   A-MAAAY-ZING!!! We had a great time! From the initial reception to our exit…EVERYTHING was great. Our server was friendly, very knowledgeable and a huge part of our experience. She connected with us from the beginning, was very informative about the menu and made great recommendations. The She Crab Soup, crusted flounder and salmon were all absolutely delicious! We highly recommend and will absolutely return.

   Wonderful server. Delicious oysters and the fried fish. The gnocchi was fabulous. And the bolognese also. A Mother’s Day tradition.

   Everything about this restaurant was amazing, but especially the level of service! Such a great restaurant for real Southern food! Can’t wait to visit again soon!!!

   Our dinner at Anson was delightful in every way from our initial greeting upon arrival to our dinner and service! This was our third time to dine here over the past five years and each time has been outstanding. This evening we had the smoked trout dip, shrimp mafalde, pan roasted grouper, and for dessert, the almond basket. All were delicious and well presented! A very nice bottle of Robert Mondavi Cabernet Sauvignon paired well with dinner. Management visited our table to thank us for our visit and checked to make sure all was good. This always speaks volumes about the excellent attention to quality of a fine restaurant. We will be back again!

   Nice restaurant, has a good vibe although a bit noisy in the downstairs dinning area. the staf wasa very friendly and seemed to want to make your evening good. Our service was adequate but not anything to brag about. The food was average considering the prices. We found that much of the menu was overpriced especially any of the entrees with meat in them. Not sure I would return.

    Anson never disappoints. Great food. Great service. I came there for my 8th or 9th visit & I knew everything would be on point. Just a great place.
