Easter Brunch
Excellent service, food, and view of Grand Traverse Bay!
View is always amazing! Wait staff are attentive and the manager is visible and checks in with each table. Food was delicious.
Food was great, but website said brunch was $25 a person. That was not the case. Our waitress did not live up to our expectations.
Great place for a quiet brunch or dinner. Food as always was fabulous. Beautiful view.
Amazing service, amazing dinner. Basically, words cannot describe the Aerie Restaurant & Lounge - must check it out for yourself!
Loved this place! Great place for a quiet night out!
Everything from the appetizer to dessert was elegant and sophisticated in appearance, and mouth watering delicious. It was our first trip to Aerie’s, our 1st Anniversary...and we plan to make this an annual visit. Everyone was super nice and welcoming. The view was amazing as well!!
Overall very nice. Bobby was not my waiter but he was amazing, so attentive to every table. Love it.
AND the food was delicious.
The Aerie Restaurant and Lounge is beautiful and delicious! Definitely worth the price and the fingerling potatoes were phenomenal!
Great food! Excellent service!
Outstanding view while dining!
An absolute pleasure all around when dining out.
The view and ambience was wonderful and coupled with the delicious and just right serving portions we couldn’t have been more blessed
For the price and the potential I was not impressed. Had reservations and still waited several minutes before a hostess showed up. Linens and tablecloths were not ironed. Lacked ambiance. Orange juice was poor. Bloody Mary was excellent as well as the food...but just wasn't anything special or memorable.
Bachelorette party- the service was great and the food couldn’t have been better! As a local I forget about, but it is definitely back on the list.
The view is great, the service was the best and the food was very tasty. Can’t wait to go back!
Lovely as usual, a premier Traverse City restaurant.
Best view, great service - it was a perfect place for a date!
Best dining experience that my wife and I have had in the Traverse city area in years.
Nice meal. Good service. Wine paring worked.
The service was outstanding, we even had a personal visit from the manager just to see how our evening was going. Food was great in particular my filet was not just a high quality piece of beef it was perfectly cooked to rare. To top everything off the views are just magnificent.
Outstanding views of the bay. Very good food. I would have liked to see more wine by the glass selection. Service could have been much better. Took a long time to get greeted. Probably didn't have drinks until at least 20 minutes until after we sat down.
The food and service were exceptional. The view was great as the sun set. This was a fun and special dining experience for my wife and I after months in the typical isolation most of us have experienced. COVID concerns were well taken care of.
The music in the dining area could have been better selected. Perhaps soft instrumental would have been preferred to match the fantastic dining experience at GTRS.
We are natives that had never eaten at Aerie, but the reason for that is unclear. We went during restaurant week. Typically, we don’t have great experiences during restaurant week (places seem to strive for quantity over quality). Our experience at Aerie, however, was phenomenal. It was quiet, the service was great (thanks Bobby!), and our food met and exceeded expectations.
It was such a nice night out, we will definitely be back.
restaurant week menu is outstanding! we had chicken thigh appetizer (terrific) and ceasar salad (nothing to write home about, normal, and the white anchovies were paste, not filets). for dinner we had pork chop/brussel sprouts/sweet potato mash (so tasty!) and the pasta with artichokes/italian sausage/parm/spinach/etc (yummy!). we doubled up on chocolate lava cake for dessert (light, tasty). our server, bobby, was incredible! only disappointment was not seeing much of the view due to it being nighttime.
Our server was incredible. Great service and great food.
Establishment was clean, atmosphere was really nice. Food was pretty good.
The food, the view, the atmosphere and service were amazing!
Perfect spot to celebrate valentine's day. Ambiance was lovely, service was prepared, clean, and fast. A little hurried along, but overall it was a lovely experience. Coming back again.
A great valentine's dinner. The food was awesome, our waitress was very attentive and the live music was perfect.
Excellently prepared seafood and beautifully presented. Friendly and cheerful service in a dramatic setting high above Grand Traverse Bay. Wine list was a better bargain than in most fancy places like this. Will definitely return.
Valentine’s date and anniversary ❤️ amazing view!
Amazing Amazing Experience! My server was so fun and the manager made my birthday super special!
We always enjoy our meals at Aerie. Good food, friendly professional service, great views of the Bay
Omelets and potatoe fingers for brunch were delicious and the atmosphere beautiful. Pleasant and efficient server's. Hope to come back!
We went for Valentines Day.
My husband was disappointed in the $46.00 filet... said it tasted old... the other couple we went with was disappointed with the ahi... had very little flavor, and the yellow beats in the beat salad were not good.
My gnocchi was great and I always enjoy the Aerie salad.
Our server tried 3 times to get our bills correct, but couldn’t. I. The last try we just figured it out between us.
Date night
We really enjoyed our dinner at Aerie! The panoramic view was awesome. The food and cocktails were very tasty. The wait staff were all pleasant and the ambiance was nice. We would definitely come back!
This was our first night out post shut down and post pregnancy. Because of the pandemic we didn’t have a sitter but we didn’t want to miss out on our 8 year anniversary, so we took our two month old out to eat at Aerie. We were a ball of nervous anxiety hoping to not be THAT table. I requested a table far away in the back corner. They were all so very nice and honestly kept reassuring us that it was a family restaurant. We were pretty lucky that our little one let us dine in peace and that no one minded us up walking the stroller around in circles to get her to sleep, and even though we ate super fast, the food and view were wonderful. But, more than anything our waiter and the manager of the evening who kept coming by to check on us, were outstanding. So glad we found a nice restaurant that we could celebrate our anniversary at and not feel guilt for bringing our baby in tow! We will absolutely be back!
Likely one of the best dining experiences we have had. It was right after reopening from covid restrictions and they placed our safety first! The filet is amazing! The service was top notch! We appreciated the ambiance and the attention to detail! We will be back next time we are in TC! Thanks for a great evening!
