We wanted to have a nice breakfast by the water to celebrate our engagement. From the photos, they give you the impression that you’re going to be at a restaurant by the water. Not the case. You’re in the lobby of the hotel over looking a fountain outside. Looks nice, but not what we expected. Service was horrible. 32 minutes waiting at our seat and the server never came to our table. I had to walk to the front desk and ask how we place orders for breakfast. The young lady was apologetic that the server never came to our table that she took our order herself. Which was very nice of her. I love the Marriott, I’ve been a member for years, but, this level of service is subpar and the food is nothing special. We will never come here again.

We had eaten here before and were surprised when it wasn’t in the same location in the hotel. The restaurant moved to the lobby while its permanent location is under renovation. We were disappointed by the atmosphere and lack of view that we were expecting. However, the staff was trying hard to adapt to the new location(only a week). Our server, Kelly, was delightful. The food was a little slow to come out m, but everything was worth the wait-tuna app, crab cake app, beet salad, crab bisque, salmon entree, mahi mahi entree, rigatoni entree.

Restaurant is being remodeled so it currently is temporarily situated in an area near lobby and front desk. Thus, noisy and not private. Food was quite good and service very good. Prices are in line with offerings from nearby higher end restaurants. Menu is somewhat limited. Would go back but not until remodeling/renovation is completed, likely by end of 2023.

Basically the restaurant is in the middle of the hotel lobby with zero privacy. Our table sit directly in front of the check in desk. Service was slow to come. Food was ok, nothing special. Good place if you check in late and don’t want to drive. There are no ocean views like the advertising pictures.

Avoid this at restaurant at present. The restaurant is under construction so you are actually eating in the lobby of the hotel. They are trying, but it is not a great dining experience and is way over priced for the lack of ambiance. Our server was wonderful. The food needed more seasoning. The live music would have been great except you are in a very high roofed lobby so it was loud and echoey. Try this place once the renovation is done and the new chef updates to his or her menu.

From the bar to the restaurant the service was terrific. The view from the outdoor deck was very pretty with palm trees and the beach. The drinks were on point and the bourbon collection impressive. We tried the arancini ad an appetizer and they were crunchy outside and deliciously soft and flavorful on the inside the sauce was a blend if tomato, cream and spice that was a perfect balance. Our entrees included the specialty burger that was so goid, and the rigatoni with truffle and chicken. The flavors on the burger of pineapple, egg, bacon and jam all melded beautifully over a perfectly cooked burger. The pasta was terrific with a creamy truffle sauce that was well balanced. Kudos to the chef. The only negative was some constructive blocking the view. It is pricey. But worth it

For what should be an elevated 4 diamond experience, I was very disappointed. Service was descent, but cost to quality of food was really bad. My wife’s mahi mahi she said was good. My medium burger was cooked well done. Cheese was suppose to be Gouda and received a goat tasting cheese. Burger meat had very little flavor, almost like it was oven cooked. Cesar salad tasted like they chopped lettuce on fish cutting board, not anchovy flavor but straight fish. I know nicer restaurants it’s common, but the only salads are seperate purchase for about the price of a meal, not included with entree. Cocktails were lacking flavor. Kids fish was surprisingly really tasty and grilled not fried which was great. But for $15 a tiny piece of fish and bowl of fruit? Where is a vegetable side or rice? Just a small chunk of fish and fries or fruit. Restaurant, and really entire hotel is dirty. Room is clean just not public spaces.

This is a very good restaurant for a hotel. We ate every meal here during a three day stay. The servers are outstanding: Super friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The Rigatoni was our favorite dish.

The food was good. But my wife’s beet salad was bland and the beets were weird texture. Almost like it had no dressing. Everything else food wise was good not great. Our waitress was awesome. Hostess awesome. Manager kept checking on us and water glass never empty. But it was as not very busy despite online not being able to get a table at 6:30.

Pretty tragic really. Besides the poor service, construction and mediocre at best food the worst part was the incredible amount of fruit flies swarming us while we attempted to eat. When we brought up to Gigi our waitress, she looked at us like she had no idea there where flies everywhere despite having to replace wine glasses that had flies in them. We are staying at a sister Marriot property, titanium bonvoy member, and have to say this is my worst experience at a Marriot dinning experience in countless years. Avoid at all cost

We were looking for a new excellent local dining experience. This was not it. We made reservations but when we arrived at 6PM the restaurant was empty. Not usually a good sign. We were immediately seated but waited way to long (at least 10 min.) for a server to arrive. Her excuse was no one told her customers were waiting. The tuna sashimi was OK but the entrees were very mediocre and my entree was not even hot when served. My bloody Mary was just blah. To finish the experience, we had to wait at least 20 minutes for our car to be retrieved by the valet. So yea, you guessed it, we won't be going back. Don't know why this place has so many good reviews. My guess is that most people don't know really good dining.

The service was terrible. We ordered drinks and appetizers and our food came before our drinks. We had to ask twice for bread and the waiter was generally somewhere else at all times. A couple who was seated after us appeared to receive much better service. When we asked him for our drinks he walked toward the bar and then stopped to chat with the hostess. Complete inattention to us at all times, including when we asked for the check. Food was good but won’t be returning to the dining room. I’m more inclined to try the bar

We were celebrating our 45 th anniversary. The service was great from the hostess picking our table to Kelli who was our waitress for the evening. The food was great , from the appetizer thru dessert . We enjoyed the hospitality that we are going back for lunch.

When we arrived on Saturday we asked our waitress at lunch if we could have pizza and hamburgers for dinner in 3800, she said “yes absolutely “ When we arrived for dinner, a different waitress said you cannot have pizza so I can make pizza in 3800. We will have to go and have your dinner in the bar. We had a miserable dinner in the bar. They seated us on top of a family of 15 about 12 children and very very noisy and we couldn’t hear each other speak and the dinner experience was miserable. For the inconvenience, he gave us free desserts, The next evening we returned to 3800 -this was the worst dining experience of our lives Waiter, Oscar was too busy to wait on us. The dining room was noisy and there was not enough help and the waiter dropped the bottle of beer behind us. I would never ever recommend this restaurant to anyone. Marriott, Palm Beach Senior island hotel has got to get their act together. I need to get help need to get proper help. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT ?

This is a very nice restaurant with an ocean view in the Marriott Hotel, Palm Beach/Singer Island. The service was wonderful. The servers were very polite and attentive. Very pleasant hostess also. We had delicious clams in a white wine sauce, perfectly cooked filet mignon and vegetable, a wonderful mahi dish with vegetables and for dessert we had a chocolate mousse. The prices are a little expensive but the quality was definitely worth it.

We absolutely loved it. From drinks at the bar to our table by the window. It was perfect. Love the red snapper so yummy. And the hazelnut desert was one of the best I’ve ever had. Will come back! The service was great too.

We came here for dinner last year while on vacation and loved it. We made plans to return this year for dinner with family. When we were seated we were told that they wouldn’t be serving the dinner menu due to hosting a brunch earlier that day. This didn’t really make sense to us and was not mentioned anywhere when we made the reservations. Needless to say, we were disappointed. We were not interested in the lunch menu and did not stay. We ended up going elsewhere to find dinner. Both the restaurant and open table need to do a better job of making sure their listings are accurate.

Mother’s Day was very busy at 3800 Ocean. Valet was slow but courteous. Music in the Restaurant was live, lively and fabulous. Kelli - server - was very attentive. Food was plentiful, but serve ware was low in supply. Ultimately, an expensive event. Kids enjoyed the walk on the beach after brunch
