La experiencia gastronómica más singular de Telluride se vive en el restaurante Allred, en donde la excelencia culinaria, las exquisitas vistas y el ambiente impactante, se combinan para ofrecer una experiencia culinaria única a 3200 metros sobre el nivel del mar. Pianist was the highlight of our night (having dined there many times and already knew how incredible the view was). New prix fixe menu did not appear to decrease portion sizes, which I feared it might have.

Spot on experience! I was the opening Executive Chef/GM for Allred's waaaay back in 2000. I was joined by members of the opening team. As a Chef, it is always potentially traumatic going to a place where you once managed. I am happy to say Allred's has not missed a beat under the leadership of Chef Adam Pace. The food was excellent, service was friendly and on point without being overwhelming, and the wine list could rival the best in NY. It's tough to reach the level of the views with the experience, but the staff managed that and more! Thank you everyone at Allred's for making a memorable night!

Allred’s never disappoints. The presentation is elegant, the staff are gracious and genuinely friendly, and the service strikes the perfect balance—attentive without being overbearing. The food is fresh and clean, and the views are absolutely spectacular.

Food was mediocre at best. Wagyu was some of the worst I have ever had, lobster wasn’t cooked properly. Soup was good though. Kids meals were overcooked.

There were new items on the menu, including a Hamachi soup and Halibut main course, which were both delicious. The dish presentations were beautiful!
