Great food, great wine, great conversation
Dining room upstairs was very cold. Lots of tables left unbussed. One bartender working for a full restaurant- long wait for drinks. Food and view were good. Server was not too enthused.
We have lived nearby forever and always meant to check out our local Anthony’s. Unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. I’m sure understaffing played a part, and we are every understanding of that. Service was very slow, although the waitress was very nice. It took a long time for us to get the complimentary bread. Our cocktails took 20 minutes and were room temperature and nothing special. I ordered the Waygu steak with pan fried oysters. The steak was very under-seasoned and tough. The oysters were fine. My fiancé had the halibut and chips which was very heavy and needed seasoning as well. The ambiance was lovely and it was still a great date night, but I don’t think we need to come back.
King Salmon, Salad, fresh bread, glass of wine and an amazing Kirkland waterfront view. Where could you go wrong? Always a special place. Thanks Marybeth for providing a well trained staff. ~Kelly~
We had a lovely lake view from our table and it appeared to be true for (most) all tables.
All staff including our hostess and server were tremendously friendly, helpful and efficient. Exceptional service.
The tempura asparagus, clams, crabcake, and Cobb salad were all delicious.
I was expecting less from the overall experience and got so much more.
I will happily go again.
Lovely restaurant all the way around!
Tim was an excellent waiter. We enjoyed our special occasion and the excellent food and view.
As always, the ambience is outstanding. A sunny afternoon on the lake can never be beat. Our service was very gracious and attentive. The food was fabulous and we had a really good time
It was very nice. Food and atmosphere.
Anthony's has to be one of the best restaurants we have had the pleasure of dining at. We have travelled locally and internationally and this was a world class experience. The views are incredible and the service was great. The food was excellent and very well priced for what we had. Overall we would HIGHLY recommend adding this to your dining experience when visiting WA. A very memorable evening!
The service was good, however the food was horrible.
My steak was over done and my prawns were cold. Not a good showing overall.
I've always enjoyed eating at Anthony's. The parking is convenient and the ambiance is pleasant with views of the lake, skyline and marina. The food is very good, reasonably priced and well prepared. We (four of us) all had something different and we all enjoyed our meal. The waitress was very helpful and obliging and made sure we had everything we needed. Anthony's HomePort in Kirkland is my go-to restaurant when we want a nice seafood dinner. My only suggestion would be shades on the windows for when the sun is setting and a bit more indoor lighting for when it gets dark.
Local favorite, good food, great service and beautiful view!
We were seated about 5 min after arriving and seated with a view of the Lake. Waitress was delightful and efficient.
A couple vegetarians going to a seafood restaurant it might seem strange but we enjoyed the tempura asparagus, salads, and fettuccine with a ton of delicious veggies. Loved it!
Our server, Bryan, was fabulous.
He re-filled my friend's iced tea without us asking.
Bryan's service was the perfect touch to a great birthday dinner.
The bread was great, but should be sliced through so that you don't have to tear it apart. Server was mediocre, but food did arrive quickly and hot. Salad was limp.
Food was mediocre and overpriced for what you get. The view is incredible.
Consistently good food. Service was off tonight. Inattentive waiter, and slow to be seated with reservation. Walk-ins seated before us.
Our waitress was A+ and the copper river salmon was perfect.
The food, service and our overall experience were all outstanding! Highly recommended!
Food was just okay. Entrees arrived before appetizers. Dining room was messy
First “post-COVID” dining in experience. Went for the Copper-River King which was very good. Might have been a smaller portion than years previous, but I can’t say that for certain. Perhaps I was just hungrier than last time. Staff all wearing masks, optional for diners.
Anthony's was fantastic! There was a hiccup a week ago with delayed service but this week was exceptional. The service from hostess to server was great! Sonja our server upstairs was fantastic. the Halibut and chips were just amazing. views were spectacular and great to see people smiling everywhere just to be out! Thanks Anthony's See you next week! Cheers Kelly
Service was a bit harried and impersonal but all else was great!
Anthony's is always a treat. The service is excellent and the views of the water are beautiful. Note that this location faces east so you won't see the sunset, but the view is still beautiful. The food is fresh and high quality.
My date and I were both low-carb and found it easy to find appropriate meals.
Wine by the glass menu hasn’t been changed in years. Burnt cream on the desert menu..meh! Otherwise, good casual seafood and you can’t beat the view or sunset dinner pricing.
I understand that The Copper Mountain wild Salmon season is shot but 65 bucks for a medium portion was over the top. The first piece I got had inconsistent texture and preparation. At $65 I decided to give them a second chance and sent it back. The Second piece was much better but still not worth $65. We eat at Anthony’s frequently and it was unusual to see an item inflated like this. There was another Salmon option that was sold out but another Salmon was offered. I felt the Splurge was the call and I wish the size, taste and preparation was worth the 2X price.
Had such a wonderful time celebrating a birthday! Our server and Busser were so kind and the food was delicious! No complaints whatsoever
Beautiful view, good seafood selection, friendly and competent service. Convenient parking below.
This will be a great place to go in warm sunny weather, but the interior is airy and lovely, too.
Such a pleasure to be at Anthony's. Wait staff helped several diners celebrate birthdays around us. What a treat to be there.
The sunset dinner is a great value with appetizer, main course and dessert.
Sitting outside, Sunset dinner......amazing food. Doesn’t get any better!
As always, service, food, and ambiance were the best! Never a bad meal there!
Having loved Anthony's HomePort back in the late 80's when we were dating I wanted to return for our 35th anniversary dinner. We each ordered a Sapphire cocktail, and our waiter returned 15 minutes later to tell us they were out of Sapphire. We asked if they had Tanqueray and he said yes. He returned 10 minutes later to tell us they were out of Tanqueray as well. We finally were told they had standard dry Bombay. Okay, that's fine...For dinner I order the Copper River Salmon which was "good" but overpriced, while my wife ordered the Filet cooked Medium-Rare...it came cooked Medium-Well. She didn't want to send it back but we did. They brought another Filet out and this was cooked to Medium, and in the meantime her potatoes and veggies got cold. When I worked restaurants we used to comp a dessert for something like the steak mess-up, alone...that was never offered. My wife says she would not go back again. We decided to try to make up our anniversary dinner tonight at Big Fish Restaurant tonight, and thoroughly enjoyed everything.
Food was great. Service was good. Hope soup was warmer...
Loved the brunch - wish the Kirkland location was open for lunch every day! Also, there at 12:30 and would have loved to order clam chowder. I was told it was only a dinner menu item which seems strange.
Our waitstaff was lovely, I sincerely apologize for not remembering her name.
Excellent view and excellent food. Still requires mask though even if vaccinated
This was the first time we had eaten out in a year. The food was amazing!
I've been going to Anthony's quite a bit lately since I've been vaccinated in March. This is probably my 8th visit this year. Always great atmosphere and food and service is also good. But last night was just a will of patience. everything we ordered was a long wait.
Made reservations mid week (Open Table) and waited 10 mins to be seated, ordered a glass of wine 25-30 mins. Our meals 35-40 mins. a second glass of wine 20-25 mins. We probably stayed an additional hour just for waiting around.
They were probably under staffed so I will visit again to see if they have solved some of their waiting issues. Cheers! Kelly
