    Worst steak we ever had. It smelled like bad meat. Rough and under cooked too. They comped us for the meal. Only bad meal we ever had in Newport. Unfortunate.

    Food was excellent as usual. Disappointed in the seating. We had a reservation for 2 and got ushered to a tiny table in the corner without a view while tables for 4 were open and others were occupied by 2 patrons . Server was nice but forgot to offer specials.

    Great place for people watching but somewhat loud consequently. Food was pretty good but skip the chopped wedge, lettuce was tired, pretty dull overall. Bread finally came, was rock hard. That said, the steaks were very good, we had the prime delmonico (ribeye) and the strip au poivre. Sides are HUGE, we could barely touch them after the generous steaks. Lots of leftovers. Place is not cheap.

    If you're looking for sensational seafood dishes and prime cuts of delicious steaks, exceptional service, breathtaking views, with a dining experience that will undoubtedly guarantee you continue to return, than 22 Bowens is your destination. My wife and I visited 22 Bowens the night after getting married. Our experience exceeded any expectations. We had one of the best meals I could've asked for last night to celebrate our anniversary. Filet was perfect and salmon was one of the best my wife said she'dever had, which says a lot. Parker made our experience top notch with his exceptional service, truly 5 star service. Thank you again, we look forward to many more memorable dining experiences at 22 Bowens.

    We had a great table for lunch with friends. The food was wonderful as always and our server was very knowledgeable and attentive. Always a great experience.
