While the food is good it is overpriced even for being downtown. Much better italian food in the city at more reasonable price points.
Zhanna, our server was outstanding! Fabulous personality, and yet very professional!
Loved our experience at 312!
Food was delicious! Wait staff was friendly but often inattentive.
We were in Chicago for the weekend and stopped by for a late Valentines Day dinner. It was fantastic. We will definitely dine again during a future visit.
My wife and I come here frequently for dinner before we go to the theatre. The menu has a good selection of fresh entrees that are reasonably priced. The wait staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. We advise them that we are attending the theatre that evening and they schedule the meal presentation to coordinate with our theatre reservations. I have also come here frequently for business luncheons and the experience has been equally good. I highly recommend this restaurant.
My friend and I enjoyed delicious brioche French toast with fresh fruit and Limoncello cocktails on our way to the theater. The service was excellent and our dining experience created the perfect festive mood for our outing.
Restaurant was very busy as expected as it was a lunch time ahead of a show at the Cadilac theater. Place was very crowded even at the table. My daughters flank steak was very grisley in the middle. The pasta was very good as was desert. Recommend just checking the meat prior to letting the server go to make sure it looks ok. Otherwise a nice place to catch a bite before the show.
Great location for Cadillac Theatre pre/post show. Open Table was a great way to reserve a table. Walked in and sat right down. Serve was great and so was the food.
Furnishings are worn. Food was good but not great. Medium well filet was redder than medium. Other restaurants get it right.
Staff was great we were going to a play next door at the Cadillac theater and we were in a hurry. They accommodated us with great service and great food. And we didn’t feel rushed. We will be back next time we go to the Cadillac thanks
This was a pre-show dinner. We were taken on time of our reservation, seated in a nice not too loud area, had great service, good food and were out in time for our play. Our friends had not been there and were quite impressed with all.
Excellent customer service from the entire staff. Great food too.
The food is always delicious here and the portions are appropriate (not too huge). I usually get the salmon which is great, but this time I got the special jumbo shrimp and brussels sprouts which was really good. The waiter sold us on the salami chocolate dessert which was quite a disappointment (especially for the price). The cake was quite dry, and the combination of the raspberry sorbet and the pistachio cream made it all too sweet. The service was great as usual.
Hostess was a female pooch. The waitress continuously forgot about me. Food was amazing.
