   We were very disappointed in our entire experience. The food was cold and unappealing. The restaurant was noisey with no ambiance. Park City has so many wonderful restaurants. Definitely not the Montage brand experience.

   Their bunch never disappoints!! The service is wonderful and the food is out of the world! Many options to choose from. All made from seemingly fresh ingredients and made with a great deal of thought and flavor. Cannot wait to go back!

   It was very nice. Unfortunately food was not at level with the hotel/restaurant. Service was excellent. I ordered Bison ribeye and it was just ok.

    Apex was amazing! The food was phenomenal! We had the filet mignon nachos, the caesar salad and the BB Burger! All were delicious! Amazing wine selection as well! Service was top notch! Will definitely go again!
