   I thought the overall experience was nice, but the in between time for each item took so long. The drinks were not my favorite, and it seemed perhaps my waitress didn’t know which items to recommend because for a sweet wine she said rose which it was not sweet at all. It’s an experience but I don’t think the price is worth what you get.

   I reserved the Ultimate Romance Package and was not given everything from that package. We were seated in the main room with 2 huge groups of noisy people and then after the check came I got charged the full amount on my debit card even after paying $50 from a gift card. I was contacted by "Stephanie" who said she was a manager. I talked to her about everything that happened and was told I would get a call back for a solution. No one has contacted me again, and I still have the full charge on my debit card. It was a very unpleasant experience and I am very upset that I was overcharged.

   We ate here for the New Year's celebration dinner that they have been doing for many years. This year, we noted that the last reservation available was for 9pm. We arrived about 10 minutes early to find out they were running way behind. We were finally seated about 10:40pm. We heard several comments from employees that management led them to believe that they would be closing at 9pm (very contradictory to the event details). They over booked tables, under staffed servers, and generally were very ill prepared for the event.

    Very slow service tonight. Had to request refills multiple times and still didn’t get a refill. Actually had to hunt down another staff member to assist us after an hour of waiting for drink refills. They left our cooking pots on so long, they boiled down to nothing before anyone returned to clean up for the next course. We didn’t get our “free” champagne because the bar tender said they ran out, but we still got charged for the entire package. I have been coming to this location at least twice a year for over a decade and this was the worst visit I have had. Very disappointed. Will likely book somewhere else for future special occasions.
