Consistently good! Nice waitstaff. They know how to make a good red sangria.
Second time here. Both times the food has been quite good. Service was just right. Actually a little above and beyond. The waitress tracked me down in the parking garage to give me my credit card that I had lwfr
Christmas dinner with mom and dad!
Breakfast with Santa was absolutely amazing! My kids are still talking about it. The nicest Santa we’ve encountered this season. Extremely good with kids! Thank you!
Don’t go to “breakfast with Santa” price super expensive ($29 plus 20 % mandatory tip) just one option of scrambled eggs. They advertised a raffle and once we were there they told us it was canceled. Santa never comes to your table.
This is the second time that we have held a corporate meal/event here. Food is always good, and well seasoned. Ambience is nice and low noise levels allow for easy conversation
Food was great and wine list was good. Restaurant was completely empty at 7 PM on a Friday though...
No one was there to greet us when we arrived for lunch and we had to actually find someone to seat us. Wait staff was unorganized and slow. Food taste was not what I expected and was much better a few years ago.
Went for breakfast and WOW! They make a healthy egg white omelet with spinach and mushrooms. It is accompanied by a tomato salad with a light vinegar dressing. It was just perfect. Maybe the restaurant should add salsa to that item. My son loves the chocolate chip pancakes. My daughter likes the salmon and cream cheese bagel. Always a treat to eat here. The staff is friendly. On the bar menu...need for more mock-tails and RED SANGRIA!
The staff was very attentive and provided outstanding service! They treated us like we were the only people in the restaurant and ensured our experience was nothing less than perfect!
I admit I was disappointed as soon as we walked in. I thought this was the restaurant on the 12 floor. Not worth the money in my opinion.
Always a great choice on Sundays. Children friendly and elderly friendly. Best kept secret brunch. Also, must try their meatballs,
Nice and delicious menu! Great brunch. Family friendly. Nice staff. Always a good choice to go there to eat.
The restaurant could not have been more accommodating of my dietary preferences. This is one of best hotel restaurants. The food is always good, and the serving staff is pleasant and accommodating. On this evening, I had grilled salmon with grilled snap peas. They were excellent. For dessert, I had the Texas Sticky Toffee Pudding - outstanding.
Service was extremely slow and we had to ask twice where our food was.
Restaurant empty on a Friday night. Menu very healthy choices and cooked delightfully well! Great flavors. Menu somewhat limited, but good. Texas Toffee Pudding dessert one of the best desserts I have ever had.
Walked in to no hostess. Had an 8pm reservation. Stood at the door for 3-4 mins before we decided to sit at the bar. No biggie. But then they decided to sit us without letting a server know we needed a server. So we sat at our table on Valentine’s Day for 20 mins with no service
I was extremely disappointed by this restaurant. I was at the Westin for a conference and had made lunch reservations for a client and I and when we showed up we were told even though I had made reservations that there were no tables available. Eventually we were sat at a tiny table near the front, and the hostess was our "server", had to flag her down every time we needed something. She tried really hard, but it took 50 minutes to get a simple salad out and at least 30 minutes to get an iced tea off the bat. If they know a conference is at the hotel, they should staff this restaurant appropriately.
We had 7:30 reservations. Table was not ready until almost 8pm. It took 30 minutes until our order was taken, the menu isn't that large and we were ready to order when we were seated since we had looked the menu over while waiting on the table. The food was served 75 minutes later. Drinks and water refills were slow and had to be requested.
Polite but inattentive staff, long wait to be seated with reservation (wasn’t even very busy), took over an hour for entrees to be served. Overall a somewhat bizarre experience. Food was decent, however I wouldn’t return.
We went for the Breakfast with Santa. The price was reasonable (a bit pricey, but understandable)...they had nice craft stations for the children (even adults that like to decorate ornaments...ie... me!) and the food stations were perfect for kids and adults alike. They topped it off with a nice raffle prizes for the children. I would definitely recommend this event to families...in fact I already did on my social media page!
The Thanksgiving traditional dishes were great and the tables overflowed. The breakfast options were delicious. Don't bother with the sushi - it's gorgeously arranged but not tasty. The secret is you can fill yourself on the salads, brunch items, and main courses and they will give you a small box of dessert to take home. We didn't find that out till after we tasted our way through the two tables of desserts. We think they need to cut the pie and cheesecake servings even smaller! So you can have each one. We shared them at our table.
The food was very good as was the service. I chose this place based on the reviews and price. It seemed like a great value for Thanksgiving Brunch. But as we left and I got the bill there was a 20% open service charge for nearly $45, I was not told about this charge when I made the reservation or when we arrived. In other restaurants, these additional charges are known n beforehand and not hidden until it is time to leave. I do not like being ambushed like this and quite frankly ruined the experience for us all.
Ate at the bar. Had calamari horrible very rubbery, advertised as firecracker. Hardly any spice at all. The cheeseburger was fantastic. They had cold beer.
Worst part is bright lighting for dinner. Manager says they’re planning to remodel and fix that. Food outstanding. “Curried cauliflower steak” fantastic veggie dish.
Two vegetarian options are amazing!!! Curried cauliflower steak and spaghetti squash Bolognese!!! Splendid.
Great food! I think the parking issue is really killing the business. I was a solo diner for the last part of the visit. Empty place.
Great food...especially their meatballs! Good cocktails and friendly staff.
Allison was very nice to us and our baby.. we try to eat early to be out of the way.
My friends and I all grew up in the neighborhood and get together once a month for lunch. We all had a great time and loved the food.
Dined there for a Sunday brunch and got the impression that it's a standard hotel restaurant that attracts hotel guests. I would go again as they only thing that offer better than surrounding outlets is convenience for hotel guests. Food and service were ok while atmosphere is typical of any standard hotel restaurants.
The service and food were off from previous visits. Quality of the food was ok. Server not attentive.
Tried this restaurant for the first time for Easter Brunch. Extremely impressed with the variety of food, ambiance and service. Will definitely come back for dinner.
Good food for the price
Good food. No service even though the restaurant was nearly empty. Very strange.
Arrived at 7 on a Thursday, not one single patron was in the restaurant. The hostess station was even empty. Turned around and left.
Scallops small and tough and stay AWAY from the green chorizo!!!
Worst tenderloin flat bread. Old mozzarella.
Crab cakes were super salty.
Service was pathetic. I asked for fresh pepper and the server handed me the full pepper mill instead of crushing the peppers himself. I have never seen that done in any other restaurant. This is the Westin hotel. Please have some training, dignity, and class.
The restaurant is inside the Westin Hotel. It was interesting that open table showed few table available at various times. The restaurant was literally empty. The exposed brick walls and barn doors are a great environment, but I thought the main dining room lights needed to be dimmed a bit for a Friday night. The appetizers were great, the entrees were good. The service was really great!
