Great place! Both the food and service were excellent.
We enjoy going to Adelinas however some of the same problems seem to continue; food takes a long time to be served and it is often just barely warm. Service is good; friendly and caring, however, it cannot make up for the mediocre kitchen. Dinner on Sunday was barely acceptable. Beef was tough and had lots of fat. Sauce was tasty.
Very serene and relaxing restaurant right on the golf course. Very young staff but really trying to do an outstanding job. Great martini. Food was very good but my shrimp scampi pasta wasn’t as flavorful as I would have liked. Will definitely be back again and will probably try their steak.
Upscale dinning at an inexpensive price. Good wine list. Very friendly atmosphere. Check out their happy hour and meal specials.
I always enjoy the quiet ambience at Adelina’s. We’ve been there for lunch and dinner. The ‘Millionaire’ Burger for lunch was scrumptious! The service was excellent. They offer a full bar as well. It’s in the Trilogy development on the Nesa. Highly recommended.
We went here for dinner the other night with friends. We were seated near the window which is one of our favorite spots in the restaurant. My husband had the steak with bearnaise sauce and it was good. I went back to my usual hamburger and it was good as always but needed more of the fried onions.

No where on the website or open table review was it clear this was a restaurant inside a country club! That being said, the food and service were quite nice. Once we overcame our shock at the location, we enjoyed our meal. The service was excellent - heartfelt and friendly. If you happen to be in this area, it is worth a try. The outstanding feature was the pizza -- made by hand and it tasted that way.
We came for the live music tonight, Natalie Haskins. She was very good. I got the new pork chop with the huckleberry compote, it was phenomenal. My friend got fish and chips. He said the large pieces of cod were fried to perfection as were the fries. The Asian style cole slaw that came with it was also very good. We finished with the grilled brie with fig chutney and crostini. It was amazing. We will definitely be back for that. Our server, Lukas,was also excellent, very attentive.
The atmosphere is always nice at Adelina's, and the food is typically very good. Very briefly, we had: Fish-extremely fishy tasting; Prime Flat Iron Steak-cooked rare (by request) still a little tough, but good flavor; Rib Eye Steak-Very flavorful, but half of it was gristle and not consumable. The appetizer was the best: Baked Brie with Fig Jam, Roasted Garlic and Crustini.
The service was excellent, as usual. We will be back, but not in a hurry...
Our server, Cris, was personable and accommodating! Our meals were very good.
We had a wonderful dinner, we split the fish entree & split a salad, both were delicious. We topped it off with the berry crumble cake on the recommendation of our waiter. He was very attentive & professional.
our dinners are always very good; however, one week I had the Ahi Tuna Salad and the following week it was totally rare. I should have asked to take it back but didn't want to create a scene with our friends. Although, they all agreed that it was definitely too rare.
We enjoyed a great dinner. The Chile verde pizza is amazing. The sliders are good but next time will request they be cooked well done. Such a great place great atmosphere and food. Service is always amazing.
Excellent food!!. Ordered the cioppino special. Best cioppino I've ever eaten. Chef is very personable and comes out to check on patrons. Great, attentive servers. We will return!
Service has improved significantly in the last 6 months, the food is excellent, and the setting is great.
Great as usually. Michael was our server and did a great job. Very detailed about our order and attentive when we needed refills or plates taken away. Highly recommend the Salmon Sandwich and the Chile Verde Pizza.

What's wrong with this place? Actually, the question should be - What's RIGHT about Adelina's? Because the answer is: NOTHING! We arrived a bit early last Tuesday for the "Date Night" special (2 entrees and 2 glasses of wine for $50) for a 6:30 reservation, and were told - after being seated - that they were already OUT of the special! How can that happen? Well part of the reason is that the "famous" chef is not there after about 4:30pm every day. The sous chef is a great guy, but I believe the head chef is in charge of ordering supplies, etc. They were also out of other standard ingredients, e.g. anchovies for a salad.
On a previous occasion we ordered a couple of things "to go" including the vegetarian burger and one of the "new" salads. When we opened the burger box it was completely devoid of condiments: no lettuce, onions, pickle, tomato, mayo, mustard, ketchup, etc. - nothing! I guess we were lucky that it even came on a bun! The salad was just barely acceptable with about 8 leaves of romaine. When we asked about the lack of condiments on the burger, we were told that as they are served on a plate inside the restaurant, they put the condiments on the side of the plate; but that with a "to go" order there is no room in the box for the extras! Come on! That is SO dumb!
Are waitress name was Brittany and she was very attentive. All the wait staff and managers and maybe even the chef were very friendly and we were pleasantly surprised. We had the prime rib special and it was good and very reasonable. I had two of the trader Vic Mai Tais and wish I could I had more ha ha. They have a lot of specials going on during the week and if you live nearby I highly recommend.

