El Amen Street Fish & Raw Bar abrió sus puertas en el 2009, reviviendo el antiguo nombre de la Cumberland Street y restaurando esta esquina histórica. All the apps and seafood was delicious. My husband and I both weren’t really impressed by the entrees we ordered. The crab cake entrees sides were delicious but the crab cakes themselves were on the sweet side and missing that hint of heat if your from Louisiana you know what I mean. My husband lobster risotto was delicious but the risotto had a hint of sweetness in it that would have been more perfect for savory honey chipotle chicken or duck thigh. Overall the food was good and atmosphere was amazing. I would go back for the drinks, raw bar and dessert.

The restaurant was a disappointment. High expectations were met with a sticky table, a very noisy environment, a Caesar salad with radish slices and no anchovies in the salad or dressing (hence not a Caesar salad), and worst of all, grossly overcooked crabcakes. I would not recommend this restaurant based on our experience.

The restaurant was accommodating and flexible with our reservation after we went in to speak with them earlier in the day. The Happy Hour food and drinks at the bar while we waited for our friends were phenomenal.

Food and service are excellent. Outstanding dishes - shrimp corn dogs, seafood platter, fried chicken. Not much ambiance- very loud and boisterous.

70th Birthday girls getaway and we had dinner our first night here and it did not disappoint. Beautiful artwork and exposed brick walls set the background and the food was delicious. The 4 of us were able to linger over dinner and catch-up with our lives and we were from NY and RI without being rushed. Staff were pleasant and attentive. Right in the heart of this historic city and near the City Market.

Phenomenal food and drinks!!!!! We loved our time here!! Attire should be mentioned on the website! I felt the need to dress up while others came in cargo shorts and t shirts and flip flops…

Our table was ready on time and the server was enthusiastic and helpful. We ordered mussels, oysters, crab cakes and scallops. All was delicious!

Food, as always, was excellent at a good value. Service was suiprisingly fair. Hot appetzizers arrive ahead of the oysters. Long wait between courses. About 20 minutes to get the server's attention to get our check. The experience should not have required 90 minutes. Still, we'll be back!
