We arrived for our reservation but couldn’t get in the building. The lineup outside was a disaster. Everyone said they had a reservation but the line wasn’t moving. We left because it was 30 minutes past our reserved time and we still couldn’t get in the building and there were no employees to speak to. A terrible experience especially since I booked this months in advance.

The veggie burger was dry and the bun was hard. I did enjoy the sweet potato fries

We are disappointed with the food. There was a lot of fat in the flank steaks, more fat than meat, and the food is okay, nothing more. Very expensive for what it's worth. The music was so loud that we couldn't talk to each other.

Service was extremely slow. I saw so many staff doing different tasks throughout the restaurant that were not servicing customers. Our waitress took so long to come back to us for all aspects of the meal. Drinks were slow, food was extremely delayed and we had to ask twice for the bill, as the first time she returned she had nothing. The food was great but prices are steep for the portions. I guess that is the Toronto experience though, so it didn’t bother me as much. The service was just unreal and disappointing. 3 hours to get served a table of 6 people from start to finish, and it took her 15 mins to show up to the table initially! Maybe staff and managers should consider having more people to run food and drinks out to customers on site, instead of using 7 different people to move chairs and tables around just for no one to sit there. Do better.

View and restaurant was beautiful. Food was terrible. There was a lack of flavour in both chicken dishes and the fish dish we ordered. Service wasn’t great either.

Tiff was great serving our table. It’s our third time there and food was ‘ok’ again. Fries should be fresh cut. Burger and bun was dry.

During lunch, they did not have wings for starter dish and we were informed about it 15 min after placing the order. The two chicken dishes, fried chicken with some Japanese sauce ($25)was okay and the fried chicken sandwich ($23)was below par with hardly any sauces on the bread and looked like it was made in a hurry. The server was friendly and I cannot blame him for our poor experience

Overall, it's the location you're paying for, which is beautiful. Right on the water with a great patio. The service was only ok - we barely saw our server, one person's food came out a full 5 mins ahead of the others, our drinks were empty for a while. The food was okay but had very limited fruit/vegetables in the brunch items. It was mostly cheap carbs. If you want good food, I suggest you go somewhere else.
