  • "We were recommended this place for our wedding anniversary meal. I read some mix reviews so was a bit worried, but with the overall review come out trumps, so gave it a chance. Was perfect! The food was spectacular and the portions large too, the service was great too. Our waiter was polite, helpful and didn't hover or come over at inappropriate times. The atmosphere was great and I loved the way it had little nocks and areas sections off all over the dinning floor to make it more personal and cosy. I can see why it was voted "most romantic". I would highly recommend this place to anyone! I will say however, that I did not see disabled access which is a shame as I'd love to take my wheelchair bound mother."

  • "We had a birthday party here and tried a wide variety of different dishes. Everyone was pleased with what they received. I did the three course deal which was a nice selection of soup or salad, dinner crepe and dessert crepe. All three were very tasty. Service was a bit slow but not too bad and could have been because we were a larger party. Would definitely recommend!"

  • "Super nice place but food was nothing fany or worth the money. Ordered chicken cordonblue, came out super over done, and i chicken wraped ina crepe. Meh. Nothing wow about it. The "white wine sauce" tasted like it came from a package. And i ordered the peaches n cream drink, ya its just peach juice crystal mix and milk and ice. Peaches are in season?!! Why isnt it real peaches? Super gross."

  • "It was easily one of the more forgetable dining experiences I have ever had. We happened to eat at Ikea earlier that day and the food there was better!! The dessert was taken out of a freezer! And I'm pretty sure my entree crepe had cheeze whiz in it, or at least tasted like it."

  • "Me and my feonce went to the creperie to celebrate her birthday, and to eat before the broadway show "Wicked" to start. We were pleasantly surprised to find such a unique and beautiful jem in the downtown area. The good was very good! And sevice as well. Save room for dessert it's soooo worth it!!"

  • "Decor and menu were dated, food was slow to come out but was okay. Main problem was our Entertainment Book coupon- specifically states it can be redeemed on your smart phone or printed (I offered to print it for them, but apparently their printer was broken). An hour later, the owner walks up, totally giving us the impression that we are a major inconvenience- he didn't even greet us or ask what the problem was. His response "if i do this it's money out of my pocket." No apology, no trying to make the situation right, not even an attempt at understanding our frustration at booking a place because we had this coupon-nothing. And he walks away. I have never been treated so rudely in a restaurant in my life and will never go back there again."

  • "Ordered BAKED CRAB, ARTICHOKE AND PARMESAN DIP - had no flavor (I tried salt) and was watery, as you would find with frozen food that has been defrosted. Then ordered the LAMB SHANK PROVENCALES - delicious, but the sauce was gelatinous, as if defrosted. Not what I would expect in this kind of restaurant. The waitress did her best, but a meal at this type/level of restaurant, should be the total package."

  • "This was their first Fathers Day brunch. It was a good deal with a choice of appetizer and an entree for about $25, including a drink. Two of our group ended up ordering off the regular lunch menu as the choices on the brunch menu didn't appeal to them. Since this was their first brunch, I'm sure they are just learning what people would desire. My recommendation to them would be to think about those with lower fat needs as the two seafood crepes were very creamy so my dad got the jambalaya crepe. They were very accommodating though."

  • "The filling for the savoury crepes were great but didn't like the crepes themselves. Was expecting a big selection of dessert crepes and was disappointed by ice cream filled crepes that were pre wrapped, it was awkward to eat the semi frozen crepe around the melting ice cream. Good thing we ordered our 1 years olds dinner when we ordered our drinks because the food took forever. The decor was out dated and dingy. The stairs leading in to the basement were uneven and unsteady. We booked our reservation online for 5pm but when we arrived they had us on their system for 715! I showed the hostess my emailed confirmation for 5 and they had to "see if they could fit us in" yet the whole time we were there less than 10 other tables were sat"

  • "the cordon bleu crepe was mediocre ... far too many very large chunks of ham and very little chicken... usually cordon bleu has much more chicken and less ham. the caesar salad had far too little dressing with little garlic.... was like eating a very mildly seasoned piece of lettuce the belgium chocolate ice cream crepe was very good."

  • "I was taking a friend out for a Thank You dinner and looked for somewhere different but nice. I hadn't been to the Creperie for a long time but had always enjoyed it when I did get there. So I decided to take my friend there and it turned out she hadn't been there for a long time either, but at one time had frequented it. We both enjoyed the evening and everything about the restaurant and will definitely be there again soon. The food was really excellent. The vegetables that came with my main course were cooked as they should be. The pear and blue cheese salad was great and our server, Kelsey was attentive and professional. Definitely have already recommended this restaurant to every one I work with."

  • "The food was pretty good. Our appetizers were delicious and the main course was good. I just found my dish a bit too much fat but otherwise it was tasty. The service was very slow and it was probably due to the fact it was Mother's Day. I think she had too many tables to serve. Overall a pretty nice evening. The mothers were given a chocolate which I thought was a very nice touch. "

  • "The food was horrible for Mother's Day brunch. My eggs Benny yokes were hard...fully cooked. When I sent them back, the waiter told us the cook was angry and told the waiter he already told him to expect hard eggs at the beginning of his shift. They pre-cook soft poached eggs? WTF? I can get a great eggs Benny cooked fresh to order at a breakfast restaurant for 1/2 price and it be much better food. What kind of a chef tells the waiters to expect bad food from him?"

  • "We went for Mother's Day brunch. All mothers got a chocolate rose which was sweet. The meal started with crostilles du from age which were warm crispy cheese filled pastries served with garlic yogurt dip. Then we each got a plate with a huge fresh croissant and some fresh fruit all very delicious! Our crepes were awesome as were the cubed potatoes with the crepes. The only disappointing part was that our dishes which we were finished with took a while to be removed even though there were bus people all over serving water everywhere. Also it was slow to get a coffee refill. Otherwise it was a very nice brunch. "

  • "We went for a birthday celebration for a friend and brought our 18 month old along. The staff had a high chair waiting and tucked us into a private area which was great. The crepes were superb and the atmosphere really had a European/French feel. Having been to France and sampled the crepes and cuisine this restaurant really does it justice. The staff were very friendly and informative. I would highly recommend this restaurant!"

  • "The chairs are very old, falling apart and uncomfortable to sit in. We were there for our anniversary and had to sit so close to another couple we knew everything about them, only a pane of glass between us, while the restaurant was not full. There were lots of open tables. My Onion soup hardly had any onions, mostly bread and broth, and very salty. I had a seafood crepe with overcooked scallops with the adductor muscle still attached. Dessert wasn't much better, I had a crepe with cream cheese in that was very hard to find."

  • "Mussels were very salty. The broth was so salty that it was inedible. Very unfortunate. The waiter was very polite about it. Returned with a message from the kitchen blaming a bad shipment of mussels. Fair enough. But why was there no quality check before it came out? And I doubt I was the only person with the experience if that was the case. So why keep it on the menu? Why not warn me when I ordered? Service and ambiance were excellent and my friend's dish was delicious. The waiter showed a real dedication to getting things right, but given this kind of fundamental failure at a restaurant with an above-average price level, I think I will be avoiding this place for a while. "
