Cioppino and black cod dinners were perfect. Well prepared and artfully presented.
I ordered the salmon and it was prepared as per my special request to perfection. Since I am a relatively picky diner, I always appreciate when a restaurant and its servers are more than happy to accommodate, and this was definitely one of those cases!
Especially enjoyed the service and ambiance in the dining area with a view to the pier. It was wonderfully refreshing to be able to converse at the table without having to compete with music. The Caesar salad was delicious and our main courses were tasty, if a bit overpriced (even before adding the 4% surcharge). Our server was a pro: very attentive, courteous, and friendly. The hostess and other servers were all cheerful and personable. We'd come back again and either wait to be seated in the patio or get there early enough to find a table open there. Its location across from the Oceanside pier and crashing waves is one of the best features of this restaurant.
Terrible experience the manager was rude and unhelpful - I was embarrassed to bring my guests there. This place has really deteriorated over the last few years - the manager needs to be replaced!
The food was outstanding. It was a very busy Saturday evening prime time reservation. Despite that the manager checked on us several times and supported his wait staff as needed. It was very loud on the patio which was our preference. Next time on a Saturday an inside table would be less noisy. 333 is an remains our go to restaurant in O’side.
A very nice restaurant located right on the beach. Good food and the service was excellent.
Would have loved to see at least two nice salad choices on the menu.
333 was recommended to us so we tried it for our anniversary but were disappointed with the food and overall experience and will not be back. Waiter had too many tables.
Try the Filet or the Meatloaf! They were bot prepared perfectly. Our waiter was also excellent and very attentive checking with us quite often. Another delightful dinner.
The dinner that we ordered was delayed an inordinate amount of time. The manager came to the table and apologized and explained that the food was not done "perfectly" and that was the reason offered for the delay. Complimentary dessert was offered and accepted. The server was not particularly engaging. When the meal was served, we had to send one of the steaks back because it was undercooked. We have dined at 333 Pacific previously and enjoyed both the food and service. Despite this average experience, we will return in the future.
Keep in areas where a adults only without kids so dinner doesn't appear to be at playground
We were sat on a booth that was across from the ocean view section. Every time the door opened the wind rearanged everything on our table. Not the most comfortable time we have been there. We'll be back again.
Food was excellent, very tasty and was recommended what to order. One annoying thing was the fire alarms which went off 3-4 times. The first time we were almost ready to go outside when it stopped. The other 3 times we just ignored, apparently the neighboring pizza place might be causing it. Please work on fixing this annoyance. It severely impairs the food experience.
had a nice dinner, with a great view, the service was attentive & professional, the drinks were amazing (if you like key lime pie, get that martini!) food was delicious, the only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars was an over-cooked filet, everything else was spot-on. Would definitely recommend.
The food and service is exceptional. Exactly what you'd expect from a first class restaurant. I can't wait to go back again!!!
We have dined here several times and the service to excellent. The food preparation is always as requested. This was special occasion and everyone went the extra mile.
We loved it. For some reason we haven't been there in a few years but we will return again shortly. This is the nicest restaurant we have in North County. There were 4 of us and we each ordered something different, we all said how good our meals were. Can't wait to go back.
All 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed our 4 different dishes - from meat to seafood to vegan spareribs. Delightful sauces on entrees, beautifully presented. Attentive, friendly service in a great setting. Not inexpensive (especially with the 4% surcharge applied to Cohn restaurants), but a quality meal.
The best food. Amazing cocktail list. And the kindest staff anywhere. You absolutely can’t go wrong with 333 Pacific.
we were seated near a very rambunctious group of diners, they were so noisy we were unable to hear the description of the evenings special from our server and continued to be insufferable throughout our entire meal.
The potatoes served were cold, the asparagus was warm and crunchy (Al Dante which I HATE - might as well be raw like for a salad, not a hot side dish). My steak was cooked to perfection, not many chefs 'get' well done and charred but this one did.
