A word from Vincenzo Cucina Italiana
We prepare delicious Italian cuisine that is full of flavor. Chef Vincenzo has put a lot of thought into the menu, seeking local ingredients and the best imported Items that makes it possible for him to create on a daily bases the best authentic dishes for our clientele which has followed the Navarra family in Orlando for the last 23 years.

The items on the menu range from Pasta, Steak, Poultry, Fish and our famous Stuffed Veal Chop. Our wine list is mainly Italian and California selections but also offers many choices from the private list, which represents some great finds from smaller winery from Italy and California.

  • Great Italian in Orlando!

Hosting a client, total of four folks. We had prompt attention from the server but the food was super. We chose different appetizers; Lobster Bisque that I tasted which was very smooth but the salad with roasted pecans, Gorgonzola & pears in a mustard honey vinaigrette was awesome. Three had the filet with butter poached lobster claw and my wife in particular really loved it. I tasted the claw which was just perfect. I had the black grouper with claims and cannelini beans and cherry tomato sauce which was super fresh. Finished it off with the organic red wine poached pear with vanilla mascarpone which was a whole pear - very good. They have been open since April 2014. Please check it out so they won't go away.

Once more, Claudio was our waiter and as friendly and competent as ever, suggested we should try the Orlando Magical Dining menu, which my wife and daughter did, and I must tell, the food was delicious and the Pera al Vino was superb. Definitely Vincenzo Cucina is an authentic Italian restaurant in Orlando, and these guys really know what they are doing. Keep it up guys !!!

  • Nice dining choice on I-Drive

For locals, I-drive is to be avoided at all costs. We only go there under duress, when our friend comes into town to work a convention. This time we found Vincenzo's as one of the local restaurants offering a Magical Dining Month menu ($33/3 course meal). Our group ordered 4 of the MDM menus and one salad/chicken Parmesan, 2 martini sand one bottle of wine. The bill was $265 before tip...the $65 wine was the second cheapest on the menu and the martini was $9 each. So while the MDM helped control overall cost, the bar prices will sink you! The 3 course meal offerings on the MDM are very nice, especially the filet/lobster claw. Soup and chicken Parmesan were salty. Dessert offerings were "meh". Atmosphere is fresh, open. Service great.

My husband and I, along with another couple, dined at Vincenzo's this past weekend. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced, especially when you consider its location on I-drive. Even though there weren't any children the night we were there, and the restaurant probably isn't even trying to capture that market, it is most certainly suitable for children. There are high-end dinner options for the adults dining with important clients, and less expensive pasta and meat choices when it's family time. The menu is very extensive, well thought out, truly Italian and the service is impeccable. High marks for the salad: INSALATA CON PERE & GORGONZOLA. And dessert: Poached Pear. We live in the area, so we'll be going back often.

This is fine dining on I-Drive. It is a family owned and run restaurant. The bar was a nice place to have a drink before or after dinner. Service is excellent without being rushed. The food is excellent and the ambience is what fine dining is all about. The owners are in the restaurant talking with the guests and making certain things go smoothly. Go, you won't be disappointed.

  • A Magical Magical Dine
    MagicalDiner
    Dined on 9/5/2014
A group of 8 of us tried their Magical Dining menu. They have what looks like a very comfortable casual seating area outside. We started at the bar inside which had a reasonable selection of wines and beers at remarkably reasonable happy hour prices. Reading over the full menu, their prices for entrees are also pretty well spaced. Sure, you can get the $45 fillet/lobster, but you can also get the $18 chicken parmesan. As far as the magical dining menu... get the fillet and lobster claw. Just do it. It was fantastic. Our steaks were slightly over-cooked to what we had expected, but there was variation between medium vs. medium rare which was a plus. My only minor complaint was that it was difficult to get checks at the end of the night.

We tried this place out via magical dining. It's next to kings bowling. Decor was modern and lovely, everyone spoke Italian, dishes were filling yet you didn't feel overstuffed like a pig. Attentive service, and we are excited to bring our family and friends with us next time for a great, fresh, and hidden I-drive restaurant. So much nicer than the cattle call places we normally go to on restaurant row.

I visited Vincenzo for the first time today. I had my favorite dish, Risotto del Pescatore, Seafood Risotto, extremely tasty and the real Italian flavor was there. Claudio was the server, very gentle and welcomed my family on the very first minute, made us feel comfortable. I truly recommend this new restaurant in I Drive area.

Third time in this restaurant and the fist time we come my husband proposed me. I come from France and I'm very happy to know a real Italian restaurant with real Italian food. ( even half of the staff spak Italian so you real feel the charm of Italy ). This place is very nice if you are looking for a romantic time with your partner, a good dinner with your friend or just for a good meal. The bartender is very creative, I always ask him for an nonalcoholic cocktail and he always surliest me with something very good and different all the time.or me it's a fine dining and if I don't give 5 stars for the food it's because no food can be as real than in Italy. My husband and I recommend it.

