Anthony's HomePort - Kirkland
Both the service and the ambience combined with the great view were excellent! We thought that a $25 dinner deal was almost too reasonable, so the quality and the portion of the great food. They can raise the price to $30 or $35 for that amazing course. The friendly, and professional staff left us with a lasting, positive impression.
Very nice place - great service, delicious food and pretty happy hour prices :)
Was disappointed - the salmon was overcooked...
The main entree was horrible. One order the fish was dry and over cooked the other entree fish was undercooked. The broccoli didn’t even have the stems cut off. The rice was undercooked as I had hard grains. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Entree is over priced for what you get.
Anthony's is our favorite restaurant. I have never had a bad meal in many years but this was a first where I thought the quality of the fish was not the best. Everything else we ordered was excellent.
We were a group of non drinkers, so we often experience wait staff that is less than pleased due to the lower tip coming. We normally tip VERY well to help make up for that. Our waiter at Anthony's was awesome and we enjoyed him very much.
Nice servers. One entree was incorrect, and when the one person who got it tried to smear it the fish was not good at all - inedible
The server went back to the kitchen to order the correct dish, but it arrived after the rest of us had finished. It was an expensive dinner, so a real bummer.
We took a friend for dinner for her birthday. Food was excellent and service was very attentive. We loved it!
Service and views were great. Food was bad. Oysters did not taste fresh and drinks were watered down.
We always enjoy Anthony's in Kirkland. Great water view, service, and filling meal including dessert with the $25 Early bird dinner.
Everything was great, as we’ve come to expect at Anthony’s.
Anthony's is one of our very favorite restaurants for all occasions. We have enjoyed this restaurant for many years and will continue to have great food for many more.
Great dinner with friends!
Our table was ready, the service was outstanding, and everyone was most pleasant. All at our table said the food was good but a bit overpriced for the quality. I'd go back because I enjoyed the view, the quality of service, ambiance, easy parking, and an opportunity for a very nice meal.
Sunset salmon duo was dry, over cooked
We ordered the top sirloin and sauted prawns. They were delicious and cooked just right! A nice place to celebrate New Year's Eve or any other special occasion.
Over all very good. I have always enjoyed my experience there. One thing, my server suggested a different steak but did not tell me the new one would cost me $15 more so my bill was a surprize
For it being New Year's Eve we had an excellent experience. Wonderful pleasant server, great food and a window seat!
I'm always excited to go to Anthony's as i was this time. When our food arrived it was far less than normal. I asked the waiter about it and he said he would let the kitchen know. The prices were higher and the size of the salmon was less (6 ounces to 4 ounces). Normally there is half the plate with protein and the remainder with starch and veggies. This time it was one third protein and two thirds starch and veggies. I was disappointed but still had a nice meal.
Service was poor. Our server was not friendly and was VERY slow. She just didn't seem to care. The food was okay, except the calamari was not fresh so it was left on the plate. Good fresh fruit and blueberry cake.
All eyes on loud obnoxious people that do as please. All talk loudly get to be center attention everywhere go. That is their right to hear about themself in restaurants.
We met two close friends for dinner. We arrived 10 minutes before our reservation and were able to be seated immediately. Seating was very crowded - we had to slide the table a bit before I could get seated. The close table seating also meant conversation carried from several tables over - manageable, but not very intimate. The service was very good - the wait staff was pleasant to interact with professional. We enjoyed two bottles of wine between the four of us - the house Chardonnay that was very drinkable. I had a cup of chowder before dinner and wasn’t disappointed - it was very flavorful with great texture. My wife and I enjoyed the King Salmon - which was cooked to perfection - but was lacking seasoning - the flavor was a bit disappointing. We split the chocolate cake for dessert, which was a good choice and didn’t disappoint. Overall, it was a good dining experience to share with friends. It was a fairly expensive dinner - we’ll be coming back, but not right away.
We've been going to Anthony's for many years, decades, actually. Our experience this time rates easily with the best dinners we've had there....and, yes, there were times where it did not measure up. My wife had the crab fettucine and I had King salmon. We enjoyed coconut shrimp, clam chowder and Caesar salad. All were excellent.
Restaurant ha just opened for the evening and we had a window at a window consequently the floor was too cold for comfort while dining
Quiet night, excellent food and service. Steelhead prepared perfectly. Very enjoyable dinner for 3
We were celebrating our wives recent birthdays. We had a nice evening. We were well cared for and the meal was good. I’d recommend Anthony’s HomePort to anyone looking for a nice, semi-casual meal overlooking Lake Washington, on the Eastside.
Always a great spot for a nice dinner and a great view Had there lobster special as i have dont over the years. it is delicous and a treat, but i noticed that the size has gotten smaller and the price increased, but that is the way food goes.
Went for the $26 lobster dinner special. It was cooked well and tasty but the sides were terrible, under seasoned and dull. I love the location and the view is stunning, especially at sunset but the service is slow, uninspired and zero personal touch. It's too bad because this could be something amazing. Took 40 minutes to get an appetizer! Really won't hurry back.
I have visited Anthony’s several times and our last experience was, by far, the best ever. The steak was prepared to perfection and could be cut with my butter knife, the lobster was excellent. ALL of the accompanying plates were delicious. Our only regret is that you never seem to have Pinot Noir by the glass.
Anthony's has been a consistently excellent dining choice for me. Delicious food in a wonderful setting with amazing service.
It was a wonderful evening. We had a gorgeous sunset and the food was amazing. Excellent service even though the restaurant was very busy. Anthonys has always been an all time favorite
Wait staff forgot about us and it took a little while before we could order. Forgot little things like a steak knife for the steak. Food tasted good, but the service was missing the little details.
Service was very slow. If you can overlook the service, the food is good.
We’ve been going to Anthony’s for years. First of all they seated us in the back, it was freezing. The sun was out but they said that area was closed. Your prices go up and the amount on the plate gets smaller. This time very little on the plate the fruit was to hard to eat, the eggs had no flavor and the potatoes were old...chewy...they popped when biting them. Real sad experience won’t go there for breakfast ever again.
However the waiter was great
Had a wonderful dinner on a Saturday night, seated promptly at our reservation time at a very nice window table. Service was a bit slow at first due to a couple large groups, but improved quickly.
We had Scallops and Halibut which were both excellent. The noise level was pretty loud due to birthday parties near our table, but it was not an unacceptable level. The complimentary Valet was also nice.
Always excellent food and atmosphere. Can’t miss the view either!
We were on our way to a play in Seattle. Our servet was on top of things and checked in with is right away. Everything was delicious and the timing of each course was jiust right. She understood our time frame and was rigjt on top of the timing of each course.
Quintessential northwest dining with good food and great view and ambiance, The prices seemed to have gone up significantly. We had a meal for two with no wine or drinks, just tea, One entrée, one dinner salad, and two "small plates" (formerly known as appetizers) and two teas and it came to $75 before tax and tip. Seems steep. We will still keep going there but it has turned into a "special occasion" place rather than someplace we just like to go for dinner.
The staff was amazing!! The food was bland :-(
