I have been frequenting Wildfire for several years. Even though it isn't "near" my house, I would make the trip for their food anytime. Being Celiac, I find their menu & concern for my wellness top notch. A lot of times gluten free breads can be bland and an hard. But NOT at Wildfire. The bread they serve before the meal, their pizza crust and their buns are wonderful. I never feel like I am "missing out" when I dine at Wildfire. I also LOVE the special dinners they offer. I have been to two of their gluten-free dinners and have enjoyed everything I tasted. Eden Prairie is central for all of us, and after failing to find open tables in our time slot at several other places, landed on Wildfire. The food, atmosphere service we very good! Desserts to die for. A bit pricey, ($125 for 5, no alcohol, and a 20% tip), but for special occasions, reasonable. Only negative, is finding it. We celebrated our son's 14 th birthday and everyone was pleased with their choices. The angus cheeseburger received a thumbs up from our cheeseburger-specialist 13-year-old while the Caesar salad elicited "Yums" from our 18 year old. Wildfire never disappoints us.

It would be nice if they offered a smaller version at a reduced rate. It is perfect to share for two but too much for one if you want to save room for the rest of the meal. My daughter and I had the seafood bisque which was delicious. Just the right amount of seafood with just a little spice to give it a zip. We all ordered steaks which melted in our mouths. Slightly rarer than we ordered but better that than over cooked. The roasted vegetables are OK. Would like to see more peppers, less cauliflower and more seasoning. We liked being able to order a "flight" of wine as it gives you a chance to try new varieties. We had 4 different reds in our flight - light to full-bodied - good sized servings and they were all uniquely excellent.
