Waitress was very helpful in wine selection steaks were cooked perfectly. The shrimp appetizer is a must do.
Atmosphere was wonderful. Salad and bread great. Very limited menus and ours was scallops not cooked completely. This was our 41st anniversary wish the dinner was better.
Our server Paige was outstanding. She welcomed us, gave us a very nice overview of the menu, engaged us in friendly conversation, and even had the staff sign a card since it was our anniversary! Her recommendations were spot on, and the food was prepared and plated to perfection.
We had an excellent meal. I ordered the fillet which was and excellent piece of beef cooked perfectly, and with an outstanding bacon onion sauce. My wife had the salmon special which was cooked uniquely and was quite delicious. Our server, Ann, did an excellent job including handling some challenging situations from the table across the room. A very enjoyable meal.
Our waiter, Michael, made the experience! His knowledge of the lakes was phenomenal.
The food is always outstanding and the views are awesome. It's definitely not a fast food or chain type of restaurant and yes, you do pay more for the experience but we believe it's worth it.
I eat out 2-3 times a week and this was the worst experience I have had .. especially for a higher end restaurant. The waiter brought a pot of coffee and juice. The pot of coffee was cold and was taken off a dirty tray of dishes (cleared from another table). The juice was warmer than the coffee. The waiter brought tray of jelly and butter but no cream and sugar. Had to ask two times for sugar which he finally brought and dropped on table. Had to ask three times for cream. He got it from same dirty tray of dishes and again dropped with an attitude. My friend had ordered a bagel to have before breakfast meal and it never came. We finally just left. I do not usually write reviews but felt compelled to in this case. I would not recommend Aerie to anyone. Very disappointed.
There are limited menu items. No appetizers or small plates to begin the mean. The taste of the food was average and the risotto was a hodge podge of what appeared to be leftover veggies and other dinner sides mixed in. Overall, the ambience is the best part of the experience. Also, based upon other similarly priced dining experiences, it was extremely overpriced. Average on taste and high on price.
Excellent food. Beautiful view. Great service. Would recommend.
My significant other and I booked reservations for our anniversary and we had the most fabulous time dining here. Our waiter Kenneth was outstanding and such a gentleman. Excellent services provided all around. It’s very welcoming once you enter upstairs from the elevator, and all of the staff was so kind. The staff even gave us an anniversary card thanking us for celebrating our special occasion there, and wishing us a happy anniversary. The best part about the entire restaurant is the gorgeous view from the 16th floor. We ate right around sunset and the view was out of this world. Whenever we are in the area again, we would love to dine here again. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area!
Food, service and view were OUTSTANDING!!!👍a definite place for a return!!!
Lovely view. The food was average.
Vacation it was great
Great meal, great view, great service!
Outstanding waitress she was so knowledgeable and even asked the chef what other vegetable I could have since I didn’t like asparagus. Food was amazing !! So good! Will go back!
Great view. Good food. The service was excellent. The gnocchi is awsome.
The food was outstanding. Our server made excellent suggestions. Great view and we felt very safe.
I visited for a much-needed getaway with my boyfriend. This was actually the first time we had dined out since the beginning of the COVID pandemic and were very pleasantly surprised - everything was great and it didn’t feel too strange. It was easy to make a recommendation, we were able to get a table at a great seat with a view of the sunset, and the service was impeccable. The food was wonderful - we both shared the Aerie salad and each got the filet - fantastic! I highly recommend!
I brought my kids to this restaurant explaining how upscale and classy it is! They was NOT impressed because it was extremely loud! There was a bridal shower of nearly 40 women and they laughed an SCREAMED the whole time! I told my daughter, they're spending alot of money over there....her response was....SO ARE WE! Their first experience could've been better!
Beautiful vistas, nice dining room, good food, minimal menu offerings, terrible service.
The special was a tomahawk steak, it was over cooked and under seasoned. Disappointed in the result of what could have been the best steak I ever ate. My wife loved her bolognese, it was full of flavor.
We had the Caprese salad and shared the filet. The salad was fresh and the filet was prepared perfectly and very tender (you could practically cut it with a fork).
Food was good, but very limited menu
Great view from the top over East Bay
Service was good in a safe environment
Great place to impress your date. Great views and can watch the sunset while enjoying their delicious truffle fries.
This was our first dining experience at Aerie and we were so disappointed! Our waitress, while friendly forgot our drinks at the bar (we waited for 20 minutes), we had to ask for our drinks again. In fact I’m not really sure what our waitress did. We never saw the same person twice except for her to bring our bill at the end of our meal...which was also incorrect. Other people would ask if we needed anything, brought our courses, and took away dirty dishes. We will not go back. The view was nice but they put another table right next to us, clearly less than 6 feet apart. Just another restaurant that you way over pay for the view.
Fantastic views, amazing food and excellent staff! First time but definitely won't be our last.
We had an outstanding dinner, service, and ambience. We have been coming there for almost 20 years and have never been disappointed. 😊
Wonderful dining experience with excellent cuisine and superb service.
Everything from the view, to the appetizers, to cocktail, dinner was fabulous. Our server was very attentive and kind. Highly recommend!
Stunning views from this restaurant. Service was very good; food was good, but not memorable for the price. For an expensive restaurant I would have expected a lovely table setting with nice silverware, flowers or something - but it was just a long banquet table for 10 - although we were only 7 - don't know why they didn't offer a smaller table. It was a good experience, just wanted something more memorable for the price.
The service is excellent, the food, delectable! The view of the area is awesome and captivating. We had a wonderful time. The restaurant is located on the 16th floor so it was a little hard to find! They need to provide the information ahead of time. We highly recommend for a date or special occasion.
Dinner, drinks and dessert were good. But the menu was limited, they need more choices.
A lot of confusion with staff. We were Ignored most of the time. Under staffed. Drinks just ok. Food was done well. The view was spectacular. Pleasant property.
Great food and views! Service was outstanding and we enjoyed the quiet environment.
Beautiful location! Gorgeous windows and view surrounding the restaurant. The service was great and the food was delicious. The staff did a great job of keeping distant and respecting space. We also went to the lounge after dinner which was awesome!!
We are on a golf vacation for a couple weeks. Aerie restaurant is a standout in the four towns experienced, but what made the experience particularly good was Kenneth, our waiter-professional, warm, polished, and with a good, understated sense of humor. Food was good to very good, nice wine list, COVID guidelines were followed with elegance.
We had a great time. Our service team was outstanding and the food Bolognese, gnocchi and desserts were delicious! The wine was priced at a great value for a world class selection.
excellent service, great views we would go back for sure
Our food was delicious, service went above and beyond! Denisha and Deb were outstanding. We had dinner here the evening before and everything was perfect! Paige made our evening meal at sunset one of the best experiences we've ever had! Thank you!
Note: Social distancing and mask wearing was apparent and made us feel very comfortable dining here even though it is indoors.
