Food was great but the service was lacking. Server never checked on us after dropping -literally -the food on the table. And then it too. 20 minutes to get our check. We felt really invited because we weren’t locals.
As he always is willing to do, Chef made my favorite veal piccata though it is not on the menu. It was busy but service was excellent. Love the view of the Bay during sunset.
The food is fabulous! had the best pesto pasta and so wonderful the restaurant offers gluten free pasta options. My friends loved their meals! The wine choices were excellent too, really good proseco! And very friendly service. Dont forget to visit there to get baked goods and the best capuccino in town! Lovely ambiance, and with gorgeous view of the bay, a Sausalito local favorite!
Shh! Don’t tell anyone! This place is excellent-so good we went two nights in a row!
Consistently good pasta made in their kitchen, nice cocktails, and a great wine list.
Great food. Fast, friendly, and great view. Would definitely come back.
Service was very good, food was good, but for the price we expected much more. Willing to give them another chance.
We love Angelico’s, but at this time, water service should be optional.
Great Italian food. Fantastic service. An accomplished full-bar. Parking is right next door for a fee. Very convenient.
A disappointing experience. The attitude of the manageress was poor. Food was average and therefore expensive. We will not return.
I LOVE Angelino’s for a nice spot fo yummy food but my orecchiette pasta with pesto last night was too salty, despite my asking that it not be. Finding that more and more in restaurants these days, to be honest and I am not a fan. We had a very nice evening though!
3 of us went for Father’s Day. Shared their Polpi dish & Salade Angelino-both great! Then we ordered Ravioli & Gnocchi-Excellent! Side order of garlic bread…Devine!
Dessert was the 2 cookies w/caramel salt ice cream between them & an Affigato w/decaf Espresso. We were stuffed! Good service, terrific food and nice atmosphere. Wish people didn’t speak so loudly however! Great waitstaff too! Will return👍🏻
Amazing. Great food excellent service. beautiful views.
Went there at suggestion of a friend who only saw it from a nearby restaurant which would be closed at the time we wanted. Got there early and seating was the best possible for our desired indoors. Service was a bit too liesurely, food was good but not remarkable, best of course was the view of S.F. Bay. Noise from simultaneous TV, ambient background and occasional scream from infant at another table took away from enjoyment of fantastic view.
Wanted to treat an out of town guest- the best cannoli I’ve ever had in my life-the meal superb!!!
Outdoor seating is a must here. Delicious Italian food with a great ambiance.
Great service, food, and wine! Had an excellent dinner with friends.
great food and great lovation
I think one of the most underrated restaurants in Bay Area for food, view, etc. Good value except some items a bit overpriced---- anchovies $17? Soup $11? On the other hand, entrees very good value and superb. Had the prawns and veal chop last and could not have been better. BETTER THAN eating on the French Riviera or the coast of Italy. And the sides are excellent as well.
Our server was not the greatest did not even bring us water or ask if how we were doing
This is a great restaurant! Food is always great! And incredible views!
The Primavera pizza is the best pizza ever!
We sat outside with our dog and enjoyed the warm evening and beautiful view of the water. We ordered a bottle of white wine that we’d never heard of before - Pigato, from the Liguria region of Italy. It was a perfectly light and crispy wine to pair with our meal.
My asparagus salad which was one of the specials, was excellent as was my fiancé’s arancini. My entree was the Contadina Pizza which was a nice change from my usual Margherita Pizza and my fiancé ordered the salumi plate. I don’t eat meat but I did try a little of his burrata and it was very fresh!
An excellent Tuesday night out overall!
Great Food, Service & View from the outside dining area
Angelino’s is always a pleasure! Well prepared dishes with quality ingredients, top notch service and a menu that has enough variety from week to week. It’s our go to place in Sausalito.
Angelino always offers superb food in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We’ve been coming for decades and always make a point to visit at least once when we’re in town. Highly recommended.
Still a great place to eat. Covid made the ambiance go away. More like an empty diner now.
Probably the best Italian in Marin. Really fresh, flavorful ingredients. Every dish feels elevated, but also like comfort food. You’ll be licking the plate. And the views, even for locals, are top notch.
What a wonderful way to spend a Thursday. We’d come up to walk the Marin Headlands and enjoy an early dinner waterside. The staff at Angelino’s was friendly and relaxed. The view of the water and the people watching was terrific. However, nothing beat the food. Amazing, mouth watering flavors. Plan to spend a little more money but the experience and food are well worth it.
Great service and good food. Not the usual hustle and bustle as Covid has reduced the number of diners. Good number of tables outside kept servers busy.
It's a wonderful family restaurant. The chef is so talented and comes out sometimes to greet the customers. The bartender is very attentive and professional. The food is amazing.
Even though Marin is not fully open Angelinos has stayed true to their history of being a lovely restarant and serves excellent food with wonderful service.
it was very nice
Service terrible. Not busy but took forever to have order taken. Had to ask for water. Again had to ask for refill. Waiter left pitcher at table next to mine and my friend had to get up to refill our glasses. Had linguine peacatore. Other than spicy, it had no flavor. Minimal seafood. 2 shrimp and a few calamari rings, 3 clams. My friend likes this restaurant which is why I went but this is my second and last disappointing experience here.
Always a wonderful dining experience ~ one of our very favorites! And make sure to have dessert ~ we usually take it to go since we are too full from dinner. We enjoy it just a bit later at home!
In the very middle of the second surge of the pandemic we were so very fortunate to enjoy an absolutely unforgettable meal on the Bridgeway in Sausalito. Our Mixto Frito of calamari, shrimp, fennel and zucchini along with cavaletti and short rib ragu and the vesuvio pizza were just what the doctor ordered!
Angelinos always delivers a perfect dinner! Highly recommend!
