Bistro 90 is the ONLY, HAND CUT, DRY AGED, ALL U.S.D.A. PRIME , STEAKHOUSE ON THE GRAND STRAND.
Our steaks are U.S.D.A. PRIME, (including Filet Mignon), and are Dry-Aged in House. U.S.D.A. Prime Beef makes up less than 3% of ALL Beef produced in the United States. We offer the Freshest of Seasonal Seafood, including Wild Caught Salmon, Halibut, Chilean Sea Bass as well as locally caught selections which are created with a different preparation nightly by Chef Jacob.
Standards of service and ingredients are of the highest available.
Enjoy over 465 selections from our 2013-2024 Wine Spectator’s Best of Award of Excellence Wine List.

Bistro 90 has amazing food and a wonderful atmosphere to enjoy a super meal. The service is amazing and Crystal is one of a kind and knows exactly what you need and is just awesome. We really enjoyed the Sea Bass and Pork Chop, the Salads as a starter and the lava cake and the pineapple and coconut cake which will melt in your mouth. A wonderful culinary experience.

We enjoyed our meal. The crabmeat appetizer was excellent. The caesar salad was very good. I had the Duck and it was good. The filet and it was so delicious. We were very satisfied and took the carrot cake to go. I had some later and it was very good! I would recommend the Bistro 90.
