The music was soooo loud that not only could we hear each other with difficulty, but the waiter also had to double-check everything with us as he was having trouble hearing us. The burger buns weren't fresh at all. The fish and chips were good.

While it was very busy on Canada Day, we did have a reservation and were even able to get in a bit ahead of time . Unfortunate there was a Tragically Hip tribute band playing (very loudly) so we had to shout at each other. In addition one of our members is celiac. The two of the three dinner choices that were on the menu were not available as they had already run out! By the time the third option arrived at the table, the rest of the table had already finished their meals. Overall the food was good but the service issues and the kitchen running out of two of three options is not acceptable. I would try it again on a less busy day to see what the gf options actually taste like

Great place, good food and beer - live music was a bit too loud, otherwise brilliant!

We had organized our Canada Day activities to end with a dinner at Amsterdam Brewery in advance. Relieved to know we had a table when we entered and witnessed the long lines, we were extremely disappointed to see our table was seated adjacent to the band. A band we were not aware was playing. We were offered a different table a few meters away but it simply didn’t change a thing. The volume of the band was incredibly loud and we could barely make out what the other was saying. When asked if a table outside was available I was told that we would have to wait in line. That is ridiculous!

Every time we're in town, this is our go-to spot — and for good reason. The food is always excellent, no matter what we order. You can really taste the care and quality in every dish. The service is just as impressive: friendly, attentive, and consistently top-notch. It's rare to find a place that feels this reliable and welcoming every single visit. Highly recommend!

Great meal and great service. We had a variety of yummy dishes - and, as always, had the delish pretzels. Shy was an amazing server - she looked after us wonderfully! Wish the ability to modify bookings in OpenTable was easier.

We arrived for our reservation but couldn’t get in the building. The lineup outside was a disaster. Everyone said they had a reservation but the line wasn’t moving. We left because it was 30 minutes past our reserved time and we still couldn’t get in the building and there were no employees to speak to. A terrible experience especially since I booked this months in advance.

The veggie burger was dry and the bun was hard. I did enjoy the sweet potato fries
