The view from this restaurant is very nice. The menu is extremely overpriced and the food is average at best. With a party of eight, the gratuity was included. Including gratuity for a large party is fair, but not when the automatic gratuity is 22% and the service was lackluster. Will never dine here again.

The best thing about this restaurant is the view. Food was just ok. I ordered the seafood spaghetti and my husband had a strip with mashed potatoes. My pasta was cooked perfectly but the seafood portion was tiny. The mussels and squid were dime sized and only one shrimp in the dish. My husband’s steak came out with a mushroom sauce all over it. When we asked the server about it she said the menu states all steaks come that way. He didn’t see that in the menu so he only ate half of it. If you love mushrooms then you’ll enjoy their steak. We still enjoyed the ambience of the restaurant and the amazing view.

Food was rather bland, bar service was lacking attention. They had an advertisement for dinner for two, half off second entree...wouldn't accommodate same special for party of 4...not very good business...guess we could have made 2 reservations for 2...overall, not worthy

My husband and I recently dined at Aerie to celebrate our anniversary. The views were beautiful! The service started out great. We had Brussel sprouts, French onion soup, Caesar salad, NY strip and a filet. The food was excellent although the food runner spilled water on my entree. He apologized but then my sauce was watery. After dinner was served things went downhill. It took our waitress forever to bring us a dessert menu then forever to bring the dessert and then more waiting for our bill which was not correct. We were there for 2.5 hours! Nothing was done for our anniversary. Between the water on my food, the absurd wait time and it being our anniversary, we expected something more than what we got. Maybe this was an off night for our waitress. Between the views and the taste of the food we would consider returning the next time we visit TC.

The presentation of both dishes, steak and pasta, was unappetizing. The steak was tough and drenched in sauce. The seafood pasta had very few pieces of seafood and the sauce looked like and tasted like an unseasoned can of plum tomatoes. They ran out of the dish I ordered originally. Pasta was my second order. Seemed like the chef has multiple issues. The waitress was the only redeeming feature of the evening.

We looked at the menu online before coming. They advertised smoked salmon Benedict. When we got there it was traditional eggs Benedict and was cold. Also advertised carved ham with a sauce. It was roast pork being carved and it wasn’t tender. Wasted most of it. The price was $35 and I think that was excessive for the quality of the food. When I asked back in October it was only $25. The made to order pasta bar and the desserts were the best part of the meal.
