   Absinthe was amazing, as always. I had the sole again and the chocolate marquise, which was a divine little scoop of chocolate heaven. Sigh.

   Extraordinary French food in an elegant, yet comfortable setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our waiter, who also made excellent food and wine suggestions. Our pre-concert dinner was a highlight of the evening.

   We liked it here very much, very nice European vibe to the place, brought back good memories. The food is very good, the deserts particularly were simply divine. The service was very good as well, we’ll be returning for sure.

   Oysters, pea soup, sole were all terrific. Burgers and a mountain of fries were good. Good wine list; a little short on $40-$60 bottles; great service.

   We often go to Absinthe for special occasions and have never been disappointed. The food is good, the staff is attentive, and it's easy to have a conversation without shouting.