We love this amazing restaurant. If I were going to recommend anything onnthe current menu it would be the Ahi Salad and the Chile Verde Pizza. Amazing. They have a great atmosphere. Live music on some nights and a beautiful view of the golf course. Have a seat by the fire place while you wait or even to eat. Highly recommended.
We have been to Adelina's many times. Their food is consistently good and a good value. On Tuesdays they have a date night special which is pre-fix, including 2 glasses of wine, for $50 (that is for 2 people). Really great deal and good food.
Wine list could better represent our Central Coast wines. Wines by the glass far too expensive compared to other comparable local restaurants. Food was good, but should have arrived hotter.
The menu was very awesome and the millionaire burger was the best. Cocktails were very nice. Service was top notch. I would love to return here it was worth every minute.
As always, our go to neighborhood Bistro. But very nice and a good place for an anniversary celebration. Friendly people, good food (some new additions to the menu) and good service. We will be back.
The location is beautiful and the restaurant is gorgeous. The service was fair. Waitress did not pour wine, just set bottles(2) on the table and left. We had to ask for bread and butter. I had the pork “porterhouse” and it lacked flavor. The food did not warrant the prices.
Really slow service. Not attentive. Never asked if we wanted refills or second glass of wine etc. Had to get up and ask them to clear our table and for a dessert menu. My son’s prime rib was probably 1/2 fat. Pizzas were good. Salads so-so, not very flavorful.
We have come to your establishment often and brought many different people that were not aware you existed. They had a wonderful meal and in turn have come back or ask us to go back with them.

We have dined at Adelina's many times. In the beginning they had a wonderful chef and we were delighted with the menu. Over the years, they have gone downhill until this visit which convinced me they only have cooks-the chef is long gone. I ordered the Rib Eye Steak with Garlic Fries which was $35 and it truly was the worst steak I have ever had. It was grisly and overcooked. The fries were dry and tasteless. There was no "presentation" on the meal-it looked like someone had just slapped it on the plate. My husband liked his dinner, but it clearly was not presented as a "chef" would have done. I complained about my meal to the waiter and he sent over the manager who apologized and removed the charge from our ticket. He also gave us two free desserts which were quite good. I appreciate they didn't charge us but it will be a long time before we are brave enough to try them again. Unfortunately restaurants think they can get away without a good chef and they end up losing good customers.
A nice find closer to Santa Maria than Pismo. The ambiance is excellent and service very attentive. The food is good but not outstanding. All in all a nice meal but next time we might go further to Pismo.
The new Grilled Brie and Crostini appetizer was out of this world. Topped with golden raisins, almonds and garlic. Definitely will be back for this.
Great food, great location. Resort style ambience. Free freshly baked bread. Quality food. Their fired pizzas are like tou get in Italy. The decor is very relaxing with very tall ceilings.
The salmon added to the Artichoke pasta was really good. The Berry Crumble dessert was amazing!! Vanilla Bean ice cream....yummm!!
I always go here for the prix fixe date night dinners on Tuesday ($50 for 2). It is a great deal and is very good for people who like quality meals without being overwhelmed by too many choices. Corkage fees are quite high ($20) and their own wine selection is still improving. However, they have great selection of barrel aged cocktails and more than most of the local area. I enjoy taking a walk down the golf course afterwards and is one of the few that have that opportunity near Nipomo.
Menu has some different things to choose from . Server was very good and attentive.
Oh my - Adelina's was worse than ever! I realize that the Bistro has a new group of wait-staff, but they need a training manual ASAP! It appeared that a training session/meeting was going on as we were served; but it still did NOT help.
I arrived for "Taco Night" last Thursday, and started off with a very WEAK, way too SWEET Margarita, and moved on to the tacos. The "Ahi" tuna tacos were very dry and over-cooked with a teeny-tiny dab of a sauce. When I asked for more salsa, a small amount was offered, and then I was told that the kitchen was short of sauce, and couldn't offer more! There were MAYBE 5-tables of diners total at 6:30! Why wasn't the kitchen prepared for the Taco Night "onslaught"? The whole set-up seemed strange - where was "Chef" Charles?
OMG, this was the worst meal we had via recommendation from OpenTable. We went to the Mars Insight Launch and stayed in Santa Maria and decided to go to dinner with friends not too far from our hotel.
My husband ordered the swordfish, it is not fresh served with linguine in a sea of can tomatoes sauce. I ordered the artichoke pasta with roasted tomatoes and parsley pestos. It came out with no flakes of green. The artichoke tasted like it came out from a cane (that sour taste and mushy), the pasta was stocked together. I guess the cook did not even bother to toss the pasta in the sauce.
The only one thing went right in this meal was the Twoney Pinot noir bottle from wine list which was not offered to us at the beginning, that we order after tasting three undrinkable wines from the dinner menu.
This restaurants in a Trilogy fancy/golf club. I should have known. But I was relied on open table rating. Our bill was $300 for a mediocre meal. The service was good.
Just don’t go here people.
