We made our reservation for 11:30 and our table was not ready, although the place was empty. Service was a little slow and the A/C was extremely cold!
Great place to gather with a friend. Great food and wonderful service
I didn't realize this was a hotel restaurant when making the reservation. For a hotel restaurant I'd say it was a good deal (less expensive than I would have thought). The food was good, nothing spectacular. My husband's medium-rare steak came out medium-well. Our waiter seemed to know it was overcooked before he set it on the table and asked my husband to cut it. The steak was recooked without any fuss and came out correct the second time. If you're staying at the hotel then I would recommend going here to eat, but otherwise I would not make the drive.
The place itself was empty, which I didn't mind. Really loved that there was no loud music and we were able to talk. The steak my husband ordered was pretty big and very tasteful and tender. My chicken was tasteful but a little bit dry. The server was very attentive and prompt. He apologized when we arrived for the "loud party that was going on that day" a funny joke :).
Love, love the tomato, watermelon and feta salad, great entree's of beef and chicken and even better cocktails!!! Breakfast is always good especially egg white omelet and arugula salad.
Quiet, but upscale hotel restaurant. A nice little gem. Delicious filet mignon dinner with a glass of wine. Plan to go back in the future.
Excellent, healthy and delicious. Great service at the bar...
all in all i been to the 024 grille it was great service food but this one for mother day
was like thrown together at the last muintie
no discounts for senior citizen discounts
i would go one more time just to if it changes if not i will write a full page review
My dish was delicious but very overpriced, as was everything. The music was downright blaring upon arrival but they did turn it down. They kept our coffee filled. Overall ok but other options close by will likely keep us from coming back.
Waitstaff very knowledgeable and attentive! Excellent service great ambience and quiet!
Our first visit to this establishment but it won’t be our last. I had the Chefs selection for the day which was Flank steak with broccoli and veggies. I subbed out the veggies for snap peas that are prepared with onions and bacon. I’m glad I did it was really yummy. The flank steak was tender, well seasoned and properly cooked to my specifications. I really enjoyed my meal. My kiddos had the cheeseburger with shoestring fries and the buffalo chicken flatbread pizza. They were both very happy with their choices as well. For dessert I had the creme brûlée. It was exactly the right size and very delicious. The menu didn’t have a large amount of items on it so making a choice didn’t take a long time for me. Overall I was pleased with the food and service and plan on returning soon.
No one greeted us for over a minute when we walked in, despite it being a normal dinner time (7:30). Once we were seated and served, the food was overpriced but pretty good. Quiet spot for a date night.
It’s no wonder no locals go there. 1 server for the entire restaurant. I had to bus my own table and get my own clean silverware. Salmon was served charred on the outside and raw on the inside.
The icing on the cake? This morning I got a fraudulent charge on my Amex card for $110 from the hotel.
The food was amazing. The steak tasted like it was from a fancy steak house but for a fraction of the cost. I will definitely be returning.
My sister and I ate at O24 Grille on Valentine's Day. The food was superb and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. We had the crabcake appetizer that was all lump crab and delicious. We had a salad appetizer that was terrific and our entrees - the steak/lobster gratin were top notch. The steaks were tender and had a wonderful flavor and the lobster gratin was amazing. Overall, it was a great dinner and we would highly recommend the restaurant.
This place is in a hotel. It was completely empty (I assume because it’s in a hotel?). The food was very good so I’m very surprised more people weren’t there. I don’t know if it’s because of the lack of parking or what, but more people should eat at this restaurant. It has some very good vegetarian options and my non vegetarian friend enjoyed the scallops. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.
Consistently good! Nice waitstaff. They know how to make a good red sangria.
Second time here. Both times the food has been quite good. Service was just right. Actually a little above and beyond. The waitress tracked me down in the parking garage to give me my credit card that I had lwfr
Christmas dinner with mom and dad!
Breakfast with Santa was absolutely amazing! My kids are still talking about it. The nicest Santa we’ve encountered this season. Extremely good with kids! Thank you!
Don’t go to “breakfast with Santa” price super expensive ($29 plus 20 % mandatory tip) just one option of scrambled eggs. They advertised a raffle and once we were there they told us it was canceled. Santa never comes to your table.
