Incredible place, delicious food and magnificent view.
Meeting friends and family
This dinner is for my birthday with my husband, really enjoyed. My only regret that I didn't get a seat by the window.
The seating wasn’t great, the service was good, appetizer was excellent, main course was very poor.
Food OK but not outstanding.Service very good and views spectacular.Expensive for just a meal but worth it for the view.
Best reservation! Everyone should try to see the beautiful view. The service was more than attentive and the food was delicious.
They charge too much the wine IMO
The meal is nice and the view is great, however we also ordered bread (not suggested it’s very hard bread, butter is not as nice as well).
Food was good the views are amazing. However, the service especially the bars were beyond awful. Waited for nearly an hour for four G&Ts then they wanted to bring them whilst we were having dinner shocking.
Wouldn’t recommend if more than two of you are going unless you bring your own drinks or arrive just in time for your table. Not a place to chill before you eat,! eat then go somewhere else with service.
Enjoyed the setting and the Christmas menu. Be sure to order side dishes with some of the mains.
It’s a place you would go for the view and ambience not necessarily the food. The food, especially the steak is overpriced but I must say that it was tasty and cooked to our liking.
We have been to many high end restaurants around the world and feel that the service could definitely improve!
Cocktails and dessert were really good!
They need Fries
We have enjoyed the food and ambience very much and service was good as well. I will go back on my next visit to London
Not worth it
Good experience for business meal!
I live locally and have been to Aqua a number of times over the past few years and unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be going back.
The views might be lovely but the service at the bar was atrocious. The service at the restaurant was only marginally better. The food wasn’t anything special and everything is extremely overpriced. There are definitely better places to eat in London.
The bar staff very rude and the cost for two little glasses of wine £37 which I thought it was a little bit expensive . Food very average and the seats very uncomfortable . Other than that it was amazing
It was not as good on 15 November as it was on 15 October. Different chef?
In October the food was beautifully presented, in November it was not. Very ordinary.
Disappointing visit and very expensive wine.
The restaurant was too cold for my guest and not as busy as anticipated given the difficulty of getting a reservation. The service and care given to us was excellent though. Venison was excellent but desert looked fine but chocolate quality and flavour was just... good and not exceptional)ie not something I would order again.
I would recommend a friend but just to experience it as a one off. I would leave them fully aware though that the food is not brilliant and it is very overpriced for what it is. Silly things let it down. Eggs over cooked and hard when they should be runny as one example. The wine is off this planet price wise. £39.00 the cheapest bottle (having said that, it was rather good). The staff were very pleasant and efficient. The view of course is great, especially when standing at the gents' urinals.
Absolutely horrendous service!!! The waiter just wanted us gone, looked at us down and made us feel really stupid. The food was alright but the service was just so horrible that we are put off to ever come back again (We’ve been a few times and this is the only time this has happened....)
Great atmosphere, great food and great people
Loved the brunch menu, had options that were delicious and well known British food such as burgers and roast dinners! Decent size portions as well
Went for my friends birthday was an amazing experience
Nice view but far too dark. Couldn’t read the menu. Loud table near us swearing all night. I think they should have been told to calm the language as children present
Family get together
Lovely setting, great table. Food and service only average really. Was ok but kind of hoped for more considering the settings
Not sure if I would recommend. Ambience is good and the food. Service however is quite poor as the waiters couldn’t be bothered to look at us or be helpful. We went with a child and weren’t even offered the kids menu. There was a man cleaning the women’s loo and couldn’t be bothered to leave or offer to leave when people wanted to use it.Would have expected a better experience for a fine dining restaurant of this kind.
Lovely food great ambiance
Sometimes a little too attentive
Great View, solid food, functional seating arrangement.
Great location, view and food. Appalling service, waited almost 45 minutes to be served the wrong drink. Drinks and food waiters continually both asked the same questions. But nothing materialised. Food was very flavoursome but served in pigeon sized portions.
It was an special occasion for celebrating our 7th anniversary and we both agree that is not better place than Aqua Shard ;). The view, the food and the attention 10 stars !
The setting and view are excellent, it is on a 32nd floor of the tallest building in UK. Great place for romantic meal, enjoying the view of London. With that said, food is only average, and service can be improved. Friend and I booked table and we were seated away from the window. When there's empty table at the window we asked to change but was denied, but the place was not crowded. We were disappointed. For the high price I certainly expected more.
The service is the most terrible thing I have ever seen in London, every dish takes centuries to come. We ordered a three course set and most of the time we can just sit and waiting. We notify the staff several times but it doesn’t help at all. Besides, the restaurant is extremely noisy, have to yell in order to hear each other. The worst dining experience ever
