The Drawing Room Restaurant and Bar is located in a thoughtfully restored 1780s Charleston warehouse building and melds effortlessly into the art exhibition space of The Vendue. The perfect spot for dinner in historic Charleston or just for cocktails and shared plates at the bar before a night on… the town. The kitchen is manned by Chef Jon Cropf whose restaurants have held the honor of being a Platinum member of the local Sustainable Seafood Initiative for the last 5 years. Locally sourced seafood and produce are the mainstay of a menu designed to showcase Cropf’s artistic style.
Signature menu items include the Crispy Snapper with summer beans, heirloom tomatoes, and rye smoked corn; as well as a Tasting of Beef Dish, and a Pan Roasted Grouper with seasonal mushrooms, English peas and smashed fingerling potatoes.Continued