The menu was promising, the experience was ultimately disappointing. We were the only people in the restaurant for an admittedly early reservation; they could not substitute spinach on one dish for ANY other vegetable - and then charged extra to make the side pasta. Other simple substitutions (or removals from the plate) were not accommodated. The food, once served, was only ok. There's better in the area. NOTE - I HAD TO CHECK A BOX FOR "RECOMMEND" ABOVE - there was nothing that was truly appropriate

We decided to check this place out because it was one of the few places open late (past 10pm) in the area. Service was amazing, constantly checked upon and the food was even better. You get traditional Italian from original homemade recipes by Chef Vincenzo (Chef Antonio's son who also had a great restaurant in Orlando). Highly recxomebded!

This is a new restaurant, and it is attractive. The food is decent, but nothing to write home about. There are other Italian restaurants in the area that are better. If I am in that part of town, I would rather go down the block to Maggiano's or Vito's. Servers were competent, but the food was slow coming out for no apparent reason. For some reason, the music played over the speakers was awful and did not fit with the ambience of an upscale Italian restaurant.

There was only 1 other table in the restaurant and my meal (which was the "special")was cold. Server took it back to reheat and it came back with overcooked very soft pasta and veal very tough. My husband ordered a carbonara and got just cheese with a thick sauce which had no bacon, parsley, black pepper or anything else in it. The chef was chatting with the 1 other table in the restaurant; maybe he should have been in the kitchen. I would hate to see what happens when the restaurant is busy. There were 4 other tables there before we left. Certainly not worth the price or another trip.

From our server to the excellent Italian wine to the perfect meal, we were both in awe of this place and so incredibly happy to find this gem on vacation. We were a bit hesitant when, at 6:30, we were nearly the only table in the place; the tables filled in, without it being so loud that we were yelling at each other (thank goodness!) The server made an amazing recommendation for a bottle of Chianti and we opted for the daily special: veal shank stuffed with buffalo mozzarella with a mushroom reduction and served over spinach and mashed potatoes. WHOAH.

Service was slow; we were never checked on. Not told all of the daily specials which we overheard at other tables. Appetizers: salad (good); stuffed eggplant (bad), which had an acid taste, so we could not eat it. Left most of it on the plate and the waiter didn't ask. Entrees: lobster ravioli (good); gnocchi (fair), which was the HOUSE special. The pasta itself was good but the sauce was bland and had no taste. Dessert: cannoli (fair) premade as the shell was soft; peach sorbet (fair) which was served with berries/berry coulis; no mention of it on the menu, as we would have said no because of a berry allergy that was in our reservation; loud party of 8 arrived later, drinking/yelling disturbing 8 other tables and no one cared.

Reserved a table here for dinner with my colleagues and was very surprised by the quality of the food. The warm bread is chewy and delicious, the salads are fresh, the pastas are clearly homemade, the sauces excellently executed and the portions generous without being obscene. Even the wine last had some nice surprises though I'd like to see more in the 40 dollar range. A surprisingly lovely experience.

So Happy to have found this great Italian restaurant. So good and real Italian not a chain like all the others in this town. Starting from the crisp hot delish bread with olive oil dipping sauce to the red sauce on any pasta or dish they serve. The antipasto was so good reminded me of what an antipasto should be. Pasta dinners were also great! Love the mussels here. Try the homemade gelato for dessert.

Our group of ten had a fabulous time and ate and drank very well. The handsome bartender pours a great martini! We loved the caprese. Garlic bread, cannelloni special, all the pasts and the platter of desserts they put together for us, all in all it was a great experience.

We chose this restaurant due to the 1000 points offered on Open Table. We were just browsing for a good place for dinner. We are so glad we chose this one. The food is excellent, the staff are "real" Italians! I had the lasagna and it was as good as I have ever had. My wife had a pasta, lobster dish that she just loved. The tiramisu was very good, nice ending to the meal. There was a table of 12 seated near us, so they do accommodate large groups. There is outside seating, but it faces the parking lot, so we were not too interested in sitting outside. They have not been open very long. I don't think it will take much time at all to build a nice customer base. We will be back, and while there we purchased a gift card to give.

The food and wine were very good albeit a little overpriced. My biggest complaint would be the pushy upselling waiter. He filled our glasses with 2 bottles of 13 dollar water without asking if we wanted a second bottle. He also told us the bottle of wine we wanted was sold out but he had another that was only a few more dollars, it turns out the wine was 20 dollars more than the one we ordered. The total bill for 4 came out to $240. The food was good but not $240 good.

Compliments to the chefs-authentic Italian foods not typically seen in Orlando restaurants. Ordered the Brushetta al cinghiale appetizer & Pappardelle Cinghiale pasta -both perfectly prepared & delicious. Tonno appetizer just okay, but the Stinco Di Maile al forno was melt in your mouth cooked to perfection & served with porcini risotto & spinach. Skip the pear dessert go for gelato or a cake. Warning bottled water=$6.50! Italian Beer good choice to keep tab w/tip under $150. Service:a bit uneven, but this is a new restaurant with a terrific creative menu- may take a little time to work out the minor kinks. Hopefully the community will support food of this quality, however prices may keep this restaurant as a special night out place.
