Delicious food. The Caprese Salad with Shrimp was so delicious! The restaurant now offers non-alcoholic beer!!

We often eat here because of the good food, great service, atmosphere in the outside area, and convenience with combining a nice restaurant without having to leave the zoo. This time, the service was still great, the atmosphere in the outside area very inviting, and my wife enjoyed her salmon dinner very much. The server, Theresa, was very friendly and very responsive and attentive. The problem for me was the "Double Stacked Chicken Sandwich". I should have read the menu and realized that it might be too spicy for me. But the real problem was that the breaded chicken patties were overcooked to the point of being hard to chew. And they were so greasy that when I cut into them, oil spurted out across the table. The sweet potato fries that I ordered with it were just OK. The water that was served at the table tasted like city tap water. The mango cheesecake was excellent. I don't like complaining and sending food back as it usually ends up making the meal even more stressful for everyone - especially when it's a special occasion. We plan to go back and just avoid ordering fried food next time.

We are repeat customers (zoo members) and eat here 2-3 times a year. We love the blueberry muffin french toast. The flourless chocolate torte is also heavenly. The pull apart cheese bread is also going to be ordered the next time we go.

Teresa was a delightful and kind server! We really enjoyed our interactions with her! The food was delicious- the cauliflower rice and steak salad were phenomenal!

I really like it at Alberts. Usually amusement parks or zoos don’t really have good food. However, Alberts is really good. I like the variety of choices, and I really love their patio with the waterfall.

I was able to secure a reservation easily by going online while walking around the Zoo and visiting all the animals. Our wait was not long at all, and the restaurant was clean and the wait staff were all friendly and efficient. Our waiter gave us lots of attention, filled our water glasses non-stop, and checked in with us to see how lunch was and if we needed anything. The food was excellent ( Brussels Sprouts, Spicey Ahi Tuna Rice cakes, and a shared FlankSteak salad and Caprese Salad.

We love the setting and ambiance on the patio, but the breakfast/brunch items we ordered were only just okay. The Blueberry muffin french toast it's literally a sliced and toasted blueberry muffin with syrup, whipped cream, and sugared fruit. It was way too sweet, and really not that interesting, and not filling. I'll stick to the lunch menu in the future. My biggest pet peeve is when dishes are not cleared away from the table. 7 employees walked past the table and no one cleared the table until I asked someone to take the dishes away. For the prices they charge, the service could be improved. The lattes were great! Over all my rating is "good" but I'm not a raving fan.
