We have waited before when we just walked in, but using open table made things so easy. The service is almost always amazing. Our server (Elliot) this latest visit was very nice and extremely attentive to our needs. The Weber Grill was just across the street from the Hyatt. What a great place to fine!! This was our first time to this restaurant and we LOVED everything about it!!!! Only issue I had was my BBQ combo plate wasn't necessarily hot, and at the price point you should expect food to be well executed. No big deal tho they fixed it and have me a fresh plate right away. Everything was awesome and we were well taken care of. Keep up the good work. DA was a great server and Jose was impeccable at addressing our issue. The food here is very good. We were there on a very busy night full of prom kids and our server & other staff were always available. The only thing I did not care for was our seating. It was the type of table where there is one long bench along a wall with tables sticking out from it with chairs on the other side. It felt a little less classy that way and we were seated very close to other people we did not know. I would have preferred an individual table considering the caliber of restaurant this is. The menu offered good options for a group that included non-fans of grilled meat. The pretzel rolls are delicious and a great way to start the evening with one of the many drink options offered. All of our entrees were very good. Our server did a great job and was fun as our group stayed later than planned. He provided great service making sure that we had bread, our drinks were always filled, and our food was just right. We were out celebrating our daughters 10th birthday. The waiter made sure that she felt like a princess. He even brought her over the mini cupcakes with a candle so that we could sing happy birthday. The food is always so good. There were several prom groups dining there as well that made the noise leval higher than usual, usually I would rate the noise level as moderate.
We loved our food and had a great time with our friends who had never been to Weber Grill before and they really enjoyed it.
