   Big improvement in the menu. Our lamb loin was delicious, tender and lean with no grizzle. The shrimp cocktail had 7 good-sized shrimp for $16. The spumoni bomba dessert has always been great!

   This was the first time we'd eaten at Adelina's since we moved hear and we were very pleased as were our guests. It took a little longer than expected to take our drink orders, but otherwise the drinks, food and ambience were outstanding. The food was delicious and the portions were very generous. It was just a fun night out. We will definitely return. The only thing that may have made it better was getting a window seat, but those were already taken when we arrived. The view was fantastic!

   They have expanded the menu and have new and more staff. We have been there 5 times in the last 5 weeks. The food and service has been consistent and very good.

   We had another delicious meal and wonderful evening at Adelina's. With their updated menu and focus on service, we have definitely enjoyed visiting this restaurant more regularly! This time we ordered the Chicken Medallions and Baby Back Ribs with sides of Yukon mash potatoes and sauteed asparagus. Both entrees were outstanding in flavor. We always finish with dessert, deciding on the Creme Brulee. We look forward to our next visit!

    Amazing food! The best food and service since we’ve lived in Trilogy for 15 years! We’re planning to come in every week to try everything out on the new menu. The food has been consistently good since Chef Rene’ has created these amazing new entrees. That’s a total win in Nipomo! Thank you.

    Alyssa was our server, excellent and friendly. Also the girl who sat us was excellent. I had 2 Old Fashions, reasonable and good. My husband had as a glass of Pinot Gris. He had the Salmon and said was cooked perfect. I had the Butternut squash ravioli, it was good but some f the Italian restaurants locally are a little better. For desert I had cream Brûlée. Sat by the window and it had just rained, so the view was clear and beautiful. Nice and relaxing evening.

    Adelina’s Bistro is a very pleasant comfortable restaurant for dinner. They had many choices to choose from on the menu. I had the Seafood Pasta & it was delicious. The service was wonderful & I would definitely go back again.

    Wow! A pre-Valentines Day dinner last night with a special menu and live music. The Chateaubriand for two was outstanding. One of the best meals we've had anywhere on the Central Coast. Adelina's is really stepping up its game!

    Greeted and sat immediately in a requested booth. Jasmine, our server, was prompt and pleasant Special Valentines menu which we ate from was Sea scallops which were very good. Sauce could have been a bit thicker but overall was a great meal

    New menu with many options. The Brussels sprouts appetizer were outstanding as were the ribs. My guests had the pork chops and chicken medallions and both were happy with their selections. Leah was our server and was friendly and very capable. The room is beautiful, the noise is minimal, and the bar selections extensive. We will definitely be back, probably frequently.

    Entree's were great....3 of us....had the chicken, salmon and spaghetti and meatballs. Chicken was the highlight. Cesar salad not as good as it used to be....dressing was more bland....needs more flavor! Only criticism of decor is it is so bright in there! Super high ceilings with bright light so no atmosphere at all to make it truly a fine dining restaurant. Wish that would change but at least the food was really good and came out nice and hot!

    This was our third dining experience at Adelina’s in the last three weeks. All have been wonderful. There were four of us — two ordered the salmon salad, one had the BBQ ribs, and I had the pork chops. We all said we would order the same thing again. So that says something, right?! Our server, Jasmine, was terrific. Very attentive, polite, and all the great traits you’d want in your waitress. The only (minor) thing that could have made it even better — there was a cold draft every time someone opened the front door (you know, the ones large enough for a medium-sized castle). Our table was pretty close to the hallway, near the foyer. Again, minor…. We will be back.

    We’ve eaten at Adelinas’s many times but this was the fastest service we have ever had, the food was great, I love the Caesar salad! They are starting a new menu next week, I can’t wait to check it out, we won’t go on the weekend since the last time we did it was very slow service and they ran out of all the specials, we’ll give it a try soon again!

    The three of us had a great dining experience at Adelina's. It was our first visit, and based on our experience, we will definitely be back. The three main dishes we had - a rigatoni/sausage dish, a salmon dinner, and another fish special -- were all well-prepared and seasoned, served hot and timely, and with a nice presentation. My wife said it was one of the best salmon dishes she's ever had. The servers were wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable, and frequently checked on us. Noise level was just right. We were seated near the windows, so we were off the beaten path (beaten path is closer to the bar area). Thank you to the manager for seating us in such a nice spot. Overall a great time. Thank you.

    The best restaurant in Nipomo. Best ambiance in all of SLO county. We had the poke, meatballs, lemon chicken and hamburger. All were very good. Despite asking for a "lightly dressed" caesar salad it came with too much dressing. Our server was very attentive.

    Excellent meal and my husband had the new special “swordfish”. He said it was cooked perfectly. Another person in our group had the Salmon and she enjoyed. Our service was excellent!

    It was music night so the noise level was higher than normal for the first 30 minutes. Service was excellent, my chicken and mushroom dish was delicious. My wife's Pork chops were slightly overcooked and a little on the dry side. Overall a very nice dinner.

    Wonderful meal and service with visiting friends and family! At the table we enjoyed the Barbecue Ribs, Salmon, Hamburger and the Sweet and Salty pizza. Everyone enjoyed their choice. The service starting with Bella as the hostess to Jazmine our server was 1st class!

    Third or fourth time here and the food is not where it should be for fine dining. Needs more simple dishes and not try to be a fine dining restaurant. The soups and salads are good but the main dishes are very lacking.

    Waitress needs more training. She spilled our expensive bottle of wine while pouring, asked if I needed another plate for our shared salad after I already waited and just used my bread plate, and then when entrees arrived we received the wrong thing. It wrecked the experience.

    My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Adelina's last night. I started with the clam chowder, which was full of clams and a yummy bacon accent followed by the Char Salmon, cooked to perfection. The sauteed spinach and pumpkin accompaniments were just right. We finished are meal with the tiramisu and it was the best version I've had in a while from various restaurants. We will be returning soon to Adelina's and look forward to the updates that they will be making to the menu!
