Kona grill is a cry for help, the interior is overstimulating, it’s loud and lighting is odd, it felt dirty in there and was making me itchy, we were seated at a booth where the table may have been wiped but the seats were not. I ordered a mule and it was served in a glass not the copper mug like you would expect. Speaking of over stimulating the little kiosks which didn’t even allow u to view the menu from were also another awkward distraction until it came time to pay i appreciated that it was there so I could pay and get out of there asap. We ordered four rolls those were ok, we also ordered steaks and those were the most disappointing sad excuses for steaks they looked like they had been cooked in a microwave then reheated, they were tough and flavorless and served with old oily green beans. It was a total bummer of an experience and will not make the mistake of wasting time or money here again.

This was my second experience at Kona Grill, and it was a nice ambience and experience. It was quiet and there weren’t too many people in the restaurant when I visited. The food was satisfactory

The cleanliness of this place was extremely disappointing. The floors were greasy and slimy, and the tables were so sticky that we didn’t even want to touch them. When you're spending over $200 for a meal for four people, it's reasonable to expect a clean and comfortable dining environment.

My order came out 20 minutes before any others??? Wait staff non existent. Food mediocre for price. Steak very tough. Disappointed Father’s Day meal.

Kona Grill is a great location and has a nice ambience. However, the service was a bit slow, and we ordered the big island which was not a quality piece of meat. Nor did it seem to have seasonings. I also wouldn’t order the brussels sprouts again. They didn’t seem well cooked and were hard when you ate them.

Waited for 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge me after being seated and I had to ask for waters. I was told there was change shift and someone would be right with me. Asked for a glass of rose and wait staff came back and said they did not have it. Later in the evening ordered mac & cheese with lobster. They did not have that item either. Some staff were rude or acted if we were bothering them.

Enjoyable experience. Service was outstanding. Ingredients in Poke Bowl were fresh and the French Dip was tasty. Unfortunately, the house made chips were stale.

Music was too loud and blasting drake of all artists. The grease was falling from the roof making the table and my face sticky. But the service and food was good.
