Executive chef Thomas Allan runs three distinct experiences under one roof. There’s a prix fixe dining room overlooking MoMA's sculpture garden, a lively à la carte Bar Room, and an intimate Kitchen Table tasting menu. Eggs on Eggs on Eggs, a composition of caviar, egg yolk, and toasted brioche, is the dish that defines Allan's register whilst the Bar Room's caviar hot dogs and tarte flambée signal a playfulness that keeps the whole operation from taking itself too seriously. @themodernnyc 2 ⭐️⭐️ michelin contemporary american restaurant at the MOMA museum My boyfriend and i ordered their 3 course lunch menu. We had a mini starter / sourdough bread. We got the scallops for appetizers and it was soo fresh and paired so well with the sauce and citrus flavors. 🍊I got lobster from maine for entree served with lobster bisque sauce 🦞& pumpkin dumplings! the best combo ever especially the dumplings being so good although im not a fan of pumpkin! 🎃 my boyfriend ordered the lamb and i absolutely loved too! it was cooked perfectly paired with amazing sauce and puree! 😋 also got a peppermint cake to celebrate our anniversary & chocolate cake & chai ice cream with roasted pear for dessert! 🍨🍫 #michelin #michelinstar #themodern #nycmichelin
