    Impeccable service and the food was overall presented beautiful and nicely prepared. It was our party’s consensus, however, that one of the main dishes, the butter baked halibut, was really lacking in seasoning and flavor. I guess we were expecting a mouthwatering burst of savory goodness but despite its well-cooked texture, it was just unsalted butteryness. The lobster was also just slightly rubbery and not melt-in-the-moth tender, but the dish was still delicious. All agreed that the first course of tuna tartare was the highlight of the meal: fresh, bright, and flavorsome. The stuffed poached pear for dessert was just okay; subtle and delicately pleasing but not something we’d order again. The wagyu course was perfect: tender cut paired with the amazing flavors of the radish and mushroom accompaniments. The servers, led by Olga, were wonderfully attentive, personable, and knowledgeable about the dishes. It was overall a nice fine dining experience.

    We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at Salt and it was fantastic. The chef’s tasting menu was wonderful and the restaurant manager opened a bottle of Moet Chandon with saber on the front patio. We couldn’t be more impressed or delighted.

    The Staff at Salt deserve 10 Stars. Long story short, they went above and beyond to fix my mistake on the original reservation for our 40th anniversary dinner. The food and whole experience was fabulous. Special Thanks to Audrey, Caroline and our waiter whose name escapes me at this moment.

    We had had outstanding experience at Salt for my wife’s birthday this past weekend. The food and service levels were nothing short of spectacular in every way possible. Stacey made sure we had a memorable evening and we loved the attention to detail that made my wife feel like the queen of the evening. The oysters, scallops and Dover Sole were incredibly prepared. I highly recommend Salt for an unforgettable dining experience!

    We did not appreciate the number of children in the restaurant. We actually had to be moved because of it. Not the fine dining experience I would expect for the price.