Because of the "noisy neighbors" we were really unable to have a conversation amongst ourselves, very disappointing evening - this was our first date night after getting married and too noisy to have a conversation
on the bright side however, the service was steller! Our server was attentive without being obnoxious, very pleasant, and paid attention to our table from afar. She knew when it was the right time to approach and ask if there was anything else we needed, including drinks.
We'll go back again, but will ask for a quieter section so that we can talk together
The seafood tower was awful. It was not cheap and the quality was poor. The clams were gummy and the muscles had no flavor
Incredible atmosphere (ocean view is amazing), service, and food. Especially loved the calamari and charred Brussels sprouts. I got the wagyu burger with bacon and it was great (just wish they had pickles!)
We take my 94 year-old aunt here every time we visit, and 333 never disappoints. I love the tuna tartare, and this time my aunt had the featured lobster roll - she loved it, and is a tough critic as we are all from the Boston area.
Our servers were lovely - we were there Sunday June 30 for lunch. The ambience, as usual, was fabulous.
This place is great just because of the cool enclosed patio that overlooks the pier, ocean and those classic California Coast palm trees! And although the food is good, it's definitely overpriced...you're obviously paying for the view. I mean, 2 entrees, 1 appetizer and the cheapest bottle of wine on the menu ($40!) = $168 bill?? A bit much, but it was our 50th birthdays, and we had a $100 gift certificate, so we did it anyway. I have to say, the accommodations were great...I went online to book a table that same day (just a few hours before dinner, on a Saturday nite) and we got a table on the patio as requested. That surprised me (in a good way!) Probably won't go there again for dinner due to the prices...but great place for drinks/apps at dusk/sunset!
Our wedding anniversary
Great deal on wine. Service was perfect. Food was marginal.
We had a great window table at lunch with lots of people watching activity. Our server was super friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and personable! He accomodated our request for slow service and we spent two hours with visiting friends, enjoying a delicious lunch! The calamari appetizer was so good and my off-menu lobster roll special was superb! My friends higly recommends the shrimp tostadas & wedge salad - very flavorful. An all around great place!
The food and the service were both excellent. The parking was a nightmare
As always excellent food and superb service! We had the brussell sprouts, lobster pasta and the filet trio. We had DAOU Cabernet to accompany our meal!! Our server was exceptional and though busy with a large party was very attentive to our needs.
We celebrated our anniversary and had a great time! Our server was amazing!! She went above and beyond to get the special martini that I had asked for and took the time to walk us through the menu, helping us decide what to eat. The food and meat temps were cooked perfectly and so flavorful. I loved that management stopped by to check in on us as well. You can really tell they take pride and ownership in their product and service.
Was my second time there. It was excellent service and excellent food. I would definitely recommended to anyone
Good service and great location. However, the food was not to par. The fish tacos were bland and the tortillas fell apart. The burger was tasty but not worth $18.
Great meal the sea bass was outstanding!
Dinner started off fine with timely service getting our drinks and starter salad. Then, the entrees took close to 45 minutes to be served. Manager and waitress kept coming to apologize but still unacceptable. Two guests order the special and were disappointed. Another guest had to send back his raw (medium) steak. The manager did take 50% off the entree prices and comped us two deserts which was very admirable. Overall though, very disappointed in the food and service.
Food was excellent; wines by the glass were okay. Overall, it was a lovely experience.
We enjoyed having dinner here very much. The food was very good, the service was fantastic, the wine was great, the view was amazing. Great restaurant for a summer evening.
Great service and food!
333 Pacific was great, everything was great. Unfortunately there was a family that had noisy kids, the kid was banging silverware on the glass and singing at the top of his lungs and the parents were just sitting there. This is not 333 Pacific's fault at all, but it did kind of ruin the ambiance. People need to be more respectful when they go to a place like 333 Pacific. Watch your kids people.
Great food and drinks. The staff was very good and informative.
