The food was good and the service was excellent. We went for a late dinner so there were not many people which made it nice for us.
We love this bar and frequent it often because it is equal distance between us and dear friends in Annapolis. Food and service is always wonderful. Thursday night there was a mixup with one order...so it came out of the kitchen pretty much when we were all finished eating. But the waitress was apologetic and gave us a glass of wine on the house. (Maybe two). Very professional. We’ll be back.
Went with a group of ten people from work. Service and food were top notch! Everyone in the group had a great time.
As always the service was fantastic. We love Boris and are so happy every time we have the pleasure of being one of his tables! Food was not as great as I have had in the past, but still good.
Had a great time with family celebrating a birthday. Food was exceptional, as well as was the service. One of our party has Celiac, and the waitress helped us navigate the menu.
Lunch is always very good. Try the lamb burger. It’s excellent.
We have gone to Aida for the Christmas Eve Seven Fishes dinner for a number of years and absolutely loved it every time. The selections are creative and are delicious. The service is professional and warm. Meredith has been our server for the last couple of years and she is delightful. We already plan to repeat this custom next year! It is a lovely way to spend Christmas Eve!
I was disappointed in this visit to Aida. We've been there plenty of times, and I always appreciate how the meals are apportioned--not giant-sized plates but rather reasonable amounts of food, well timed to allow you to enjoy every course. But on Christmas Eve, the meals were TINY--I mean, a few bites at most per dish. And we didn't even order off the prix-fix menu but rather the a la carte menu, where the dinner sizes should have been more than two flat noodles with some ragu on them. We took my Italian parents, who were rather stunned by the minimal amounts of food accompanied by such a large bill. We all left hungry. We definitely won't be going for Christmas Eve again.
always love coming here for feast of seven fishes. food is fresh and there are so many options! exceptional service and lovely ambiance.
As always, Aida doesn't disappoint. Great food and great service!
Great food, particularly the well executed homemade pasta dishes. Good options on the wine. The format allows easy sampling with a “taste” 3oz option. As a smaller person I really enjoy being able to try two glasses without suffering the next day!
The staff was very attentive and the atmosphere was nice. The food was good, but not the best Italian we’ve had in the area, and the prices were really high for the quality and portion size.
Best creme brulee I have ever had ever!!!! Very elaborate wine on tap.
Food was good. Service great. Chef is always willing to customize. Will definitely go back
We had a wonderful evening! Great recommendations, great service and always excellent food. We’ll be back!
Our server was very attentive and professional, and the food was very good. There were only two other tables that were occupied and no one in the bar area. This restaurant is in the middle of nowhere, but we had a very nice meal and good drinks too.
Superb again, as usual. The food and service were excellent. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.
Food and service were excellent. My wife and I both enjoyed a late birthday dinner
We had dinner for 6 here after seeing a movie at Snowden Square (very close by). Our server was excellent. The food was tasty, though a little expensive. The sangria was very tasty.
Everyone in our party enjoyed their meals. Service was fast and attentive but not intrusive. We had a lovely time.
Limited menu of local fresh foods put together in delicious and creative ways
Really enjoyed Aida. Want to impressed with the wine flights but there was a large selection otherwise.
The wait staff were nice and caring, the goat cheese salad was great, and the breadsticks were wonderful, but we had to pay for the breadsticks. So, we were all in all off to a good start, until the food arrived. The steak was chewy, the roasted potatoes were uncooked, the fish of the day (grouper) was tasteless, and the homemade pasta clammy. The only main course that was edible (and very good) was my son’s chicken tenders and fries. So, my wife and I picked on his food, being unable to eat and enjoy ours. The waiter was nice and gave us a 20% discount, but we regretted choosing this restaurant to have our 18th wedding anniversary dinner. We were thankful, though, for the small créeme brûlée desert on the house.
Our meal at Aida's was great as usual from appetizers to dessert. The wine selection is wonderful and offers something for every palette. This time, we did the red wine flight wherein we had 3 ounces of three different reds - each of which was enjoyable. The best part of the wine selection is that you get to taste the wine prior to committing to it. This certainly encourages exploration so each time we visit, we are able to try something new. The service was also perfect! I only wish that the lighting could be a little more dim in the evenings to change the atmosphere a bit, but the things that matter the most were perfect!
The menu is different from classic Italian restaurants. Both our meals were excellent. The wine on tap is very unusual and gives you a lot of choices. We plan on returning; probably with guests.
It was... OK but pricey for what you got. The pasta seemed fresh but the sauce was otherwise unremarkable.
Was disappointed with the meal. The lobster linguine dish was overwhelmed with tarragon and underwhelmed with seafood. The creme' brule was flavorless but had nice fruit for garnish. I think it was the owner walking around and talking with those guests he knew. It would have been better and polite if he had spent another 20 minutes talking to the other 4 tables in the room since it was not busy. Service was excellent, I wish I had caught her name, our waitress was on top of refilling water and being very pleasant and well versed in the contents of the dishes.
Great service and awesome food. Really good desserts. We loved it.
Delicious dinner, very good service, nice wine selection within comfortable dining space.
Great food and unbelievable wine! We will be back.
Looking for a good place for a business lunch? this is great. it's fast, it's good, it's got some great options for vegetarians?
We love Aida! Great, great food from young Executive Chef. Pasta is hand made and other dishes are incredible! You have to go! Great wine on tap and other delicious options. Fun night out with good friends. The creme brulee and the current black truffle risotto is to die for!
My wife and I had dinner there last Saturday. This is a hidden gem of a place. Lively atmosphere inside and outside seating as well. It's located near a large scale office park so it's quiet at dinner time. I had the hanger steak my wife had pasta primavera both of which were outstanding. There wine list is excellent and the service was attentive without feeling rushed. Our server knew the menu well and was quit helpful. I would recommend Aida highly!
The meals were good, Melissa’s service was great.
At the time of reservation on 9/21/18 at 8pm it indicated 1000 points, today I see only 100 points allocated, why?
Everything was excellent! And we got the pleasure of meeting Joseph and Mary... the owners! It's our first time in many years and we were not disappointed!
Great dinner and excellent service. Always enjoy going to Aida.
Simply delicious, from the appetizer (flatbread w/prosciutto and fig ) to the salad (w/ goat cheese croquette) to the entrée (linguini w/lobster, shrimp and crab) to dessert (coconut ice cream). Service was impeccable. What more can I say?
Really enjoyed our visit to Aida Bistro & Wine bar. The service was wonderful, very friendly and responsive. The wine on tap is a true treat for a wine lover such as myself. Great options and choices. The food was simply amazing. Kudos to the chef! My husband had a lovely seafood pasta dish which was a bit spicy and delectable. I started w/a yummy cheese plate, granted half my body is probably made of cheese at this point so needless to say I am partial to cheese. I thoroughly enjoyed the manchego, humbolt fog and prosciutton ( lean and super flavorful) the plate was accompanied w/a proper amount of crackers and crispy bread. As my entree I had a special, hanger steak, potato with truffle butter. Sublimely delish! We will be back.
Our dinner at Aida was great! The seasonal dishes were perfect for a summer evening, and Boris, our server was exceptional - as always! Aida is most certainly a neighborhood gem!!!!