This is the second time that we have held a corporate meal/event here. Food is always good, and well seasoned. Ambience is nice and low noise levels allow for easy conversation
Food was great and wine list was good. Restaurant was completely empty at 7 PM on a Friday though...
No one was there to greet us when we arrived for lunch and we had to actually find someone to seat us. Wait staff was unorganized and slow. Food taste was not what I expected and was much better a few years ago.
Went for breakfast and WOW! They make a healthy egg white omelet with spinach and mushrooms. It is accompanied by a tomato salad with a light vinegar dressing. It was just perfect. Maybe the restaurant should add salsa to that item. My son loves the chocolate chip pancakes. My daughter likes the salmon and cream cheese bagel. Always a treat to eat here. The staff is friendly. On the bar menu...need for more mock-tails and RED SANGRIA!
The staff was very attentive and provided outstanding service! They treated us like we were the only people in the restaurant and ensured our experience was nothing less than perfect!
I admit I was disappointed as soon as we walked in. I thought this was the restaurant on the 12 floor. Not worth the money in my opinion.
Always a great choice on Sundays. Children friendly and elderly friendly. Best kept secret brunch. Also, must try their meatballs,
Nice and delicious menu! Great brunch. Family friendly. Nice staff. Always a good choice to go there to eat.
The restaurant could not have been more accommodating of my dietary preferences. This is one of best hotel restaurants. The food is always good, and the serving staff is pleasant and accommodating. On this evening, I had grilled salmon with grilled snap peas. They were excellent. For dessert, I had the Texas Sticky Toffee Pudding - outstanding.
Service was extremely slow and we had to ask twice where our food was.
Restaurant empty on a Friday night. Menu very healthy choices and cooked delightfully well! Great flavors. Menu somewhat limited, but good. Texas Toffee Pudding dessert one of the best desserts I have ever had.
Walked in to no hostess. Had an 8pm reservation. Stood at the door for 3-4 mins before we decided to sit at the bar. No biggie. But then they decided to sit us without letting a server know we needed a server. So we sat at our table on Valentine’s Day for 20 mins with no service
I was extremely disappointed by this restaurant. I was at the Westin for a conference and had made lunch reservations for a client and I and when we showed up we were told even though I had made reservations that there were no tables available. Eventually we were sat at a tiny table near the front, and the hostess was our "server", had to flag her down every time we needed something. She tried really hard, but it took 50 minutes to get a simple salad out and at least 30 minutes to get an iced tea off the bat. If they know a conference is at the hotel, they should staff this restaurant appropriately.
We had 7:30 reservations. Table was not ready until almost 8pm. It took 30 minutes until our order was taken, the menu isn't that large and we were ready to order when we were seated since we had looked the menu over while waiting on the table. The food was served 75 minutes later. Drinks and water refills were slow and had to be requested.
Polite but inattentive staff, long wait to be seated with reservation (wasn’t even very busy), took over an hour for entrees to be served. Overall a somewhat bizarre experience. Food was decent, however I wouldn’t return.
We went for the Breakfast with Santa. The price was reasonable (a bit pricey, but understandable)...they had nice craft stations for the children (even adults that like to decorate ornaments...ie... me!) and the food stations were perfect for kids and adults alike. They topped it off with a nice raffle prizes for the children. I would definitely recommend this event to families...in fact I already did on my social media page!
The Thanksgiving traditional dishes were great and the tables overflowed. The breakfast options were delicious. Don't bother with the sushi - it's gorgeously arranged but not tasty. The secret is you can fill yourself on the salads, brunch items, and main courses and they will give you a small box of dessert to take home. We didn't find that out till after we tasted our way through the two tables of desserts. We think they need to cut the pie and cheesecake servings even smaller! So you can have each one. We shared them at our table.
The food was very good as was the service. I chose this place based on the reviews and price. It seemed like a great value for Thanksgiving Brunch. But as we left and I got the bill there was a 20% open service charge for nearly $45, I was not told about this charge when I made the reservation or when we arrived. In other restaurants, these additional charges are known n beforehand and not hidden until it is time to leave. I do not like being ambushed like this and quite frankly ruined the experience for us all.
Ate at the bar. Had calamari horrible very rubbery, advertised as firecracker. Hardly any spice at all. The cheeseburger was fantastic. They had cold beer.
