The scenery is lovely, and the staff is friendly; however, everything is ridiculously overpriced. For example, a poke bowl was $58, and basic cocktails were over $20. I was there for lunch for two and spent over $300 with the tip. The food itself was good but not great. The truffle fries were crisp and well-seasoned but not memorable. The salad was the same---okay but not wow. And to add salmon to the salad was another $22. For the prices, I expected food to knock my socks off.

We thoroughly enjoyed a lovely evening with our son and his wife. We all believe it may have been one of our best dining experiences ever. The staff was personable and courteous. From the watermelon gazpacho and elk t-bone to the huckleberry ice cream and baked Alaska the food was incredible. And our sommelier made sure we had an excellent wine to complement our dinner. We won’t forget.

Creativity with food was extraordinary. Dishes were so unique. Truly one of a kind. The buffalo mozzarella with caviar and huckleberry sauce perfect balance of sweet and savory, creamy and crunchy. Mushroom and cauliflower appetizers also incredibly creative and delish! We tried two fish and one elk. All with excellent preparation and well balanced accompaniments. One of the best meals we had in JH all week!

We ate out on the patio and it was so beautiful. The food was all delicious and the weather was perfect. We even saw a moose in the pond right by the pool! Perfect last day of our trip!

Very hiy peoplerices would only be warranted for consistently great food and impeccable service--which is NOT the case here. Service was sweet and polite but spotty-- no side plates for side dishes, missing utensils after clearing first course. Food was similarly spotty. Thai curry was tasty. Chicken was overcooked and under- flavored though mashed potatoes were tasty. Corn side dish totally masked any corn flavor with a gooey sauce.

Didn’t seem on the ball. Out of both the fish and the wine ordered. Told clearly that the kitchen could butcher some recently delivered fish but it would be a burden. Not really attentive service. We went last year and it was very good. This year just average.

Beautiful location and view. Had a reservation and arrived on time. Was asked if we wanted to eat outside or inside, chose inside and they said to give them a moment to clear and set the table. Walked around for a couple of minutes and returned to find they gave the table (with the view) to another couple. They looked confused when we asked about the table and then made us wait 5 minutes for another table with no view... they seemed confused in general. Food was nicely made and presented and waitress was very good. Nice meal but a bit overpriced, however, that was expected as it is an Amman hotel...

This place is a must go, first & foremost for the amazing views of the Tetons & surrounding areas. The hotel is super chic too, lending more to the ambience- v well appointed & decorated to fit the theme of Jackson Hole. The food was great, and I loved that they had fresh pressed juices & smoothies as offerings on the breakfast menu. (We went for breakfast) - super attentive staff. The green matcha latte was divine. 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽- it is expensive- $200 for 4 ppl, but worth every penny.

Amazing, from beginning to end the experience exceeded expectations. I had my anniversary there and they gave us a table by the fireplace and lit a real fire just for us. The food was also magnificent, refined with a local flare. Service was welcoming and we highly recommend this for anyone looking for somewhere special.

We enjoyed a fine dinner Friday evening for an anniversary date night. The food was delicious. The server was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The wine list is well curated with a variety of old world and new world choices with a wide range of prices. We shared a tasty chocolate torte that was a fine finish.

Visited for breakfast with some local friends. The menu was focused, but offered variety. Everyone at the table loved their choices which included, waffles, hash, and signature breakfast. Actually kinda shocked. The Decor is hitting the point of out dated. Nothing extremely special. I’m surprised because I have visited a number of Aman locations. This was my first in North America and I fear I won’t be rushing to visit the other location they have. I understand they have an issue in Wyoming with wine distribution but that should be clearly stated when you start your meal. Two drinks I asked for they didn’t have and though they offered me in the end a more expensive glass for the same price I think there could have been a bit more of service recovery. Very relaxed in attitude for a restaurant like this. Truly felt like I was eating in a hotel restaurant. The starter I had was very bland. The mushrooms they had a weak taste and very again underwhelming. The entree was ok nothing exceptional same for the dessert. The desserts were lots of mixed flavor profiles but nothing that truly made sense. The meats on the menu were not called out where they were sourced nor the seafood. For paying a pricy bill and it being 2018 I would say this should be called out. Just as the wines. Even if they must print daily. For a hotel with their reputation I think this would be basic. It was a relaxing evening. Would I return no, would I recommend no. I prefer fine dining in cities where the restaurant embraces the city and vibe. Just felt that was missing here.

Great food, incredible location with breathtaking view, back of house efforts house dashed by surly front of house staff and bizarre selection of yoga/meditation music.

Whenever we are in town this restaurant is on our list. Must admit we’ve had a better meal in the past but I’m hoping this was just an off night. it is still worth the trip!
