, morel mushrooms, and jus. Conclude your experience with dessert options such as The Shard featuring guava, raspberry, and passion fruit, or the Magnum, an indulgent mix of Sicilian pistachio, sour cherry, and sponge.

Nestled high above the city, our Sunday Roast menu celebrates the finest British ingredients, paired with breathtaking views of London’s skyline. Choose from three Sunday favourites: Roast Rump of Hereford Beef with horseradish cream and red wine sauce, Suffolk Corn-Fed Chicken with bread sauce and gravy, or a hearty Nut Roast served with vegetable gravy. Each roast is served with seasonal heritage carrots, parsnips, spring greens, crispy roast potatoes, and a golden Yorkshire pudding – because no Sunday is complete without one. Choose to add on all your favourite sides such as Cauliflower Cheese, Green Beans with wholegrain mustard, and Truffle and Parmesan Fries to craft the ultimate roast experience. Join us for an elevated roast experience with panoramic views, seasonal flavours, and all the trimmings.

                                          The fisrt time we were here it was an excellent experience fine dinning at its best. This second time it was like “ order” “eat” and “go” everything was fast and felt like a tourist attraction, don’t get me wrong, the food is still deliciously prepared; just the vibe was not of a fancy “take your time” restaurant.

                                          Really super meal choosing from the set lunchtime menu. The wine was good but a £15 bottle costing £82 in a restaurant feels rather overpriced. It would potentially put me off going back unfortunately

                                          Absolutely amazing views and cuisine. You made my birthday special and the staff was amazing as well. Highly recommended I went for the brunch great way to end my adventure and journey :)

                                          Sunday brunch 17/3 - 4ppl - clear views - bowl of eight olives £6.50! Everything else equally as expensive but so are all the restaurants up there. Lots of ppl dining so good atmosphere. Our waiter was good - a celiac so he couldn’t recommend anything and he doesn’t like anything fishy! 2 in our party had the sea bream which was tasty. The egg & smoked salmon muffin was the best.
